However, in the above-mentioned conventional configuration, the carburetor 4 is used when used with general clean fuel.
Evaporation is efficiently carried out on the surface, and uniform combustion can be realized, but if deteriorated fuel (for example, one exposed to sunlight or air for a long time) or fuel mixed with a high boiling point component is used for a long time, it causes combustion failure Sometimes occurred. That is, when the fuel as described above is used, the tar-like substance is likely to be deposited on the vaporization surface, the vaporization state deteriorates, and the vaporization is delayed, so that the vaporized gas in the central portion of the vaporizer decreases and both ends are Will increase. Therefore, the flame formed on the burner head 1 also
A plurality of flame ports 2 arranged in parallel tend to be small in the central portion in the vicinity of the carburetor 5 and large in both ends. In more extreme cases, the flame near the center becomes even smaller, and the heat receiving part 7
There is a risk that the amount of heat received near the center of the vaporizer will decrease and the temperature of the vaporizing surface cannot be maintained, vaporization near the center of the vaporizer 5 will not be possible, and the unvaporizable fuel will drip into the mixing chamber 14. was there.

The liquid fuel combustion apparatus of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure.
By deflecting the mixed gas of fuel and air vaporized by the vaporizer to the central portion of the burner head, the flame near the central portion of the burner head near the vaporizer can be strengthened.
Therefore, the amount of heat received can always be secured even near the center of the heat receiving portion, and the vaporization surface temperature near the center of the vaporizer is maintained at a predetermined temperature. Therefore, a good combustion state can be maintained even when a poor quality fuel is used for a long time.

In the above structure, when a power source (not shown) is turned on, the heater 21 is energized to heat the vaporizer 20. When the vaporizer 20 reaches a predetermined temperature, the blower 22 operates and the combustion air is supplied. The air supplied to the air passage 23 is divided into primary air supplied into the primary air passage 24 and secondary air supplied into the secondary air passage 25. At the same time, the pump 17 is activated and fuel is supplied to the nozzle 1.
It is sprayed from 9 to the vaporizer 20. Fuel is a high temperature vaporizer 2
Mixing chamber 2 while being vaporized on the 0 wall and being mixed with primary air
It is conveyed to 7, and becomes a combustible mixture and is ejected from the primary flame port 28. At this time, the combustible mixture is ignited by the discharge of an igniter (not shown) to start combustion. Further, since the secondary air passes through the secondary air passage 25 inside the burner case 29 and is supplied to the secondary flame port 30 arranged near the primary flame port 28, it burns in a blue flame in the combustion chamber 32. The high temperature combustion gas generated by the combustion is heat-exchanged by the heat exchanger 37 and discharged. A part of the mixed gas of fuel and air vaporized in the vaporizer 20 is introduced to the vaporizer 20 side by the guide plate 38, and a strong flame is formed on the vaporizer 20 side of the burner head 31, and the heat receiving portion 33 Secure the amount of heat received. Further, the mixed gas flowing near both ends of the vaporizer 20 is deflected toward the center by the flow straightening plates 36 formed at both ends of the guide plate 35, and a strong flame is formed at the center. Therefore, since the amount of heat received in the vicinity of the center of the heat receiving portion 33 is increased, the temperature in the vicinity of the center of the vaporization surface can be sufficiently maintained, and even if the deteriorated fuel or the fuel mixed with the high boiling point component is burned for a long time, it is vaporized. The temperature of the vessel 20 can be maintained to maintain a good combustion state.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the liquid fuel combustion apparatus of the present invention, in which the deflecting means are formed at both ends of the outlet of the carburetor 20 by the shield portions 37 integrally with the carburetor 20. With this configuration, the air-fuel mixture supplied from both ends of the vaporizer 20 is deflected toward the center by the shield portion 37, and the air-fuel mixture near the center is increased. Further, since the carburetor 20 itself can obtain the deflection effect, no special member or processing is required, and the same effect as described above can be obtained at low cost.

Further, since the rectifying plate as the deflecting means is formed integrally with the guide plate by projecting both ends of the guide plate in the vicinity of the carburetor to the mixing chamber side, there is no need to add a separate member. A combustion device can be realized at low cost by simple processing. Further, since the deflecting means is formed by blocking both ends of the vaporizer outlet, only the vaporizer mold processing is required, and there is no need for processing in the manufacturing process, so that the same effect can be realized at a lower cost.
