SOLUTION: The base plate 1 of watch base frame is provided with parts to be engaged, i.e., protrusions 1-a,..., 1-d, and a stopper member, i.e., the plus terminal 19 of a battery, is provided with a plurality of engaging parts and resilient parts in order to hold compositional members and to secure them in place. More specifically, hook parts 19-a,..., 19-d engage with the protrusions 1-a,..., 1-d and serve as means for securing the components.
