電灯線の充電の有無を感知し、信号を制御回路(6)に
導き、充電時は停電スイッチ(4)をオフとしランプ
(3)は消灯を継続、停電(含ブレイカー遮断)時は停
電スイッチ(4)をオンとし、ランプ(3)を点灯す
る。箱等に入れて保管の場合のために停電スイッチ
(4)がオンの時ブザーを鳴らし保管位置を報せる事も
出来る。また停電時の警報装置としての機能も付加出来
る。基本原理としては、屋内電灯線とグランド(アー
ス)との間に空間を通して僅かな電流が流れている。こ
の僅かな電流の変化を、アンテナ(1)で捕らえ制御回
路(6)に送り停電スイッチ(4)を制御する。また制
御回路(6)には、静電気等のノイズによる誤動作を防
止する為、50Nz又は60Hzのフィルター回路を内
蔵し信頼性の向上を図る事も出来る。
