Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform cleaning and stored water mineralization in a reservoir by radially scattering circulating stored water to cause forced convection in equipment allowing the wall surface in the reservoir to be cleaned and also filtering the circulating stored water before circulation and causing the water to flow into the reservoir again. CONSTITUTION: Circulating stored water is caused to flow in from an inflow pan 2a of a circulating inflow pipe 2 in a reservoir 1 and is made to fall and is radially scattered by a sprinkler plate 3 to make it collide with the wall surface in the reservoir. In this way, the wall surface in the reservoir is cleaned by using water pressure, and flowing water is caused to run downward along the wall surface in the reservoir into water. When water in the same quantity as the water scattered from a sprinkler plate 3 is discharged from a discharge port 1a of each stage of a multistage discharge cylinder 4, multistage convection is caused and continued. Incidentally, the circulating stored water is first put in the first tank via a pump of a water purifier 6. Next, in the second tank, an activating tank, it is passed through a mixed group of an ore bed and a chemical bed. At this time, oxygen molecules of the circulating stored water are excited to activate the water by using the magnetic field.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, tap water is generally treated by the following method and used for drinking. (1) Generally, water treated as drinking water at a public water purification plant is sent to a consumer such as a household through a water pipe and used. However, in the past, what was processed by the low-speed filtration method over a long period of time has been forced to adopt the high-speed filtration method which uses a large amount of chemicals due to the need for large-scale supply in recent years due to the increasing demand for water. ing. At the same time, the pollution of raw water taken from rivers and the like is also increasing, so the usage fee of chlorine used for sterilization is increasing. This chlorine is not only a poison in itself,
It is pointed out that "trihalomethane", which is a carcinogen, is produced by combining with ammonia nitrogen contained in raw water.

(2) In each household, the recent tap water cannot be drunk because of chemical odor, musty odor, rust odor, turbidity, etc. Tends to install. However, it has been pointed out that this device is difficult to maintain, and if it does not retain water or exchange filter media frequently, it will become a hotbed for bacteria. In addition, there are drawbacks such as high maintenance costs such as purchasing filter media.

(3) In addition, when a large amount of water is consumed in an apartment or condominium, a water storage tank such as a water reception tank or an elevated water tank is installed, temporarily stored here, and distributed to each house. . However, the fact is that this water tank is so dirty that it is said to be the second source of pollution. Therefore, recently, a device for filtering water in the water storage tank has been developed. However, since most of these devices are simple filtration systems mainly composed of ceramics, zeolite, etc., there are drawbacks such that frequent backwashing is required due to clogging and dirt, and a large cost is required for maintenance. . Moreover, these are not limited to the filtration of a part of the water in the water storage tank, and have not yet solved the fundamental problem of pollution, that is, the cleaning of the dead water inside the tank and the water storage tank itself. ,and,
The purpose is not to improve the water quality in all types of water quality.

As described above, in the water purification plant, if it continues as it is, the resistance of the bacteria in the raw water increases, and it becomes "weasel pretend" that the amount of chemicals increases for the treatment, and the chemical concentration is high. It is feared that it will become drinking water.

On the other hand, even in the water receiving tank for receiving the tap water, the quality of the raw water is deteriorated, and the pollution due to organic matters and bacteria is severe. It announced that it will try to clean up the water tank that is said to exist. In other words, it is a method of increasing the supply water pressure from the water purification plant and sending water directly to the elevated water tank on the roof of the building. However, it is a common understanding among all the local governments that the water pipes of existing buildings cannot withstand this increase in pressure, and it is said that water leakage will occur, which is impossible in reality. Therefore, it was inevitable that it would be indispensable to improve the existing water tank and the elevated water tank as they are.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Regardless of how the raw water is contaminated, the administrative side treats it so that it passes a certain standard value as drinking water and supplies it. However, the range of responsibility up to the entrance of the consumer's water tank is stipulated. However, in the routes after that (water tank, elevated water tank, and inside of piping), unimaginable pollution is progressing.

(1) In a water tank such as a water tank or an elevated water tank, organic substances contained in tap water react with dirt in the water tank to breed algae, molds, etc. Adhere to or float on the water surface. At the same time, mites, cockroaches, mice, etc. invade through vents and manholes to amplify pollution. And since these carcasses accumulate like sludge on the bottom, the aquarium with a capacity of 10M 3 or more is obliged to be cleaned and sterilized once a year by the Waterworks Law, but even if it is removed, pollution begins again. A fundamental solution has not been reached. Moreover, there is no regulation for water tanks of 10 M 3 or less, and the tank is left unchecked.

