に欠ける。また、このはずれ止め装置は、手動式である
ため吊具等の着脱作業に際しては、その都度フックに近
付いたり、あるいはフックを引寄せたりして手作業で行
わなければならず、多くの手間と時間を要するばかりで
なく、例えばパイプ等の崩れ易い物品である場合は危険

開口部を閉塞、開放する機構となしたことを特徴とする
