る.The concept of the present invention is a construction site. I am surprised that pencils, colored pencils, etc. are used in so many occupations. Surveying, dimension determination, etc. The reason is (1) It is harder to break than the sharp core (2)
It can be clearly seen even if it gets wet with rain or water. (3) It does not adversely affect the finishing material like chemical products such as magic ink. However, the core of the pencil is soft, and it has the drawback that the core must be constantly carved out and used for rough concrete and base materials. For example, at the time of surveying, the error of 1 mm at 2 meters ahead is 10 meters and there is a risk that it will exceed the allowable error range at 20 meters, so the core must always be machined to a certain thickness, but at the construction site Is a battle against time, and I'm worried
And the pockets and tool bags are tools, scales, knuckles,
It keeps bulging with tools of various sizes, such as ink jars and drawings. Therefore, the current situation is to use a cutter knife that can be used for other purposes, instead of having a bulky sharpener.
However, it is not always possible to cut out a certain core, and there are times when the core is cut off too much, the core is broken, the hand is dim, or the finger is cut when the user is concerned. So, at least when I go to the site, I sharpen it with a sharpener and insert it in my pocket and go to the site, but I immediately stain my clothes,
The core broke and it was just a rest. Then, it seems to be good to put on a lead protection cap, but even the simple operation of removing the cap and attaching it behind the pencil is troublesome at busy sites, and it is removed at a speed and number of times that is not comparable to using it on the desk. The cap is not used because it was often lost on the way. Moreover, when the length of the pencil reaches 4 to 5 cm, it cannot be grasped and is thrown away, which is a huge waste of resources.

る.(1) A core of a certain thickness can be cut out quickly and easily even when the hand is dark at any time. (2) Cutting time can be shortened by installing multiple cutting blades. (2) When a writing instrument such as a pencil is not used, it serves to protect the core and the wooden shaft and does not stain clothes. (3) Using the holder tube 24, a writing instrument such as a pencil can be used without waste, resulting in a huge saving of resources. (4) The first embodiment of the sharpener according to the present invention eliminates the need for a core protector such as a wood shaft of a writing instrument such as a pencil, and brings enormous profits not only from resource conservation but also from the viewpoint of environmental conservation. The sharpener of the present invention having the above-mentioned solution points is an epoch-making invention in the history of a writing instrument such as a pencil that overturns the existing concept of the manual sharpener.

