However, it is extremely difficult to peel the externally added synthetic resin film or aluminum foil from the processed paper, and the processed paper is recycled by removing the synthetic resin film or aluminum foil. The current situation is that it takes a lot of time and labor to get a profit.

As another cause of non-recycling, if the processed paper is first mixed with general waste paper for recycling, the screen is clogged in the paper making process, causing operational troubles and not being a product. Therefore, the externally added processed paper is discarded without being mixed with general waste paper. Further, as the next cause, when the processed paper to which the synthetic resin film is externally added is mixed with general waste paper to be used as recycled paper, the recycled paper has a drying step for gluing and a drying step after surface treatment. In this case, when hot air is blown onto the surface to heat it, the synthetic resin film shrinks to form irregularities, so that the product cannot be finished neatly. As another cause, when the processed paper with the aluminum foil externally added is mixed with general waste paper for recycling, aluminum is mixed with the recycled paper and flows on the line, which is often used on the line. The aluminum detector may detect the aluminum and cause a malfunction, which may cause trouble on the line. The processed paper to which the aluminum foil is externally added is not recycled. In addition, during the compression process during recycling, the paper raw material is compressed but aluminum is not compressed, so that there is a problem in that the surface of the recycled paper becomes uneven and a smooth surface cannot be obtained.

In recent years, a recycling movement has been actively carried out in various places for the purpose of conservation of the natural environment, and the main focus is on resource recovery. Among them, especially for paper products, the recovery of processed paper is attracting attention because timber is felled and it causes deforestation.

Next, a step of externally adding an acrylic resin to one surface of the processed paper (1), that is, a step of laminating a large number of acrylic resin layers (2) will be described. The processed paper (1) such as paperboard, liner, kraft, and fine paper made from waste paper as a raw material is wound around the roll in advance. And the wound roll
The processed paper (1) in the form of a roll is set, and an acrylic emulsion is applied to one surface of the processed paper (1) by a roller, and then it is dried by blowing hot air with a dryer such as an oven. An acrylic resin layer (2) is formed on one surface of the processed paper (1). After the formation, it is wound on another roll and the first application process is completed. The rolled roll is returned to the starting position, the second coating is performed as described above, the first acrylic resin layer (2) is overlaid and dried, and the next acrylic resin layer (2) is applied. Let it form. Then, it is wound up and the second coating process is completed. This process is repeated several times to stack a large number of acrylic resin layers (2) on one surface of the processed paper (1) (see FIG. 1). At this time, the acrylic resin layer (2) is formed as an aggregate in which the acrylic resin serves as a core and the periphery of the core is surrounded by a water-soluble resin, and a coating layer is formed by hot air drying to form a water resistant effect. Goes up. By stacking a large number of these layers, the processed paper (1) can have water resistance and oil resistance, and when a ruled line is formed into a box or the like, since a large number of layers are stacked, the processed paper (1) is more than the case of a single layer. Have flexibility. Therefore, even if the ruled lines are inserted, a large number of layers will
Even if a part is broken, it can be bent without damaging all the layers,
It was confirmed that there was almost no risk of leakage from the ruled lines. An attempt was made to increase the thickness of the coating layer so that the coating process was performed only once. However, it was confirmed that when the ruled lines were formed, the layer cracked and leaked, and one acrylic resin layer (2)
It was found that water resistance and oil resistance could not be achieved by just using them.

When recycling a box or container formed of processed paper (1) in which a large number of acrylic resin layers (2) of the present invention are stacked, the product of the present invention is first mixed with conventional general waste paper. Then, the blades of the water flow pulper crush the raw materials for regeneration. Then, the aggregate of the acrylic resin layer (2) is crushed. At this time, in the acrylic resin layer (2), the aggregate having the acrylic resin as the core is crushed and the water-soluble resin around the core is crushed together with the core. Moreover, since a large number of acrylic resin layers (2) are piled up, they are pulverized extremely finely, and the water-soluble resin dissolves in water, so there is almost no risk of clogging the screen during the papermaking process, and the conventional general processing Like the paper (1), it can be recovered as a raw material for recycling. Therefore, the product of the present invention can be processed together with general waste paper when recycled.

Next, two layers of acrylic resin layers (2) are stacked on one side of thin processed paper made of waste paper, for example, liner, kraft, and fine paper to form a coating film of a predetermined thickness. The case of forming will be described. A solution of a core-shell type acrylic emulsion is applied to one side of the thin processed paper (1) in a thickness of about 0.015 mm and dried at 120 ° C. for 3 minutes to form a first acrylic resin layer (2). A solution of a core-shell type acrylic emulsion is applied on the formed acrylic resin layer (2) to a thickness of about 0.01 mm, and dried at 120 ° C. for 2.5 minutes to form a second acrylic resin layer (2). To form. Further, in order to impart heat resistance to the thin processed paper (1), a solution of NC-butyral resin is applied on the acrylic resin layer (2) to a thickness of about 0.005 mm, It is dried for about 1 minute at 0 ° C. to form a third coating layer. The thickness, the number of times, the drying temperature, the drying time and the like applied to the thick and thin processed paper (1) were obtained from the experimental results, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
