By the rotation operation of the battery cover 4, the terminal mounting substrate 6 and the battery contact terminal 5 are rotated integrally with the battery cover 4. By closing the battery cover 4, the battery contact terminal 5 completely fixes a battery 3 and energizing is made possible.
