2. Description of the Related Art Urethane foam soles are widely used in injection-molded shoes because of their light weight and excellent abrasion resistance.
However, it has a smooth surface like marble wet with rain,
Alternatively, it has a drawback that it is slippery on the hardened snow. For the purpose of covering the drawback, it is often the case that the shoe sole is formed by using a material for the partial sole which is different in color and / or different from the resin for the outsole. At this time, the different-colored and / or different-shaped partial bottom is injection-molded first, and then the main bottom is injection-molded, or the different-colored and / or different-shaped partial bottom is molded in a separate step, and the partial-bottom is There is a method in which the sole is placed on the upper surface and the outsole is injection-molded. At that time, the bottom part of the material of the outsole first injected,
Alternatively, they may flow into the bottom of a part that is molded in a separate step and placed on the upper surface of the sole mold, and may be mixed.

These partial bottoms are usually made of a material different from that of the main bottom and are formed in a flat shape. The planar bottom molded partial bottom is inserted and placed in the recess surrounded by the projecting wall of the molding sole mold, and the urethane foam bottom material is injected. When the depression on the upper surface of the sole mold is flat, a gauge is formed on the projection surface to manufacture a blade die and the partial bottom is cut. Therefore, it is possible to cut the partial bottom without a gap with respect to the depression. However, since the upper surface of the sole mold is processed into a concave curved surface in both the vertical and horizontal directions, it is difficult to cut the partial bottom with the blade mold as described above. Therefore, when the flat-molded partial bottom is inserted and placed in the recess, a small gap is formed between the upper surface of the sole mold and the protruding wall. In addition, the partial bottom has an uneven design.

When the main bottom material is injected in this state, it is often the case that the resin of the main bottom material penetrates into the void through the gap and into the concave portion of the design. In order to prevent diving there, the bottom of the design where the bottom of the dissimilar material is in contact with the protruding wall is eliminated (A)
Make a bank (6) (see the left half of FIG. 2 and (a) of FIG. 3). Further, the urethane foam for the bottom that has sunk into the bottom is removed one by one using a tool such as a nipper (B), or is buffed with a rotating brush such as a cloth brush or a plastic brush (C). In the method of (A), the bank (6) must be provided around the bottom of the part, and it is not possible to cut from the sheet having the continuous design, and it is necessary to individually mold the sheet, and the molding cost is too high. There are drawbacks. Furthermore, making the bank (6) is unfavorable in design and the appearance is not good. Since the method (B) is performed manually, it takes time and labor, and the workability is poor, which causes a cost increase. The method of (C) needs to be corrected because it may scrape off not only the resin for the submerged bottom but also the design of the surface of the partial bottom (B)
The same factors as in the above method occur. The present invention has been made to solve these problems.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, the anti-slip rubber (4) which becomes the partial bottom (2) of a different material is molded. The manufacturing method of the anti-slip rubber (4) is fair 2
As described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 35202, it is made by mixing short fibers of glass into rubber. The anti-slip rubber (4) of this example was first pressed to obtain a thickness of 6 mm and a thickness of 500 mm × 500.
A sheet of anti-slip rubber (4) with a continuous design having a size of mm is formed, and a thin cotton cloth (5) is attached to the design surface (7) serving as a ground contact surface. The cloth (5) is made of urethane-based hot melt paste (Chris Bon AH

In this way, a sheet of anti-slip rubber (4) with a continuous design in which the cloth (5) is temporarily attached is produced, and this is cut to produce the partial bottom (2). The partial bottom (2) is inserted and placed in the recess (13) surrounded by the projecting wall (12) formed on the upper surface (11) of the sole mold (10) to form the main bottom (1). Is injected to mold the sole (3). At that time, since there is a slight gap between the protruding wall (12) and the partial bottom (2), the urethane foam which becomes the liquid bottom (1) invades (8), and the anti-slip rubber (4) ) Is provided with an uneven design, and even if the fabric (5) is temporarily attached to the design surface (7), it is between the concave (9) of the design and the temporarily attached fabric (5). Has a gap, and urethane foam enters (8) from this gap (see (c) of FIG. 7). The present invention removes this invaded (8) urethane foam. When removing the invaded urethane foam (8) after completion of molding, the cloth (5) is peeled off at once and the invaded urethane foam (8) becomes the cloth (5). Removed together while sticking to. (See (d) in FIG. 7)

[Effect] Since the cloth coated with polyurethane hot melt glue on the surface of the anti-slip rubber is thermocompression-bonded, when removing the urethane foam for the outsole that has sunk into the partial bottom,
When the cloth is peeled off at once, the urethane foam for the outsole that has sunk into the cloth comes off the cloth. Therefore, it is not necessary to make a bank around the part bottom of the dissimilar material in contact with the protruding wall so as not to prevent the submersion, or to remove the urethane foam for the bottom that has submerged one by one using a tool such as a nipper. Alternatively, it is not necessary to buff with a rotating brush such as a cloth brush or a plastic brush. For these reasons, the appearance of the design is not impaired, the productivity is improved and the product value is improved, and there is also an effect of increasing the economic effect and motivation of consumers to purchase.
