BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, a braided tube in which a varnish is applied to a braided sleeve and impregnated with the varnish has been individually manufactured by, for example, a braiding process, a rewinding process, a heat cleaning process, a varnishing process, and a diameter adjusting process. In such a conventional method,
There is a problem that the braided sleeve is deformed or bent between each process, and more work in process in each process,
There is also a problem that inventory management becomes complicated and transportation cost between each process increases.

However, the braided tube obtained by the above continuous method has a new problem that the varnish penetrates into the inner surface of the sleeve, which makes it difficult to insert an insert such as an electric wire into the braided tube in a later step. Was found to occur. In addition, the state of varnish adhesion on the surface of the braided tube is also nonuniform, and uneven adhesion occurs.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is that the varnish does not penetrate to the inner surface of the sleeve, the inner surface is smooth, the insertion work of the insert body in the subsequent step is easy, and the varnish adhesion state on the surface is uniform and the braid is uniform. It is to provide a method by which a tube can be obtained.

In the braided tube manufacturing method of the present invention, since varnish treatment, heating, and curing treatment are performed while supplying gas into the braided sleeve, the pressure inside the sleeve becomes high, and the varnish is prevented from penetrating to the inner surface of the sleeve. It As a result, the inner surface of the braided tube becomes smooth, and the insertion work of the insert body in a later step becomes easy. Further, the reason why the state of varnish adhesion on the surface of the braided tube becomes uniform is thought to be related to the increase of the internal pressure of the sleeve although it is not clear.

In this case, the gas sent to the gas inlet pipe 11 by the pump (not shown) or the like by a fixed amount is rotated by
12, it is sent into the braided tube T through the mounting pipe 13, and goes back to the varnish-coated braided sleeve 1A and the braided sleeve 1. Therefore, the varnish process, the heating process, and the curing process are performed in the braided sleeve 1 and the varnish-coated braided sleeve 1A, respectively, in a state where the gas is supplied. The amount of varnish attached to the braided sleeve 1 can be appropriately changed by adjusting the varnishing time, the varnish viscosity, the glass fiber sizing agent, the stitch roughness of the braided sleeve 1, and the like.

In the method of the present invention, the braided sleeve 1 is made of glass fiber,
It can be prepared by braiding inorganic fibers such as carbon fibers and organic fibers such as polyester fibers by a conventional method using a braiding machine. The braided sleeve may be doubled or tripled or more. As the varnish, various varnishes such as silicone varnish (including so-called silicone rubber varnish) alkyd varnish, urethane, acrylic and other modified varnishes for electrical insulation, thermal protection, and mechanical strength improvement are available. It is used, and if necessary, it is diluted with a solvent such as xylene before use.

Further, as the gas supplied into the braided sleeves 1 and 1A, air or an inert gas is used, but usually air is used. In addition, the gas supply amount is extremely small and is usually
Good results can be obtained only by setting the gas pressure to 10 g / cm 2 or less. It is preferable that the gas supply amount be small when the tube diameter is large, and large when the tube diameter is small.
