Abstract

とともに掘削刃1の刃先形状を一つのケ−シングチュ−
ブで用途に応じて取り替えることができるように、先端
の切刃4の刃先位置を中心位置からずらして内刃用の切
刃は内側に傾斜させ、外刃用切刃は外側に傾斜させた掘
削工具を形成するとともにそれぞれの切刃4の刃先位置
を対称位置になるように形成しているので、どの掘削刃
を装着しても要求される内径、或いは外径を得ることが
出来ることと逆回転用として用いる場合は取り付け位置
を方向を替えて内刃と外刃を反対に装着することによっ
て使用できるので、一つのケ−シングチュ−ブで正逆回
転の多用途の工事に適用できるようにした掘削工具を提
供することを目的とする。

て更に詳しく説明すると、図1〜図5は、本発明に係わ
る掘削工具の実施例を示すものであり、円筒状中空ケ−
シングチュ−ブ2の先端部には、掘削刃1を装着するた
めの平行板状のホルダ−5を設けた凹部6を複数箇所設
けてあり、前記平行板状のホルダ−5は円筒状ケ−シン
グチュ−ブ2の肉厚Tの中心位置に、正確に位置させて
設けるとともに円筒状ケ−シングチュ−ブの中心点から
外径方向にのびる線に対して直角に位置させて設け、ま
た各ホルダ−5は中心点から同一位置になるようにそれ
ぞれ設けている。各ホルダ−5の中央部にはピン挿入用
の孔7を設けている。前記平行板状のホルダ−5の形成
法は、中空円筒状のケ−シングチュ−ブ2の先端面に凹
部6を成形して平板を凹部内に溶接にて取り付けてもよ
いし、H形のホルダ−を前もって形成して溶接にて取り
付けてもよい。一方前記ホルダ−5に装着する掘削刃1
は図4に示す如く、全体が鋼材のシャンクからなり、そ
の先端に超硬合金からなる切刃4を設け、その下部には
前記平行板状のホルダ−5に装着するための係合溝8を
設けている。また前記係合溝8の側面の中央部にはピン
挿入用の孔9を設けてあり、このホルダ−5に装着した
掘削刃1の脱落を防止するためのものである。掘削刃1
の切刃4は、先端刃先部を中心位置からずらして内刃用
と外刃用の掘削刃1を形成とている。内刃用の掘削刃1
のシャンク部を内側に傾斜させ、外刃用の掘削刃1はシ
ャンク部を外側に傾斜させて形成する。なお、前記切刃
4の先端刃先部は、内刃と外刃の刃先位置を係合溝8の
中心からそれぞれ対象の位置に設けている。内刃用と外
刃用の切刃4は、千鳥刃に使用する場合と単刃で使用す
る場合があり、又逆回転の掘削に用いる場合は、内刃と
外刃をそれぞれ逆に取り付けて用いればよい。なお、切
刃4の突き出し量は、ホルダ−の摩耗を軽減するため3
mm〜12mmの範囲に設定する。

−シングチュ−ブ2の前端に取り付ける掘削刃1の取り
付け位置が正確に設定されるので、取り付けばらつきが
解消し工具寿命が大幅に伸びる利点を有することと取り
付ける掘削刃1を内刃用の掘削刃と外刃用の掘削刃をホ
ルダ−の中心位置から内刃は内側へ外刃は外側へ対象の
位置にそれぞれ傾斜させているので、逆回転用に用いる
