Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leaking of water to the roof material side surely by hermetically sealing the superposing sections of an overlapping section and an underlapping section. SOLUTION: A plain tile 1 is composed of a main body section 2, overlapping sections 3 and underlapping sections 4. A projection 5 for dividing water is formed at a central section in the cross direction of the main body section 2. Water-drip patterns 11 are formed to the surfaces of the overlapping sections 3, and rainwater W is returned to the main body section 2 side by the inclined grooves 14 of the patterns 11. Flexible sealing materials 16 for cutoff are attached onto the surfaces of the base sections of the underlapping sections 4. A large number of the plain tiles 1 are tiled zigzag on a roof, and the flexible sealing materials 16 are interposed among the overlapping sections 3 and the underlapping sections 4 of the tiles adjacent left and right under a compressed state while the overlapping sections 3 of the tiles adjacent up and down and the projections 5 are aligned in a straight line.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a roof tile structure in which a large number of roof tiles are arranged side by side on a roof, and more particularly to a technique for preventing water leakage at a roof tile overlapping portion.

2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional roofing tile structure, a Japanese roof tile 51 shown in FIG. 10A, an S-shaped roof tile 61 shown in FIG. 10B, and a flat plate shown in FIG. Those using the roof tile 71 are known. Japanese roof tile 51 and S-shaped roof tile 61
In the case of 1, since the main body portions 52 and 62 are curved and rainwater flows down there, there is little risk of water leakage in the overlapping portions 53 and 63. On the other hand, in the case of the flat roof tile 71, the main body 72
Is molded in a flat plate shape and the joint 73 is exposed, so that rainwater overflowing from the main body 72 may leak to the roof material (lowering material) through the polymerizing portion 74, especially when there is a large amount of rain. There is.

In view of this, Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3009222 proposes a technique for suppressing water leakage in the overlapping portion of a flat roof tile. As shown in FIG. 11, this flat roof tile 8
1, the main body portion 82 is formed in a flat plate shape, and the overlap portion 83 and the underlap portion 84 are provided on both left and right sides thereof. A stopper 85 is integrally projectingly provided at the base of the underlap portion 84, and a drain groove 86 is formed outside the stopper 85. Then, part of the rainwater W that has entered from the joint portion 87 is made to flow down along the stopper 85, and the rainwater that has passed over the stopper 85 is drained along the drainage groove 86, and the water leak from the overlapping portion 88 to the roof material side. It can be suppressed.

However, according to this roofing structure, since the stopper 85 is not in close contact with the overlap portion 83, the overlapping portion 88 cannot be sealed,
When a large amount of rainwater W flows over the stopper 85 and flows into the drainage groove 86, the water overflowing from the drainage groove 86 leaks to the roof material side. Further, since the stopper 85 is integrally formed with the underlap portion 84 by a fragile material, even if the stopper 85 is projected at a height so as to abut the overlap portion 83, the stopper 85 may be formed due to a molding error, a construction error, a defect, or the like. A gap is likely to be formed between the undercoat portion 85 and the underlap portion 84, and the water-stopping effect cannot be expected so much.

The underlap portion 4 is provided on the left side edge of the main body portion 2, and two drainage grooves 15 are formed on the surface thereof so as to extend in the vertical direction. A flexible sealing material 16 for stopping water is provided on the surface of the base of the underlap portion 4 inside the drainage groove 15 so as to extend over substantially the entire left side edge of the main body 2. As the flexible sealing material 16, a material having elasticity and flexibility at room temperature, for example, a rubber material such as silicone rubber or expansive rubber, or a resin material such as urethane foam can be used, and preferably a hot material that can be easily bonded. Melt material can be used. In addition, the flexible sealing material 16
It is desirable to attach the above in advance at the time of manufacturing the roof tile, but it may be attached during the construction. In either case, the filling nozzle N is connected to the main body 2
The seal material 16 can be easily attached to the base portion of the underlap portion 4 by moving along the side edge of the underlap portion 4.

Next, a roof tile structure using the flat roof tile 1 having the above structure will be described. 3 and 4 show an embodiment of a tiled roof structure. Here, many flat roof tiles 1 are zigzag on the roof (not shown). The overlap portion 3 and the underlap portion 4 of the flat plate roof tiles 1 adjacent to each other are vertically overlapped with each other, and the flexible sealing material 16 for stopping water is interposed therebetween in a compressed state. The sealing material 16 allows the overlapping portion 17 of the overlap portion 3 and the underlap portion 4 to overlap.
Is sealed inside the drain groove 15. Further, the overlapping portion 3 and the collar 6 of the adjacent flat roof tiles 1 are joined left and right to form a high place 18 having the same height.
By staggering the flat roof tile 1, the lower flat roof tile 1
It is aligned with the water diversion projection 5 of FIG. Therefore, the drainage channels 19 can be formed so as to continuously extend vertically on the left and right sides of the high place 18 and the protrusions 5, and the rainwater W can be made to flow down in a straight line in an orderly manner.

In the roof tile structure of this embodiment, as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, the rainwater W is normally discharged through the drainage channel 19, but when the amount of rainfall is large, a part of it is drained.
Spills over to the height 18 side. However, since the drainage pattern 11 is formed in the overlap portion 3, the rainwater is returned to the main body portion 2 side by the inclined groove 14. In addition, as shown in FIG.
Since the overlapping portion 17 is hermetically sealed while being in close contact with the underlap portion 4, a part of the rainwater is joined to the joint portion 20 at the high place 18.
Even if the water flows in, the water passage beyond that is blocked by the flexible sealing material 16, so that water leakage to the roof material side is reliably prevented.

In the roof tile structure of FIG. 9, the present invention is applied not only to the left-right overlapping portion (not shown) of the flat tile 1 but also to the vertical overlapping portion. That is, the flat roof tile 1 is provided with the overlap portion 3 and the underlap portion 4 on the lower and upper portions thereof, the flexible sealing material 16 is attached to the surface of the underlap portion 4, and the convex portion is provided on the back surface of the overlap portion 3. 22 is provided. The flexible sealing material 16 is interposed between the overlap portion 3 and the underlap portion 4 of the vertically adjacent flat roof tiles 1 in a state compressed by the convex portion 22. According to this structure, the vertically overlapping portion 17 is sealed by the flexible sealing material 16, so that even if the rainwater W is blown up by a strong wind, the backflow is blocked and the water leakage to the roof material side is reliably prevented. can do.