(2) The main cause of this pollution is the flow and retention of water in the tank. In other words, since the makeup water inlet and the water inlet are located at fixed positions on the tank wall from the beginning, a so-called water channel S is determined, as shown in FIG. Algae, mold, etc. are generated inside and attach to the wall of the tank or start to float. Further, in the elevated water tank, when the tank wall is thin and light is transmitted, this generation is amplified.

(3) Further, due to the generation of iron bacteria, corrosion occurs on the inner surface of the water pipe and becomes red water.
Also, due to the sticky substances produced by bacteria, microorganisms in water,
Although organic substances and inorganic substances are fixed, so-called rust bumps develop, the inside of the pipe becomes blocked, and the passage of water deteriorates.
It is said that there is no solution other than replacing the piping.

(4) Since most of the conventional water storage tanks are made of reinforced plastic (FRP), the inner surface is peeled off little by little over time, and the glass fibers float in the water. Because it is light, it comes out of the faucet with water and is ingested by the body.
It has also been proved that vitamins C, B 1 and B 2 are decomposed when vegetables, rice, liver, etc. are washed with tap water due to the influence of chemicals.

In this way, it is possible to obtain healthy and delicious water at the same time by using an inexpensive system and cleaning the water tank naturally without using chemicals. The following factors work more effectively. . (1) When water is discharged from the center upper part to the sprinkler installed in the water tank, the water hit the sprinkler is radially crushed and scattered, but at this time, since the particle size of the water becomes smaller, oxygen in the air is involved, Efficiently taken into water and more effective than air waterfall. Further, at this time, it has an action of extinguishing chlorine-based poisonous substances such as trihalomethane.

(2) If a large radius R is applied to the surface of the sprinkler toward the end face, the water has the effect of flying further while drawing radiation. This makes it possible to use up to a water tank with a diameter of about 3M. It should be noted that, in the case of a rectangular tank having more than that, it is possible to cope with all by installing a few of these sprinklers.

(3) Since the convection is forcedly generated in the tank, suction is performed from the multi-stage water absorption cylinder, but the opening area of this water absorption part can be adjusted so that the upper part is wide and the lower part is narrow.
Convection occurs on average in the entire tank, and the entire amount of water in the tank is evenly supplied to the filtration tank.
Also, when water is consumed and the water level in the aquarium drops, the water is automatically replenished. This replenished water is also first replenished from the post-sprinkler through the filtration tank. As a result, the water quality in the water tank has the effect of always maintaining stability.

(4) Generally, a similar one of the water purifiers is of a one-tank type. However, the invention products of claims 3 and 4 are of the two-tank type. In the first filtration tank, usually only filtration for removing foreign matters of 1 micron or more is performed. The second active tank performs ionic activation treatment and biological treatment to improve water quality. Therefore, the treatment with a special mineral group is not burdened, the life of the stone is extended, and the medicinal and nutrient contents are effectively and continuously eluted for a long period of time. At the same time, since it is not clogged, it has the effect of promoting the establishment of aerobic bacteria, forming a biological filtration membrane, and effectively decomposing nitrogen and organic substances.

(5) Since the mineral group used in the active tank uses the special mineral active material existing in nature as it is, it can be freely designed according to the condition of water quality, and this produces delicious water. It has a great effect on. And, it is said that the water in Japan is mostly soft water having a hardness of 30 to 40 mg / l, but this is changed to a suitable hard water (hardness of 80 to 90 mg / l). Chlorine is neutralized, and the smell of chlorine is soothed. At the same time, acidic water is changed to weak alkaline water. Increases the antibacterial action of water and transforms it into water that does not rot easily. It is possible to hydrate minerals (total amount of minerals 100 mg / l) by eluting dozens of trace elements and hydrogen carbonate ions, including calcium and magnesium contained in minerals, in water. There are various effects, and as a result, the water itself has a bactericidal action, an antiseptic action, and a deodorizing action, and has the action of transforming it into mellow, healthy and delicious water.

(7) This water purification apparatus is made of all stainless steel, and the first tank, the second tank, and the pipes at the connecting portions are all connected by welding. This makes it possible to avoid 100% of water leakage inside the device. Moreover, the inside of the tank and the connecting pipes are all made of fluorocarbon resin or other thermoplastic resin and have a seamless integrated lining, so that the water flowing inside does not touch the surface of the stainless steel even in one place, It has a great effect on stabilization. Before lining, the resin ratio in the resin is 0.
When 2% of antibacterial agent is added and lining is applied, it is effective in improving the bactericidal effect.

