BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a method for temporarily spraying a solution in a pressure resistant container only while pressing a push button, and rotating the push button at the same time as pressing the finger to restore a desired time. The present invention relates to an injection head of an injection container in which injection is continuously and automatically performed. The inventors of the present invention are disclosed in Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 51-22343 and Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 51-223.
No. 44 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-22347 disclose an aerosol jet head having the above-mentioned function.
On the other hand, jet heads which have a similar function due to a mechanism slightly different from those disclosed in these publications have recently appeared. However, since these jet heads that are already known are all composed of a plurality of members, and inevitably include members that cannot be molded without using a split mold, production of members, alignment between members, and jet head Intrinsically high production costs, such as assembly. Most of aerosol preparations such as aerosol pesticides, aerosol deodorants, and aerosol cosmetics currently on the market are household consumables, and empty containers after consumption are discarded together with general household waste. Although it is in a building that is not put in the incinerator after collecting garbage, if careless handling is performed or if it is left in the hot sun, a rupture accident of the empty container is expected due to thermal expansion of residual gas, so make a hole in the container before collecting garbage. Instructions such as drilling are given, but the drilling operation is troublesome, so do not do it thoroughly. As long as it has the automatic continuous injection function described above, when the stored liquid is consumed to become an empty container, or when the empty container is discarded of dust,
There is no doubt that by simply setting the jet head to automatic continuous jetting, the residual gas can be swept away, and thus the above-mentioned rupture accident of an empty container at home or at the garbage disposal site can be extinguished, but the jet head having this function is as described above. Since it is extremely expensive, it is not attached to anything other than a special aerosol product, and most of the injection heads of general aerosol injection containers are for temporary injection, which works only when the finger head is pressed. From this point of view, it is most desirable to add an automatic continuous injection function to all commercially available aerosol injection preparations, but the obstacle to its widespread use is the high production cost. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a structure of an injection head capable of producing an aerosol injection container having both the temporary injection function and the automatic continuous injection function at low cost.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The present invention will be described below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. That is, 1 is a cylindrical stopper that can be fixed to a container opening of a pressure resistant container (not shown) for charging a solution together with a propellant, and 2 is a push button described below. The push button 2 and the push button 2 are integrally formed through several weak bridging thin pieces 3 arranged around the push button 2.
The push button 2 has a cylindrical head portion 21 and a non-circular hem portion 23 that follows a shoulder 22 that extends outward from the head portion 21. Reference numeral A denotes a valve stem which vertically movably protrudes from the valve casing of the injection valve fixed to the pressure resistant container (not shown).
The head 21 has an injection passage 24 that can be closely connected to the valve stem A and an injection hole 25 that follows the injection passage 24. The plug 1 described above has a transverse wall 12 having a hollow hole 11 of the same shape as the non-circular hem 23 described above. Further, according to the present invention, the aerosol jet head has the shoulder 22 of the push button 2 of the plug body when the bridge thin piece 3 is ruptured by the push of the push button 2 and the push button 2 released from the plug body 1 is rotated. The lower surface of the transverse wall 12 can be engaged. Here, the plug 1 of the illustrated embodiment is a very general aerosol container in which a shallow cup-shaped mountain cup is wound around the container opening of a pressure-resistant can having a bead-shaped rim (not shown because it is well known). ) Is tightly inserted into the mountain cup described above, and the flange portion 13 is fixed on the flange of the mountain cup, but for a container port of a pressure resistant container having another form, a shape different from that shown in the drawing is used. Of course, there are cases where plugs are applied. Further, according to the illustrated embodiment, the plan shape of the hem portion 23 of the push button has an oval shape as apparent from FIG. 2, but according to the present invention, the hem portion 2
3 may be a non-circular shape such as an arbitrary polygon. The head 21 of the push button has a circular shape in addition to the oval shape shown in the figure.
