【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 刺繍機本体のヘッド部に上,下動可能に
設けられ、駆動源により刺繍布に向けて運針される刺繍
針と、前記ヘッド部の下側に位置して前記刺繍機本体の
基台上に移動可能に設けられ、前記刺繍布を展張状態で
保持する左,右一対の刺繍枠と、該左,右の刺繍枠を共
に前記ヘッド部に対して相対移動させる枠移動機構と、
刺繍用データに基づいて該枠移動機構および前記駆動源
を作動制御し、前記刺繍布に刺繍柄を実現させる制御装
置とからなる自動刺繍機において、前記制御装置には、
前記左,右の刺繍枠のうち、一方の刺繍枠内に保持され
た刺繍布に対して第1の刺繍柄を実現させる第1の刺繍
制御手段と、他方の刺繍枠内に保持された刺繍布に対し
て、前記第1の刺繍柄と同一または反転した柄である第
2の刺繍柄を実現させる第2の刺繍制御手段と、前記第
1の刺繍柄の終了点から第2の刺繍柄の開始点に向けて
前記各刺繍枠を自動的に移動させる枠移動制御手段とを
設けたことを特徴とする自動刺繍機。
