が一旦インキ保留室に保留されペン芯に受け渡されるの
でインキが吹き出して周囲を汚す問題が解消される。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 先端口1aを有する軸筒1の先方内孔に
固定筒3が固定され、該固定筒3の先方内孔に固定筒3
に対し前後退位置に規制されると共に前後動する摺動筒
4が配設され、上記固定筒3の先端外側面にヒンジばね
6を介して蓋部5が回動自在となるように軸支部3dが
設けられ、上記摺動筒4の後退位置でその先端が上記固
定筒3の先端より適宜突出状に設けられて、上記蓋部5
が摺動筒4の先端面に密接状態と成され、軸筒1内に軸
筒1に対し前後退位置に係止可能となる液体筆記具用の
リフィール7が、摺動筒4の内周面4cと摺動可能な状
態で密接する部位が設けられると共にリフィール7の先
端部18が上記摺動筒4の内孔に挿入され、リフィール
7と摺動筒4及びリフィール7と固定筒3との間にスプ
リング21及びスプリング22が附勢されて、上記リフ
ィール7の前進で摺動筒4が連動して上記蓋部5を拡開
し、摺動筒4が前進位置規制された状態からリフィール
7のみが前進してその先端に有するペン芯20が軸筒1
の先端口1aから突出状態と成り、又、上記摺動筒4の
内孔及びリフィール7の先端部18の外周に夫々係止部
を設けてリフィール7の後退でペン芯20が摺動筒4の
内孔に没入した状態から摺動筒4を連動して後退させる
と共に、上記蓋部5が摺動筒4の先端面に密接してペン
芯20を摺動筒4内孔の小室に密閉可能となるように構
成したことを特徴とするキャップレス式の液体筆記具。

り上記操作部2cのTの字状の水平部が嵌入可能な窓部
1bと、その前方にTの字状の垂直部が摺動可能に嵌装
するスリット部1dと、更にその前方に上記リブ2dが
貫出可能で且つTの字状の水平部が貫入不能な窓部1e
が夫々連接されて設けられ、上記ノック筒2は軸筒1の
後端孔から弾性的に挿入されて上記操作部2cが窓部1
bから貫出して後退位置規制され、上記リフィール7の
前進位置で上記リブ2dの係止段部2fが窓部1e後端
の段部1fに係止してペン芯20が軸筒1の先端口1a
から突出状態となるように構成されたことを特徴とする
上記請求項1記載のキャップレス式の液体筆記具。