It can be designed in any shape such as a polygon. It goes without saying that in the present invention, the directions of the injection holes 25 and the injection passages 26 can be freely designed. In addition, 14 is a non-circular hem 2
3 rotation stoppers, which optionally protrude downward from the transverse wall 12. Since the spray head according to the present invention is configured as described above, the plug 1 is fixed to the mouth of the pressure resistant container charged with the solution and propellant as the contents,
Ship as an aerosol formulation. When the consumer who wants to use the button pushes the push button 2 strongly downward, the bridging thin piece 3 is broken and the push button 2 moves downward, and at that time, the injection passage 24 of the push button is closely connected to the valve stem A. Further, when the push button 2 is further pressed, the valve stem A descends and the injection valve is opened, so that the content of the pressure resistant container is injected from the valve hole 25. This injection is temporary, and by releasing the finger pressure of the push button 2, the restoring force of the valve spring that presses the valve stem A upward causes the valve stem A to move.
The injection is stopped at the same time when the push button 2 supported by the button is lifted, and thereafter it can be reused as a normal injection container for temporary injection. When it is desired to continuously inject the content, the push button 2 is pressed downward and the push button 2 is rotated by an appropriate angle as in the case of the temporary injection operation. As mentioned above, the hem 23 of the push button is non-circular while the transverse wall 1 of the plug is
Since a stupid hole 11 of the same shape is drilled in 2, the large diameter portion of the hem portion 23 (which means the portion where the distance from the center of the hem portion 23 to the peripheral surface is larger) due to the rotation of the push button 2, Stupid hole 1
1 reaches the portion of the cross wall 12 corresponding to the small diameter portion (which means the portion where the distance from the center of the hem portion 23 to the edge of the fool hole 11 is smaller), and at that time, if the pressing of the push button 2 is released, The shoulder 22 of the push button 2, which receives the elastic support of the valve stem A, engages with a part of the lower surface of the transverse wall 12 and prevents the push button 2 from further lifting, so that the injection automatically continues. When the push button 2 is rotated again and the hem portion 23 escapes from the stupid hole 11, the valve stem A supporting the push button 2 rises and the injection is stopped.
Therefore, when the empty container is consumed due to the consumption of the contents, the residual gas is completely swept away by performing this continuous injection operation and leaving it to stand.

The structure of the present invention and the method of using the jet head according to the present invention are as described above. However, the present invention has the above structure, so that the plug body 1 and the push button 2 are respectively placed on the upper and lower sides. It is possible to mold at the same time as one by using a single die. Moreover, these plug 1 and push button 2 are members of the spray head that are used for both temporary spray and continuous spray by fingertip operation in the aerosol container. That is, a known aerosol jet head for the purpose of both temporary jetting and continuous jetting requires two members to be produced separately, and at least one of these members requires a split mold for molding. And In this case, burrs are generated on the mating surfaces of a pair of molding dies at the time of molding, but such burrs appear on the sliding surface of the member of the jet head for the above-mentioned purpose for other members. The burr must be completely removed by precision polishing work. Otherwise, the push button will not operate smoothly, and it will be unusable. Since such precision polishing work for a minute member such as a push button of an aerosol container requires a high degree of power and labor, it significantly increases the production cost. On the other hand, the mating surface of the die used to mold the jet head of the present invention (see FIG.
In (indicated by one-dot chain line in Fig. 4), burrs also appear. In this case, however, the burrs are located on the outer peripheral surface of the plug body 1 which has nothing to do with the operation of the push button, so that complete removal is unnecessary. As described above, according to the present invention, the entire injection head is molded as a single molded product, and since deburring work by precision polishing is not required, the time and effort for production are minimized, and at the same time, the parts in the assembly of the aerosol container are manufactured. Since the management is easy, the production cost of the aerosol container for the purpose of both the temporary injection and the continuous injection is significantly reduced. Thus, when the injection head of the present invention, which has an extremely low production cost, is used in place of the most widely used push button in the related art, it becomes possible to achieve extinction of the rupture accident of the aerosol container under ignition or hot weather. Incidentally, the push button of the injection head of the present invention is in a state of being fixed to the pressure resistant container through the bridging thin piece and the plug mentioned above at the time of shipping of the aerosol container, and is not released from the plug by a light impact, The fact that it is possible to omit the attachment of a large cap is also effective in reducing the product cost.
