有底筒状の角脚部(3)と、前記荷載置部(2)の四辺
中央の裏面から突出してその突出端が開口する有底筒状
の中間脚部(4)とを有するパレット構成体(1)を合
成樹脂にて一体成形し、このパレット構成体(1)の2
個により四辺にフォーク差込口(6)を備えたパレット
を形成するべく前記角脚部(3)の突出端同士と中間脚
部(4)の突出端同士とを熱溶着により接続し、前記中
間脚部(4)とその両側に位置する角脚部(3)との間
にフォーク差込口(6)を形成してなる合成樹脂製パレ
ットであって、 前記中間脚部(4)をパレットの辺方向に長さの異なる
2個の脚部構成体で構成し、辺方向に長い第一脚部構成
体(4A)をフォーク差込口(6)の入口側に、辺方向
に短い第二脚部構成体(4B)をフォーク差込口(6)
の奥側に位置させるとともに、前記第一脚部構成体(4
A)のフォーク差込口(6)に面する側の突出端に内方
への凹入部(8)を形成し、前記パレット構成体(1)
同士の熱溶着により形成されるバリ(10)のうち、こ
