たレバー15とを備え、上記開閉蓋14の窓孔20閉塞状態に
於いて、開閉蓋をカバー筒に係止可能に構成するととも
に、開閉蓋裏面より垂設した係止板29下端縁を押し下げ
ヘッド前部の容器上面に当接係止させてレバー15の引き
込みが不能となる如く構成したことを特徴とする液体噴
