Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily and surely mount an endoscope without breaking a cover sheath or channel tube at the time of inserting the endoscope into an endoscope cover or even after mounting. CONSTITUTION:A channel pipeline 25, air feed pipeline 26 and water feed pipeline 27 are disposed in parallel with the cover sheath 20 in a natural rectilinear state and are disposed to have a slack in a mouth body part 30, by which the cover sheath 20 and three pieces of the pipelines are mounted at axial lengths relatively different from each other. The slack in the mouth body part 30 of the channel pipeline 25 and the air feed and water feed pipelines 26, 27 is removed according to elongation of the cover sheath 20 so that the respective pipelines move successively to the front end side at the time of inserting an endoscope insertion part.

2. Description of the Related Art In an endoscopic examination, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the endoscope after the examination is completed and before it is used in the next examination. However, it takes a lot of time to clean and disinfect the inside of various conduits for air supply, water supply, and suction provided in the endoscope, and the labor of the operator is also great.
Therefore, the use efficiency of the endoscope is deteriorated, and the number of examinations that can be performed in one day is reduced. If you prepare many endoscopes to prevent this, the purchase cost will increase,
There is a problem that the storage space becomes large.
As a method for solving these problems, a cover-type endoscope as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 2-54734 has been proposed.

That is, in the cover type endoscope as the prior art, a flexible elongated sheath provided with a channel and an air / water supply conduit is fitted to the endoscope insertion portion, and the endoscope insertion portion is inserted. By insulating the sheath from the external environment and disposing the luminal member such as the sheath and the channel provided in the sheath as a disposable, the labor between cases in using the endoscope is simplified.

In the second method, the channel conduit is integrated with the sheath, and the inside of the sheath is pressurized with gas from the proximal side of the elongated sheath to expand the sheath and insert the endoscope. Is a method of inserting from the tip.

However, in the above-mentioned method according to the prior art, first, in the first method, a long sheath (hereinafter referred to as a cover sheath) having an axial length of more than 1 m is provided on the proximal side. It is almost impossible to wind up from the end to the tip. For example, the axial length is 1.5 m, the outer diameter is φ10 mm, and the cover sheath has a wall thickness of +0.1.
It is not possible to wind up ~ 0.5 mm. Even if it could be compared, the inner cavity would be crushed into a small pinhole, and it would not be possible to fit the distal end portion of the endoscope therein, or even to extend it to the insertion portion of the endoscope.

Further, according to the second method, although it can be mounted, it is ruptured when the cover sheath made of a flexible thin resin having a thickness of 0.1 to 0.5 mm as described above is expanded. This makes it meaningless to cover the endoscope with the cover.

From the above, it has become desirable to insert the endoscope insertion part while sliding the endoscope insertion part from the proximal side of the cover sheath without rolling up the flexible cover sheath or pressurizing with a gas. In this case, the sliding resistance between the cover sheath and the endoscope increases, and the cover sheath may expand in the axial direction.

In an endoscope cover in which a cover sheath and a luminal member such as a channel are combined, the cover sheath and the channel are connected to each other at the distal end and the proximal end, and the materials thereof are required to have the required functional characteristics. As a result, the rate of expansion depends on the axial load. In particular, the cover sheath is made of a flexible and easily stretchable material, and the channel is made of a relatively hard stretchable material.

Therefore, the expansion of the above-mentioned cover sheath that occurs when the endoscope is inserted into the endoscope cover is transmitted to the channel as a load, and the channel constituted by the relatively thin lumen member is damaged at the connecting portions at both ends thereof. There is a risk of doing it.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION A cover type endoscope of the present invention is an airtightly configured insert portion cover having at least one or more lumen members, and an insert portion in the insert portion cover. In a cover-type endoscope including a cover endoscope that is inserted and used, the cover sheath is connected to the connecting member that connects the lumen member to the front and rear ends of a cover sheath that covers the endoscope insertion portion. By installing with a length different from the axial distance of the connecting member at the front and rear ends, the cover sheath and channel tube are damaged when the endoscope is inserted into the endoscope cover or after the endoscope is attached. It is possible to easily and surely mount without doing.

Then, when the endoscope insertion portion 14 is inserted,
The channel conduit 25 and the air / water conduits 26, 27 are shown in FIG.
As shown in, the slack in the mouth body portion 30 is removed according to the extension of the cover sheath 20, and the respective conduits move toward the distal end side. By removing this slack, no axial load is applied to the channel conduit 25 and the air / water conduits 26, 27, and therefore the end cover 18 and the mouth portion 30 at both ends of the conduit are connected. By performing the operation in that state, the insertion can be continued without applying an excessive load to the cover sheath 20 and without applying a load to each duct which is difficult to stretch in the axial direction more than necessary. After the endoscope tip 29 is fitted and fixed to the insertion section cover 22, the second mouth section 44 is formed.
The endoscope operating section 12 is fixed by the fixing means 32 provided in the first mouth section 43, and the first mouth section 43 is contracted by the extension amount of the cover sheath 20 and returns to the original natural length.

When the mouthpiece of the insert cover is fixed to the endoscope operation section, the first mouthpiece slides with respect to the second mouthpiece fixed to the endoscope operation section. Since the extension of the cover sheath automatically returns to its natural state, the cover sheath is not unnecessarily stretched at the insertion portion, and the operability can be improved.

As described above, according to the cover type endoscope of the present invention, the lumen member is connected to the connecting member connected to the front and rear ends of the cover sheath that covers the endoscope insertion portion. Since it is attached with a length different from the axial distance of the connecting members at the front and rear ends, which is defined by the cover sheath,
There is an effect that the cover sheath and the channel tube can be easily and surely mounted without being damaged even when the endoscope is inserted into the endoscope cover or after being mounted.