Next, the operation based on the configuration of the above embodiment will be described below. First, the water tank 1 such as the water tank and the elevated water tank
In order not to pollute the inside, it is indispensable to eliminate the retention of water, and as a means to do so, convection and moving water are important elements. Circulating stored water is caused to flow into the tank from the inlet 2a of the circulating inflow pipe 2 in the above-water space at the center of the water tank 1. The circulating stored water that has flowed in drops downward and is scattered radially on the surface of the water spray plate 3 directly below. Circulating stored water that has been scattered radially hits the inner wall surface of the water storage tank 1, cleans the inner wall surface of the tank with the water pressure at that time, and flows downward along the inner wall surface of the tank to enter the water.

That is, the circulating stored water hits the sprinkler plate 3 at a right angle, and is scattered radially by the water pressure, and the circulating stored water that hits the inner wall surface of the tank moves downward along the wall surface.
The foreign matter adhering to the inner wall surface is caught. At the same time, when the same amount of water as that flowing out from the sprinkler 3 is discharged from the drainage ports 4a of the respective stages of the multistage drainage pipe 4 provided at the center of the water in the water tank 1, multistage convection is caused, Without any momentary stagnation, the convection is evenly distributed and continues.

The circulating stored water withdrawn from the multi-stage drainage pipe 4 enters the first filtration tank 7 by the pump 9 of the water purifier 6. Here, foreign matter such as dust, dirt, and pigment in water, which is usually 1 micron or more, is removed (physical treatment). Next, in the second active tank 8, the mixed group of the ore tank 8a and the medicinal stone tank 8b in which the special mineral active material is used as it is is passed. Here, while decomposing bacteria, organic matter, iron and their odors in the water, the chemicals and nutrients contained in natural stone are eluted and converted into mineral water (active ion treatment). Then, the entire active tank 8 is made into a magnetic field by the action of the magnet 8c attached to the inner peripheral side surface thereof, whereby oxygen molecules in the circulating pooled water are excited and water is activated (magnetic field treatment). In this way, the treated circulating stored water returns to the water storage tank 1 such as a water receiving tank or an elevated water tank, is sprayed onto the sprinkler 3, and returns to the inside of the tank. It is performed by one pump 9 installed in the water purification device 6. When the water purifier 6 is not equipped with the active tank 8, the active tank 8 does not work and it does not become mineral water.

As described above, the water storage tank 1 that causes forced convection and the water purification device 6 that processes the water are connected, and the total amount of water in the tank is affected by medicinal stones and magnetic fields 1 to 5 times per hour. Then, it gradually changes to mineral water. By continuing this cycle, the water storage tank 1 such as a culture tank for water contaminated bacteria, an elevated water tank, etc., is constantly cleaned only by circulating water to increase the growth of various bacteria contained in the water. It is a treatment system for two birds with one stone that can be brought close to mineral water while blocking and purifying.

[Experimental Example 1] Here, an experiment of forced convection is performed using the water sprinkler 3 and the multi-stage drainage cylinder 4. FIG. 6 shows the experimental apparatus. It is a transparent round water tank made of polycarbonate with an open top so that you can check the convection inside. A transparent vinyl chloride disk was used as the lid to prevent water from splashing on it. The dimensions of each part are as described. About 500 liters of water was put in and preparation was completed, so connect the pump to the power source,
Start driving. Then, it was confirmed that the water discharged from the inflow port hits the sprinkler plate 3 and was evenly scattered in the space, and fine water droplets violently hit the inner wall surface of the tank. Next, a brown urethane foam was coated with a red polyester resin to be cured, and 3 liters of 20 to 30 mesh granules crushed by a crusher were prepared. All of this was put in the tank, and was barely operated again to float on the water. Put all this in the tank,
I drove again. Then, the red particles were sucked from the drainage port 4a, but the upper part of the drainage port 4a was weak, and the red particles were strongly sucked from the lower part. Therefore, the operation was stopped, and the opening ratio of the drainage port 4a was set to 100% in the upper stage, 60% in the middle stage, and 30 in the lower stage with the adjusting cylinder, and the operation was started. Then, it was confirmed that the red particles were sucked in on average in each stage, causing convection like a chrysanthemum flower divided into three stages.

