Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the number of part items and facilitate removal at fitting work and maintenance inspection and reduce cost by integrally forming a conventional luminaire body, a reflector and an end plate. CONSTITUTION: Side plate parts 16, 16 are provided by bending and curving downward the longitudinal both sides of a top plate part 15 on which a lamp socket 22 and a lighting device 26 are disposed. Edge parts 29, 29 mounted on ceiling frames 1, 1 are formed by bending a lower end edge of the side plate part 16 outwardly. Both end parts of the side plate parts 16, 16 are closed by providing end plate parts 33, 33 at longitudinal both ends of a first reflector 13 and the first reflector 13 is formed in substantially box shape. The edge part 29 of one side plate part 16 is mounted on a mounting part 2 of one ceiling frame 1 and brought into contact with base end of the mounting part 2. The first reflector 13 is formed such that an edge of the other ceiling frame 1 is not brought into contact with an outer face of the side plate part 16 when the other side plate part 16 is downwardly turned. The edge part 29 of the one side plate part 16 is mounted on the one ceiling frame 1 and the other side plate part 16 is turned to place on the other ceiling frame 1 and the top plate 15 is screw fixed in a supporting body 5.

However, in the conventional lighting fixture shown in FIG. 10, the lamp socket 61 is used.
During maintenance and inspection of the lighting device 62 and the lighting device 62, the decorative screws 71, 71 are removed, the reflector 70 is removed, and the end plates 69, 69 are removed.
After removing 63 from the supports 66 and 66 and performing maintenance and inspection, the fixture body 63 is screwed to the supports 66 and 66 again, and the end plates 69 and 69 are attached to both ends of the fixture body 63 with screws, and then the reflector 70 is bent against elasticity and inserted into the irradiation opening 65, and both side edges in the longitudinal direction are placed on the ceiling frames 64 and 64, respectively.
Since it has to be attached to the instrument main body 63 at 1 and 71, the number of parts is large, the installation work and the removal work are complicated, and the productivity is deteriorated.

In the luminaire of the present invention, the first reflector integrally formed in a box shape by the top plate portion, the side plate portion and the end plate portion is provided with one of the side plate portions on one of the pair of mounting bases. In the mounted state, the other side plate portion is rotated about one lower end edge of the side plate portion so as to be insertable between the pair of mounts. Then, when mounting is performed, one of the side plate portions is placed on one of the pair of attached bases, and the other of the side plate portions is rotated between the pair of attached bases and placed on the other attached base. Then, after the top plate portion is attached to the support body attached to the attachment base, the second reflector is attached to the first reflector while covering the lower surface of the top plate portion. In addition, in the case of removal, after removing the second reflector, the first reflector is removed from the support and slid, and one of the side plate portions mounted on the mounting base is removed and rotated to rotate the pair of covered members. Insert between the mounts and remove.

2, 22 are arranged at a predetermined height H from the lower edge of the side plate portion 16. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the first reflector 13 places the edge portion 29 of the one side plate portion 16 on the mounting portion 2 of the one ceiling frame 1 and contacts the base end of the mounting portion 2. In the contacted state, the lower end edge of the one side plate portion 16 is substantially centered to the other side plate portion.
When the 16 is rotated downward, a curvature slightly smaller than the curvature of the distance L between the ceiling frames 1 and 1 so that the edge of the ceiling frame 1 that opens the other mounting opening 3 does not contact the outer surface of the side plate portion 16. Is formed in. Further, the support body 5 has a side plate portion when the distance S from the lower surface of the support body 5 to the upper surface of the mounting portion 2 is a predetermined distance, that is, when the top plate portion 15 of the first reflector 13 is screwed.
The edges of 16, 16 are formed so as to be placed on the ceiling frames 1, 1.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, the second reflector 14 is formed of a steel plate or the like into a substantially rectangular flat plate shape. The reflecting portion 35 is curved so as to widen and the reflecting surface 30 is provided on the lower surface, and both sides of the reflecting portion 35 in the longitudinal direction are bent upward, and the side plate portion of the first reflecting body 13 is formed. Joint parts 36, 36 that contact the inner surfaces of 16, 16 are provided. The second reflector 14 is formed such that the width of the reflector 35 is slightly longer than the distance between the horizontal side plates 16 at the lower end of the socket mount 18 of the first reflector 13. . Further, recessed notches 37 through which the lamp socket 22 can be inserted are formed at the centers of both ends of the reflection part 35 in the longitudinal direction.
