Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a floating roof with good stability at a low cost by providing a peripheral edge float and a central float in a water tank, and stretching a roof made by a waterproof sheet between the floats to be deformed like a funnel in the case of a low level and like a roof in the case of a high water level. CONSTITUTION: A peripheral edge float 6 having a support rod 10 and a central float 7 having a cylinder are disposed in a water storage tank 1 for irrigation, and a waterproof sheet 5 is stretched between a frame 4 provided on the support rod 10 and the central float 7 to form a deformable floating roof 3. If the water level in the water storage tank is lowered or if load is applied to the roof 3 due to snow coverage or the like, the central float 7 is lowered so that the roof 3 is deformed like funnel, and in the case of a high water level, the frame 4 is brought into contact with a stopper 12 to raise the central float 7, so that the roof 3 is deformed into a projected roof. If the water storage tank 1 is large-sized, plural central floats are provided, and a waterproof sheet 5 is stretched in such a manner as to cover the whole surface of the water storage tank l. Thus, the floating roof 3 can be obtained at a low cost.

In the water tank having the above-mentioned construction, when the water tank is not full and the water level is low, the roof has a funnel shape having a low central portion and a high peripheral portion, so that rainwater accumulates in the central portion. Since this rainwater is introduced into the water tank via the tube with the strainer, it does not accumulate on the roof too much. When the roof is full, the roof has a roof shape that is higher at the center than at the periphery, so that rainwater or dust on the roof is removed from the periphery to outside the tank wall.

The roof sinks below the water surface when a large load exceeding the buoyancy of the float is applied due to snow or the like, and the roof itself does not need to support a large load. When the roof sinks below the surface of the water, the water in the aquarium overflows onto the roof from the tube with the central strainer, so that snow and the like float on the water, and the load hardly acts on the roof. Therefore, the roof of this water tank has good stability, does not easily cause obstacles, and does not need to support a large load, so that the intended purpose can be achieved with a simple and low-cost one.

When removing dust and the like on the roof, air is sent from the ventilation pipe to the space between the waterproof sheet surrounded by the side plates of the annular frame and the water surface when the water level is reached, and the roof rises from the water surface. Then, the ascending stopper is brought into contact with the stopper to stop the upward movement, and then the air is supplied to the waterproof sheet so that the waterproof sheet is inflated. If the top surface of the roof is cleaned in this state, the leaves, dust, and the like are washed out of the water tank and do not stain the inside of the water tank. In addition, when the roof is fixed to the upper end of the water tank body in a state where it is in contact with the stopper and the water in the water tank is drained, the roof is supported by the water tank body and does not fall down, and cleaning of the water tank and maintenance of the equipment are performed. be able to.
