However, in the case of these conventional methods, the sealing property is good, but the complexity of paying attention to storage to prevent loss of the unraveled string, or the difficulty of removing the tightened rubber band, etc., A tubular shape that can damage the opening of the bag when unfastening the tied opening, and it is difficult to carry the heat sealer everywhere for sealing, can be repeatedly opened and closed, and can be sealed when closed The advent of tubular packaging materials such as films and ordinary bags has been desired. Various proposals have been made to solve these problems. For example, a packaging material (Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 58-19941) that can be immediately sealed by arranging plastic metal thin wires along the generatrix of a bag made of a tubular film and twisting the mouth of the bag, or the metal. A packaging material for fixing a thin wire by adhering a bag made of a tubular film and a narrow tape (Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 49-55774 / 58,
However, according to this technique, the metal thin wires are twisted while being sandwiched between the bag forming films or between the bag forming film and the narrow width tape, and thus the plasticity of the metal thin wires is improved. In addition to sealing by using, the thin metal wire covered with a film or naked is attached to the bag in parallel with the opening and used for sealing as required. However, in the former case, since the thin metal wire is twisted in the generatrix direction of the metal wire while being covered with the film or tape which is a part of the packaging material, there is a drawback that a sufficient twisting effect (sealing) cannot be obtained. In the latter case, the thin metal wire is already in a bare state in use, so the sealing property is good, but once it is bonded to the bag, the position to twist and tighten cannot be changed in the length direction of the bag, so the contents of the bag There was no flexibility in the sealing position depending on the quantity of material. From these points, further improvement of the packaging material in which the metal thin wire is attached to the tubular packaging material has been desired.

The vertical tearable narrow tapes arranged along the generatrix of these films may be cellulosic paper or synthetic paper as well as synthetic resin films, but in the cellulosic paper, the constituent fibers have a certain lengthwise direction. It must be oriented in the same way, and the same can be said for synthetic paper made from fibers. However, synthetic paper or synthetic resin film made of film must be stretched in the longitudinal direction.
When attempting to separate the thin metal wire described below from the tubular film by the orientation of these fibers or the stretching treatment of the film, the narrow tape is easily torn vertically to form a thin metal wire of a desired length from the tubular film. The part is separated and used for fastening. Suitable materials for such tapes include cellulosic paper, cellophane paper, polystyrene-based synthetic paper,
A polypropylene stretched film is preferably used.

As a method for adhering these tapes to the tubular film, a generally known method is sufficient, and a method using an adhesive or a pressure-sensitive adhesive as well as a method using heat adhesion are of course suitable.

A thin plastic metal wire is arranged between the tape and the tubular film, but the thin metal wire remains in a wound state when wound around an object, and can be easily rewound in the original direction if necessary. Is a fine metal wire that can be plastically deformed without being broken, and specifically, a mild steel wire rod which is usually used for fastening an article or for manufacturing a wire mesh is suitable. The winding of the wire is usually performed with a fingertip, and thus it is difficult to use a wire having high rigidity. Also, highly elastic materials are not suitable because they cannot be fixed by winding. For example, a piano wire cannot be used.
In short, if it is not plastically deformable, the effect that the openings of the film are gathered together and the wire rod is fixed in the wound state as described later does not produce the effect of sealing.

At least one of these wire rods is arranged along the generatrix of the tubular film, but if the number of wire rods is too large, the sealing property is rather poor and it is not preferable. One piece is enough unless the packaged item is large.

Next, a method for attaching these thin metal wires to the tubular film with a narrow tape will be described.

The tubular film can be easily obtained by the inflation molding method as described above, or by flattening the flat film,
In addition to the method of introducing the thin metal wire between the thin tapes at the same time when bonding the narrow tape to the tubular film, the thin metal wire is preliminarily interposed between the two narrow tapes and both tapes are bonded to each other. A convenient method is to prepare a narrow tape containing fine metal wires and attach the tape to a tubular film or a flat film before being tubularized.

Next, how to use the tubular film with the thin metal wire thus produced will be described. When the film portion of the opening of the tubular film and the thin metal wire portion are separately gripped and pulled in opposite directions, the thin metal wire tears the narrow tape and separates from the tubular film in the shape of a tree branch. The branches are of sufficient length to wrap around and seal the openings in the tubular film. Depending on the length and size of the tubular wrapping material, the normal length is about 5 to 10 cm or 15 to 20 cm.

The method for winding the branch-shaped thin metal wire is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the portion immediately before the branch is divided is grasped by one side and the openings of the tubular film are gathered together to wind the branch-shaped portion. In addition, it is preferable that the root of the branch portion is once bent in the original direction and then the winding is performed so that the narrow tape with the thin metal wire is not torn gradually during winding.
