2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various inorganic decorative boards have been used for the exterior of houses, but in recent years, products having embossed surfaces have been favored along with the tendency toward higher quality and higher design. If the surface is embossed, there is a simple decoration method such as painting with a single color paint or sanding. In addition, there is a transfer method using a rubber roll as a method of painting in synchronization with embossing, but it is difficult to completely adhere the pattern layer due to fine transfer of recessed embossed recesses.

As the base film, a thermoplastic resin film is used which can follow the surface embossed shape of the inorganic base material by the heat of thermocompression bonding during transfer by a rubber roll. Specific examples include vinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, polyester and the like. The type of resin, the thickness, etc. may be selected depending on the degree of embossing on the surface and the transfer temperature. According to the experiments conducted by the present inventors, a transfer temperature of 150 ° C. to 180 ° C. gives a thickness of 100 μm.
The best results have been obtained with a vinyl chloride resin film of m or less.

FIG. 2 schematically shows an embodiment of a heating method for preheating the transfer sheet according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, it is preferable that the transfer sheet is heated while being in contact with the roll so that wrinkles and the like do not occur on the transfer sheet. For more stable heating, it is also preferable to warm the inside of the roll with steam or the like. Further, the heating temperature is set to be equal to or higher than the softening point of the transfer sheet substrate film and is set to about 100 to 200 ° C. As a heating method, a near infrared lamp can be preferably used, and a softening point of 80 as a transfer sheet substrate film.

As the rubber roll, a silicon roll having a diameter of about 300 mm and heat resistance is preferably used. The hardness of the rubber is preferably 40 to 60 °, 40 °
If it is less than 6, it cannot be transferred because it is too soft and pressure is not applied.
If it is larger than 0 °, it will not follow deep embossing.

The transfer sheet heated to a softening point or higher by the heating device immediately before the transfer can suppress the resistance due to the transfer sheet in the transfer by the rubber roll, follow the concave portion of the fine emboss, and have a handle. It is possible to efficiently provide a decorative plate that has few omissions and has a high design property.

[Function] As a cause of the transfer of a minute embossed recess in the transfer, there is an influence of resistance due to the thickness and hardness of the transfer sheet because the transfer sheet is interposed, which makes it difficult for the rubber roll to completely follow the recessed shape. . At the time of transfer, the surface temperature of the transfer sheet rises and becomes softer by contact with the heated rubber roll, but the contact time between the rubber roll and the transfer sheet is short, and the surface temperature of the transfer sheet becomes equal to or higher than the softening point. It wasn't enough. According to the present invention, a transfer sheet that is heated by a heating device immediately before transfer and has a softening point or higher can suppress resistance due to the transfer sheet during transfer, follow fine recesses of embossing, and have a pattern missing. It is possible to efficiently provide a decorative plate having a low design and high designability. The present invention suppresses the resistance of the transfer sheet at the time of transfer by the rubber roll by heating the surface of the transfer sheet to a softening point or higher by heating the transfer device before transfer, and allows the pattern layer to follow the recesses of the fine emboss, It is possible to efficiently provide a decorative plate that has few patterns and has a high design property.

While the transfer sheet was in contact with an iron roll whose inside was heated to 100 ° C. by steam on a line, the surface temperature was 80 ° C. which was a softening point by an infrared lamp from a position 20 cm away from the transfer sheet. It was heated to the above temperature, and this was heat-transferred to the decorative plate base material by a rubber roll formed of silicon having a surface hardness of 40 ° which was heated to a surface temperature of 150 ° C.

After the base sheet of the transfer sheet was peeled off, an acrylic urethane top coat was applied as a surface protective layer on the surface of the inorganic decorative board. The decorative decorative board obtained in this way follows the minute embossed shape, and has a highly aesthetic design with a synchronized pattern.

As described above, according to the present invention, by heating the transfer sheet by the heating device before the transfer by the rubber roll, the pattern layer is more closely adhered to the concave portion of the substrate emboss than ever, and the design property is improved. It is now possible to obtain a high-quality inorganic decorative board in which the embossing and the design are in harmony.
