2. Description of the Related Art As a liquid container used for transporting liquid chemicals such as commercial detergents and various liquid food materials for commercial use, tin cans known as "Itoto cans" have been widely used. Further, for example, in the case of a liquid container used for carrying a detergent or the like containing a strong oxidizer such as sodium hypochlorite, since tin cans are corroded by these acidic chemicals, a chemically resistant synthetic material such as polyethylene is internally formed. A resin-made thin-walled container was used.

However, in the case of using a liquid container in which a thin container is housed in a corrugated cardboard case, there are advantages as described above, but the pressing cap cannot be used because the thin container is flexible. Therefore, when storing the liquid in the container, flow the thin-walled container into the filling line to fill the liquid in the container, then close the mouth with a screw cap and then open the bottom. It is necessary to cover the cardboard case from above the thin-walled container, then turn the cardboard case upside down to close its bottom, then turn it upside down again and put it upside down to carry it out. Not only is it impossible to use liquid filling equipment that uses a cap to close the lid, but the filling process is also complicated, resulting in large-scale and complicated equipment, resulting in a significant increase in equipment costs. There is a cormorant problem.

The force can be obtained more strongly, and this strong support force ensures that the outer peripheral engagement edge 11a of the cap 11 is engaged with the engagement surface 9 to close the lid or the outer peripheral engagement of the cap 11. The joint edge 11a can be reliably separated from the engagement surface 9 to open the lid. Further, since the engaging collar 16 of the annular support member 13 is formed substantially continuously in an annular shape, the engaging collar 16 is unlikely to be deformed by the pressing force of the cap 11, and the pressing force can be stably supported. In addition, in this way, the engaging collar 16
Since the cut 17 is formed at one position in the circumferential direction even when the ring is formed in an annular shape, the engaging collar 16 is engaged with the engaging surface 9 by strongly pressing the mouth portion 5 into the annular support member 13. You can

The liquid container 1 filled with the liquid is stored / transported and delivered to the customer. After that, when the liquid is taken out from the liquid container 1 in the consumer, the central portion 11a of the cap 11 is strongly pressed to deform the central portion 11a by immersion, and the outer peripheral engagement edge 11a is interlocked with the deformation. Although it is necessary to disengage from the engagement surface 9, according to the present invention, the cap 11 has the engagement surface 9 of the mouth portion 5 and the engagement flange 16 of the annular support member 13 and the annular shape as described above. Since the flange portion 15 of the support member 13 and the upper surface of the corrugated board case 2 are supported by the corrugated board case 2 via the annular support member 13, the cap 11 is engaged even if a strong pressing force is applied to the cap 11. The mating mouth portion 5 does not sink into the inside, and therefore, as shown in FIG. 3B, the central portion 11a of the cap 11 is strongly pressed to strongly support the central portion 11a of the cap 11 by the supporting force. Immersive deformed inwardly, open the outer peripheral engagement edge 11b of the cap 11 is detached from the engagement surface 9 in conjunction with the deformation capped,
After that, the liquid can be extracted by removing the inner lid 10.

When the reinforcing cylinder frame 21 is arranged in this manner, the pressing force is supported by the peripheral wall 2a of the corrugated cardboard case 2 and the double wall of the cylinder frame 21, and the outer peripheral portion of the upper surface flap 2c is supported by a wide width. Therefore, the supporting strength is significantly improved.
Further, since the surface strength of the peripheral wall 2a of the cardboard case 2 is improved by the cylindrical frame 21, the liquid containers 1 may be stacked in multiple stages while the liquid containers 1 filled with the liquid are stored and transported. Also, the body can be prevented from bulging and sufficient strength can be secured.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, when a thin-walled container installed in a corrugated cardboard case is filled with a liquid and then the mouth portion is covered with a hold-down cap and is pushed in, the holding force is applied to the mouth portion. The cap is easily supported by the corrugated cardboard case via the annular support member by the engagement of the engaging surface and the engaging collar of the annular support member, so that the cap can be easily closed at the mouth. Therefore, even though it is a liquid container containing a thin container inside the cardboard case, it can be closed with a hold-down cap, and since the mouth is exposed from the window hole formed in the cardboard case, the conventional filling equipment can be used as it is. It can be used to fill a liquid.

At the time of opening the lid, it is necessary to strongly press the central portion of the cap to deform the central portion by sinking and to disengage the outer peripheral engaging edge from the engaging surface in conjunction with this deformation. In this respect, according to the invention of claim 1, as described above, the cap includes the engagement surface of the mouth portion and the engagement flange of the annular support member, and the flange portion of the annular support member and the upper surface of the corrugated cardboard case. Since it is supported by the corrugated cardboard case through the annular support member due to the engagement with the cap, even if a strong pressing force is applied to the cap, the mouth portion that engages the cap does not sink inside, and therefore the cap By strongly pressing the central portion, the central portion of the cap is retracted and deformed inward by the supporting force, and the outer peripheral engaging edge of the cap can be disengaged from the engaging surface in conjunction with this deformation.