[Experimental Example 2] Here, a change in dirt and the like in the tank is verified by actually installing it on site. Here is A
It is a four-story 16-story rental apartment lined up in ridge and B ridge. The rooftop elevated water tank was made of 1M 3 FRP and was cleaned and disinfected two years ago. When I opened the manhole and looked inside, there were light brown floating substances on the surface of the water, green algae were clustered on the inner wall of the tank in a length of 3 cm, and dead bodies of bacteria and organic matter had accumulated on the bottom. This situation was the same in both Buildings A and B, and the inside of the water tank was cleaned and the building A was filled with water immediately without any disinfection. As shown in FIG. 1, the building B was equipped with a sprinkler plate 3 and a multi-stage drainage pipe 4 and was connected to a two-tank water purifier 6. The minerals in the active tank 8 were standardized. After about 2 hours, the preparation was completed, so turn on the water purification device 6,
The three-month test started. The inside of the water tank 1 on the way is as follows.

[Experimental Example 3] Here, a change in treated water will be verified. During the three-month experiment period in Example 2, three residents in the building B equipped with the water purification device 6 were requested to record the change in water condition. The contents are the comparison of taste and smell after drinking the first water of the morning and the water after cooking, the turbidity of water and the change of taste after a rainy day, and the other three things I felt. As a result, the following answers were obtained. (1) Regarding A, the rusty smell was felt in the water in the morning for the first 10 to 15 days, but there was no change after that, but the water after cooking became very delicious from the next day. or,
From time to time, I compared it with the water in Building A and found that there was a complete difference in taste. (2) Regarding B, before, when the rain continued, the water became cloudy and the odor of khaki felt strong, but there was no change after installation. (3) In addition, the taste of the tea was delicious, and the rice and miso soup were delicious. It was reported that tap water has a taste, compared to tasteless commercial mineral water. In addition, when I put the water of the A building and the water of the B building into a cup and observed the gerbera flowers one by one, the A building was wilted on the 8th day, whereas the treated water of the B building was treated. Then, on the 12th day, it was reported that he had withered. As mentioned above,
The water has a taste. From reports such as delicious food, it was confirmed that this device produced a medicinal effect, activated water, and changed it to mineral water. The analysis results of water collected from the faucet on the 90th day are as follows.

[Experimental Example 4] Here, tap water having a high iron content is treated. The tap water in this building has a lot of iron, and when you wash your face, your eyes tingle, and you have to wash it again with water through a water purifier to remove the pain. When I drank it again, I felt a strong sense of kana. The mineral group of the active tank 8 of the water purifier 6 was compounded mainly for iron removal. Since this test temporarily changes the water quality, approximately 500 liters of water was transferred from the receiving tank to this device using the experimental device shown in FIG. Then, it was connected to the water purifier 6, operated for 30 minutes, and then stopped. During this time, the water in the water tank 1 has passed through the water purification device 6 about 6 times. When I drank it, I was able to get rid of kana and turned into mellow water. Of course, even after washing the face, no abnormalities were felt, and it was confirmed that the treatment was performed as intended. The analysis results of tap water and treated water in this building are as follows.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION As is clear from the above description, the present invention is a rational and simple method that can clean the inside of the water tank or create delicious mineral water at the same time while cleaning the water supply system as it is. System. (1) To install this system, first install a filtration tank or a water purification device beside a water tank. Remove drainage from the existing water storage tank while draining and remove the algae that are growing and wash. Install a sprinkler and a multi-stage drain.
Connect to a filtration tank or water purification device. It can be used by the above work and can be installed in an extremely short time. At this time, disinfection after cleaning the water tank is not necessary. In this way, there is an excellent effect that the water quality can be improved with the piping as it is without moving or remodeling the water storage tank such as the conventional water receiving tank or the elevated water tank.

(3) This device has an extremely simple structure and is devised so that it can be treated in a healthy and hygienic manner by making maximum use of the joints in the natural world and without using a single drop of chemicals. Therefore, the price is
It is inexpensive, at 1/3 to 1/5, and is superior in terms of system. In addition, no maintenance is required, the filter only needs to be washed about once a year, and a system with low cost is realized. Further, since the water in the water tank is always purified, it is possible to always supply sanitary and clean water by twisting the faucet. Further, a simple filter is not required in each house, and it is possible to avoid the phenomenon that eyes are hurt when the face is washed and the nutrients are destroyed when washing foods. Further, according to the third and fourth aspects of the invention, the apparatus is also a mineral water production apparatus, and it is not necessary to purchase the mineral water currently on the market.
