Abstract

PURPOSE:To replace an electric lamp with ease by providing an operating stick the tip end section of which is brought into contact with an electric lamp installed on the ceiling and the like from the floor, a sucker which sucks and fixes the electric lamp attached to the tip end section of the operating stick, and a suction release string releasing the suction of the sucker. CONSTITUTION:When a burnt-out electric lamp 2 is replaced, the sucker 4 at the tip end section of an operating stick 1 is pushed on the burnt-out electric lamp so as to be sucked and fixed. When it is dark around the area of the bunt-out electric lamp 2, lighting 23 is provided with a switch 25 turned on.
