に加え、バイオなど組織培養する容器用として特に好適
なものとなる。

実施例 第1図にはこの考案の容器用栓1がフラスコ2の口部
3に装着された状態を示している。栓1は第2図に拡大
断面図で示すように下端開口の円筒状栓体5を具えてい
る。栓体5は全体がシリコーンゴムからなっていて、内
周壁の上端部にフラスコ2の拡開状となった上端部が係
合する環状の係合凹部6が形成されているとともに、そ
の下方にはシール部としての環状のフランジ7が形成さ
れている。また栓体5の頂壁中央部にはフラスコ2の内
外の気体交換を可能とする薄膜部8が形成されている。
この薄膜部8の厚さは1mm以下、好ましくは0.05mm〜0.3
mmに形成される。この実施例では薄膜部8を栓体5の頂
壁中央部に形成したが、ほかの例として栓体5の頂壁全
体を薄膜部8に形成してもよく、このようにすれば栓体
5と薄膜部8を別々に成形した後、薄膜部8を栓体5の
上端開口部に接着剤にて接着すればよいので、加工が容
易となる。

薄膜部28が形成されている。試験管22の口部23への嵌合
に際しては、シリコーンゴムの弾性力を利用して栓体25
をその下端部周壁から口部23へ圧入して嵌め込む。

入も確実に防ぐことができ、バイオなど組織培養する容
器用として非常に好適である等の優れた効果がある。
