Abstract

PURPOSE: To define the specification of a joint material support member which is convenient to use and carry and store and which is used based on a joint construction method which places concrete and forms joints in a state in which a joint main body is installed to a floor surface and no fixing work is carried out based on a support leg and mortar. CONSTITUTION: A joint material support member 20 is a hollow material having a bottom to be arranged on a foundation bed surface and it is so shaped up that it may be directly or indirectly placed in contact with a side surface of a joint main body 10 to support the joint main body in profile and provides an infection hole 21 on a part of the outer surface and is designed to provide weight which allows the joint material to be fixed by injecting a fluid, such as water. A notched part 23, whose shape is so designed to conform to the cross sectional shape on the lower side of the joint material main body 10, is prepared on the lower end on the contact side with the joint material main body.

As the joint material main body 10, a plate-like member having a rectangular cross section and a uniform width is widely used, but the present invention does not use conventionally used supporting legs or fixing mortar. In the joint construction method according to (1), it is preferable to provide a wide portion 13 at the lower end of the joint material main body 10 for stability when it is erected on the base surface to improve the adhesion to the base surface. The joint material supporting member 20 has a hollow structure and is preferably made of a synthetic resin material,
Pour fluid such as water, mortar, concrete, sand, and gravel through 1 and use it as a heavy object. Further, although the handle structure 22 is formed so as to be convenient to carry, it is preferable that the handle 22 has a structure having no protruding portion from the outer surface as shown in FIG. The injection port 21 and the handle structure 22 can be provided on any surface, not limited to the positions shown in the drawing.

As described above, setting the lower end of the joint material main body 10 to be slightly wider is useful for enhancing the adhesiveness to the base surface. For this purpose, the joint material supporting member 20 is provided. On the side, it is necessary to provide a notch 23 corresponding to the shape of the wide portion 13 of the joint material body 10. By firmly supporting the lower end side of the joint material main body 10 with such a configuration, it is possible to prevent the joint material main body 10 placed on the base surface from being pushed out by the pressure at the time of placing concrete. Is effective for.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG.
Various shapes can be considered and adopted for the wide portion 13 formed at the lower end of the joint. In order to firmly support this portion, the joint material supporting member 20 shown in FIG. It is preferable to prepare an attachment 25 having notches 24 corresponding to the shape of the wide portion 13 instead of the notches 23. Furthermore, the attachment 25 has a common attachment structure for attaching to the joint material support member 20, and by preparing several kinds of attachments having different notches 24, the attachment 25 can be adapted to the joint material main body 10. .

Since the joint material supporting member 20 of the present invention is provided with the notch 23 corresponding to the wide portion 13 formed below the joint material main body 10, the joint material main body 10 is provided.
Can be firmly supported from the lower end to the upper end, and without causing joint construction failure such as the joint material peeling off from the base surface and being pushed out by the impact at the time of placing concrete, the above-mentioned problems are solved. It is possible.
