[従来の技術] 電線の引止めでは第2図に示すように電線端部アルミ
層を一定長さLだけ切除し、即ち皮むきして露出した鋼
心線Sを鋼クランプCの有底孔へ挿入圧着する。その際
皮むきする長さは上記有底孔の深さに対応して過不足の
ないものとせねばならない。ところが切断した電線で
は、第1図の如く内部の鋼心線が外層のアルミ撚線層か
ら滑って中へ引込まれ有底孔を作る現象のあることが知
られている。従って皮むき長さは引込まれた鋼心線端を
基準にして一定長さLをとらねばならないが、このため

むきをする。この電線は第2図の如く露出した鋼心線
