次のような機構を用いると本発明に適切である。すなわ
ち外周がウォームホィールを形成し、内周にはけを有す
る清掃子を円柱外周の一部に当接してかぶせ、当該清掃
子をモーターで駆動するウォームで円柱の中心軸を中心
軸として回転させながら円柱の縦軸方向へ移動させる。
