A yarn guide needle or a yarn guide tube attached to a conventional reed is inserted with a knitting yarn to which tension is applied, and the knitting yarn is guided from the tip portion to the knitting needle. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the tip of the yarn guide needle or the yarn guide tube a is worn by contact with the knitting yarn b, and is guided from the tip of each yarn guide needle or yarn guide tube. The heights of the yarns are not uniform, and some of them do not catch on the hooks of the knitting needles c, and the worn part d causes yarn breakage or fluffing of the knitting yarns, which causes deterioration of quality. It was.
Therefore, the present invention solves the above problems and does not cause unevenness in the height of the knitting yarn supplied to the knitting needles from the yarn guiding tube, and the knitting yarn supplied is broken or fluffed to deteriorate the quality. The object of the present invention is to provide a guide device for a reed in a warp knitting machine in which the occurrence of the above is prevented.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 schematically shows a knitting main part of a warp knitting machine to which a guide device for a reed of the present invention is attached. The warp knitting machine of FIG. 1 exemplifies a latch needle type warp knitting machine. The warp knitting machine of the type can be similarly used. As shown in FIG. 1, the guide device of the reed of the present invention is attached to the lower end of the reed frame 2 of the reed 1 for performing the knitting motion and supplying the yarn to the knitting needles 12 of the warp knitting machine. Knitted fabric 17
The same number of yarn guide tubes 4 as the number of knitting yarns 3 constituting the needle bed 16
The knitting needles 12 attached to the knitting needles 12 are attached in parallel so as to be positioned between the knitting needles 12 at the same intervals. The yarn guide tube 4 is in the shape of a hollow pipe and is attached to the lower end of the reed frame 2 via a mounting portion 5, and the knitting yarn 3 drawn from a thread winding beam (not shown) is introduced from above.
The knitting needle 12 is guided and fed from the lower end through the inside. At the lower end of the yarn guide tube 4, a horizontal lower end 8 of a guide plate 6 attached to the opposite side of the attachment portion 5 of the yarn guide tube 4 is arranged so as to slightly project, and is guided by the yarn guide tube 4. The knitting yarn 3 is bent and guided to be fed to the knitting needle 12. The guide plate 6 is a quadrangular plate of appropriate thickness having a width substantially the same as the mounting width of the yarn guiding tubes 4 mounted in parallel, and the lower part thereof has an inclined surface 7 as shown in FIG. It has the same inclination angle as the mounting angle of the yarn guiding tube 4, and is formed to guide the knitting yarn 3 guided by the yarn guiding tube 4 in a straight line. The guide plate 6 is the knitting yarn 3
It is desirable that the guide plate 6 is made of a hard material such as cemented carbide or ceramic so as not to be worn due to friction with, but even with ordinary steel, when the lower end 8 of the guide plate 6 is worn by the knitting yarn 3, The lower end portion 8 of the guide plate 6 may be polished horizontally before use. Further, the guide plate 6 has a vertically long hole 9 formed in the upper portion thereof, and as shown in FIG. 2, it is attached to the lower end of the reed frame 2 by a bolt 11 via a washer 10 and from the lower end of the yarn guiding tube 4. The protrusion length and the horizontal state of the lower end portion 8 of the guide plate 6 are adjusted and attached.

FIGS. 2 and 3 show the state of yarn feeding when the reed guide device and the knitting needles are knitted. FIG. 2 shows the knitting of a slide fastener tape in which weft yarns are inserted into chain stitches as shown in FIG. When knitting the ground 17, the knitting yarns 3 drawn out from a bobbin beam (not shown) are guided one by one to the yarn guide tube 4, pass through the inclined surface 7 of the guide plate 6 from below, and are bent by the lower end portion 8. And the yarn is fed to the hook 14 of the front knitting needle 12. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the spatula 13 is retracted and the knitting needle 12 is moved forward to transfer the old stitch to the needle stem 15, and then the reed 1 having the yarn guiding tube 4 arranged between the knitting needles 12 is shown in FIG. Arrow A
As described above, a new stitch is formed on the knitting needle 12 by overlapping it between the next knitting needles 12. Next, the spatula 13 is moved forward and the knitting needle 12 is retracted to remove the stitches older than the knitting needle 12 as shown in FIG. The weft yarn is inserted into the stitch to be knitted as shown in FIG. 1 by swinging an unillustrated weft yarn feeding portion in the weft direction when the spatula 13 is retracted to feed the weft yarn in the hook 14. In the drawing, knitting needle 1
Although a compound needle of a pipe needle in which a spatula 13 advances and retracts inside the needle is shown as 2, a common spatula needle or a whisker needle may be used. Similarly, it is possible to knit a warp knitted fabric by performing the conventional reed knitting movement.

According to the present invention having the above-described structure, the guide plate is attached to the lower end portion of the reed frame, and the horizontal lower end portion thereof is arranged so as to project slightly below the lower end portion of the yarn guiding tube. Since the knitting yarn guided through the yarn guide tube is guided to the lower end portion of the guide plate to be fed to the knitting needle, abrasion by the knitting yarn at the lower end portion of the yarn guide tube is prevented,
The individual heights of the knitting yarns supplied to the knitting needles are eliminated, and all the knitting yarns are fed without coming off the hooks of the knitting needle. The quality of the knitted fabric can be improved by disappearing. With the horizontal lower end of the guide plate, it is possible to easily set the feeding height of a large number of knitting yarns from a large number of yarn guiding tubes to the knitting needle at one time, and grind when the lower end is worn. It can be easily corrected and the mounting position of the guide plate can also be adjusted, so the length of protrusion from the yarn guide tube at the lower end of the guide plate can be adjusted to suit the type and quality of knitting yarn. It has many excellent effects such as being able to knit while maintaining the optimum yarn feeding height.
