[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial field of application] The present invention relates to a stage for an exhibition sample used in a vending machine or the like and used to place a sample of a product to be handled. .

Conventionally, among the sample products handled by vending machines, etc., non-translucent metal cans, etc., are placed on a flat table or shelf, and these are placed from above and / or from the side. It was common to illuminate it with a fluorescent lamp so that it could be seen by the purchaser, but recently, even if the actual product is a non-translucent container, the sample product is made of a translucent substance. A relatively novel idea is disclosed in which irradiation light is made incident from the bottom or the back of the product to form a so-called “bomboli” to reveal a fresh transmission destination.

However, the former method of illuminating a non-translucent sample placed on a flat table, shelf, etc., such as a real can or a porcelain can from the outside of the top or side, is the sample Sufficient light does not reach the lower edge or the side edge, especially the lower edge etc. is darkened,
At times, it could not be said that it was appropriate because it had a negative effect of degrading the image of the product, such as the inability to read the written characters and figures sufficiently.

However, even in the latter case, when the illumination light is incident from the bottom of the sample, there is a considerable difference between the light intensity at the tip or top of the long cylindrical sample and the light intensity near the bottom. However, although it was bright in the lower part, it gradually became faint as it went up, and the middle part, which is observed relatively frequently, became rather unclear. further,
In the case where the illumination light is incident from the back of the sample product, only the vicinity of the central part of the sample product is intensely illuminated, so a buyer standing in front of the sample product should be given a light source such as a rod-shaped fluorescent lamp. The light rays were particularly strong, and the vicinity of the center of the sample was too bright, but the upper and lower parts were relatively dark, which was not appropriate.

Further, in any case, the conventional stage is formed flat on the floor surface of the display shelf, and the reflected light from the stage floor surface of the illumination light for the sample does not sufficiently contribute to the illumination of the entire sample. However, only the upper part of the sample product looks excessively bright, which is still insufficient for obtaining a good lighting effect on average.

The present invention has been made in view of the actual condition of the ridge, and is different from the method in which a sample product is placed on the floor surface of a flat stage and the illumination light is incident on the sample product from the bottom thereof. Unlike a method in which a sample is placed on the floor surface of an objective stage and illumination light is made incident on the sample from the back, the sample is generally cut from the rear surface of the sample. A light source is placed in the vicinity of the bottom surface of the sample, and the light source is arranged such that the center line of the light source body penetrates through the original contour of the sample, and the entire area inside the sample is illuminated from behind. The stage is provided with a back plate that forms a slope, and the back plate is used to insert the sample product into the perforated part for secure insertion. This makes it extremely easy and maximizes the effect of external lighting on the stage as a sample product. Have equal number of advantages to receiving structures, it is an object thereof to provide a very useful exhibition sample goods stage are particularly applicable to the vending machine.

First, the stage back plate portion A is formed on an inclined surface and is erected while being supported by the stage box portion D. Stage back plate A is first
As shown in the figure, there is a slope 1 having an arcuate cross section, a slope 2 having a straight cross section shown in FIG. 2, and the like. The slopes 1 and 2 receive the illumination light projected from above the outside of the stage in a display shelf such as a vending machine and reflect the illumination light, and the entire surface of the sample B is uniformly illuminated, so that the three-dimensional shape is three-dimensional. An inclined surface is the most preferable compared to a flat floor surface in order to fulfill the role of a reflecting plate that appears to float up.

A perforated portion 3 is provided in the stage back plate portion A. The body 4 (see FIG. 5) of the sample B whose rear surface is obliquely mounted from the center to the bottom of the perforated portion 3 can be easily inserted by inserting the tip of the cut portion slightly inside the hole. And is securely inserted. In addition, the lower end of the perforated portion 3 can also be provided with a lower edge protruding portion 5 so as to imitate the tightening portion at the lower end of the real can. further,
The top portion of the body 4 of the inserted cylindrical body B is covered with an upper lid portion 6 imitating the tightening portion of the upper end of the real can, and a sample product, such as a drink and coffee, is presented. It will also happen. It is also possible to set the sample product to which the upper lid part and the projecting part are previously attached in advance in the perforated part at a time (see FIG. 3). The stage box portion D is connected to the stage back plate portion A as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and the side plate portions 7 are provided on the left and right sides.
And supports the stage back plate portion A.

As the stage light source C, a normal fluorescent lamp having a rod-shaped lamp body 8 is used. In this case, the important thing is that the rod-shaped lamp 8
The center line 9 of the sample B is arranged so as to penetrate the original contours 10a and 10b of the sample B. With this arrangement, the illumination light from the light source C to the sample B is concentrated and projected, and diffuses most effectively. That is, effective luminous intensity is obtained on average over the entire area from the upper lid portion 6 to the protruding portion 5 of the viewing body.

The present invention is based on the above-mentioned structure, and has a slanted surface into which the sample product is easily and surely fitted and external illumination light to the front exposed portion of the sample product can be most effectively used as reflected light. The back plate and its rear surface are obliquely mounted, the front is translucent, and the most effective illumination can be obtained to the inside, and the vertical center line of the sample is used to project the illumination light. Light sources each having a rod-shaped lamp existing within the original contour are provided, respectively, and as a result, the most effective illumination light is projected on the sample product from inside and outside, and the sample product is a fresh bomboli type illumination. Since it can be installed as a body, it is extremely useful as a stage for exhibit samples.
