400g/mであった。 印刷インキ層/ポリエチレン30μm/晒クラフト紙
(280g/m)/ポリエチレン20μm/酸化珪素
蒸着ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム12μm/線
状低密度ポリエチレン60μm 以上の積層構成を有するカートンブランクに従来と同一
の端面処理を行い、サック貼り機で筒貼りした後、モー
ターオイル用の成形充填機に供給して成形、充填を行い
最後のトップシールで開口リブ4の枚面の加熱を本発明
による加熱装置によって行い、直ちに両側からシールジ
ョウで圧着した。この場合の加熱条件は、熱風温度36
0℃で1.5秒間の加熱であった。また風圧は150m
mAqとした。また吹き出し板14に配列された吹き出
しノズルの孔径を0.8〜1.5mmφ、ノズルの密度
16個/cmであった。さらにこのノズルが構成す
るパターンは、接着されるリブ4の裏面と同一とし、そ
の環状帯の幅を12mm、全長を340mmとした。ま
た吹き出し板14と各リブ4内面との間隔を6mmとし
た。以上の条件による加熱の結果、加熱不良による剥離
や過度な加熱による焦げつき部分も見られなくなり、リ
ブ部分のトップシールは極めて安定した。また必要にし
て十分な熱風を使用することが可能となった。

がくせ折りされて所定の半開きの状態で前記リブが形成
する6角形の環状帯の内面に対して所定の均等な間隔を
もって配置されていることを特徴とする液体紙容器シー
ル用熱風加熱装置。