ない.[First Embodiment of the Invention and Its Structure] The structure of the first embodiment of the present invention will be described. A male screw 2 is formed on both side surfaces of a front-rear moving cylinder 1 shown in FIG. The core holder 3 shown in is modeled. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 2, in which the lead holder 3 is bent toward the center of the writing tool such that a writing instrument such as a pencil is securely clamped, and a small protrusion is formed on the tip of the writing tool (book. Although four holders are used in the embodiment, two or three holders may be used, or a plurality of holders may be used, or an elastic body such as rubber may be used. If any). FIG. 5 is a view in which the lead 4 is sandwiched and fitted in the lead holder 3. The core 4 is pushed into the core holder 3 by the core pressing pin 5 shown in FIG. The inner diameter of the moving cylinder propelling shaft 6 shown in FIG.
The male screws 2 on both side surfaces of the front-rear moving cylinder 1 are projected to the outside of both side surfaces of the moving cylinder propelling shaft 6, and the front-rear moving cylinder 1
The cylinder disengagement stoppers 8 are provided in front of and behind the movable cylinder propelling shaft 6 so as not to jump out of the movable cylinder propelling shaft 6.
The rotary shaft 9 is modeled behind the. FIG. 7 shows B- of FIG.
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the cross-section B when the movable cylinder propelling shaft 6 is fitted with the front-rear movable cylinder 1, and the male screw 2 is protruded from both side face hollows 7. FIG. 8 is a rear view of the rotary shaft 9, which has a polygonal shape, but is for receiving the rotational force reliably, and is not limited to this embodiment, and may have an arbitrary shape such as an elliptical shape or a concave-convex shape. . FIG. 9 shows a rotational force applying cylinder 10 that applies rotational force to the rotating shaft 9. The inside of the rotational force applying cylinder 10 is fitted into the polygon of the rotating shaft 9 of FIG. 8, and the female screw cylinder 1 of FIG.
8 has a mold for fitting, and as shown in FIG. 10, a core pushing pin 5 is formed at the center. 11 and 1
Reference numeral 2 shows the sharpening blade 11 of the first embodiment. Sharpening blade 11
The stopper 12 is provided on the above, and a shaving blade moving button 13 is provided on the stopper 12. The shapes of the shaving blade 11 and the stopper 12 are shown in FIG.
As shown in Fig. 1, the blade is thin toward the cutting edge, and the root of Fig. 12 is wedge-shaped and is thin toward the cutting edge. In this embodiment, when the core 4 is cut, the cutting blade 11 is provided along the cutting blade moving groove 20 provided in the cutting portion 14 shown in FIGS. 14 and 15.
The disengagement stopper 12 moves forward and stops at the sharpening blade disengagement retainer 19 and the core 4 is scraped, but at the time of scraping the core, rattling of the scraping blade 11 and lateral deviation are prevented, and stable scraping is ensured. It's for the purpose. FIG. 13 shows a sharpening blade 11 provided in the sharpening portion 14, a sharpening blade accommodating portion 15 for accommodating the sharpening blade removal stopper 12, a lead introducing hole 16, and a lead introducing portion 17.
Shows. The inner diameter of the lead-in hole 16 is such that the lead 4 can be moved back and forth smoothly so that it does not rattle when the lead 4 is ground. The lead-in portion 17 spreads in a trumpet shape as shown in FIG. 13 in order to smoothly guide the lead 4 sandwiched in the lead holder 3 to the lead-in hole 16, and
Because of the curved surface, the core 4 can be surely introduced toward the center of the core introduction hole 16. Inside the female screw cylinder 18, a female screw to be fitted to the male screw 2 modeled on the front-rear moving cylinder 1 is cut. The female screw cylinder 18 is integrated with the scraping portion 14 (separated at CC in FIG. 13 and the scraping portion 14 may be replaced by screwing, fitting, or the like.
(If the core is clogged, it can be removed or can be freely attached and removed to adjust the core). Further, in FIG. 13, the rotational force applying cylinder 10 is
The female screw cylinder 18 and the rotary shaft 9 are fitted together. 14 and 1
5 is a plan view and a side view of the shaving portion 14, showing a shaving blade moving groove 20, a shaving blade retaining stopper 19, and a shaving blade stopper 21 provided in the shaving blade storage portion 15.
In the figure, the shaving blade disengagement stopper 12 is fitted into the shaving blade disengagement stopper 19, and the shaving blade 11 is carving the core 4.
In FIG. 15, the shaving blade 11 and the shaving blade retainer 12 are moved diagonally rearward along the shaving blade moving groove 20 to remove the shaving blade storage portion 15.
(At this time, the shaving blade stopper 1
A narrow groove is placed in the center of the belly in contact with the shaving blade storage portion 15, and is fitted into the shaving blade stopper 21.
It prevents the shaving blade 11 from slipping off from the shaving blade storage portion 15). The above is a description of each member of the first embodiment of the present invention. In particular, when the pitch of the screw thread is as short as possible and the inclination of the screw is closer to vertical, the number of rotations is larger than the forward speed of the core 4. This is because the precise and beautiful core 4 can be carved out. The length of the core push-in pin 5 in FIG. 9 is fixed to the core holder 3 as shown in FIG. 5 when the female screw cylinder 18 shown in FIG. 13 and the rotational force applying cylinder 10 are fitted to the rotary shaft 9. The mating length must not be too long or too long.

ある.[How to use] When inserting the lead, hold the female screw cylinder 18 of FIG. 13 with one hand and pull the rotational force applying cylinder 10 backward with the other hand to remove it from the female screw cylinder 18 and the rotary shaft 9. And push the lead 4 into the lead holder 3. However, even if it is pushed fully with a finger, it does not enter the core holder 3, so that the rotation force applying tube 10
When is fitted to the female screw cylinder 18 and the rotary shaft 9, the core pushing pin 5 is pushed into the core holder 3 as shown in FIG. 5 (at this time, the core 4 is inserted into the core introducing portion 17 of FIG. 15). It is guided and inserted into the lead-in hole 16). Next, the sharpening blade moving button 13 is pressed to move the sharpening blade 11 to the tip direction of the sharpening blade moving groove 20, that is, to the core trimming position as shown in FIGS.
Then, when the shaving blade disengagement stopper 12 is fitted, since the shaving blade 11 has a wedge shape, it fits in the shaving blade moving groove 20 having a form matching this, and stable core cutting can be performed without rattling). Next, as shown in FIG. 13, when the rotational force applying cylinder 10 is rotated in the direction of the arrow (clockwise), the rotational force is transmitted to the rotary shaft 9 and the movable cylinder propulsion shaft 6 rotates, and the rotary cylinder is incorporated therein. The male screw 2 provided on both side surfaces of the core front-rear moving cylinder and the female screw of the female screw cylinder 18 are fitted to each other, and the core front-rear moving cylinder 1 advances while rotating by a screwing action. At this time, the front-rear moving cylinder 1
Since the lead 4 sandwiched between the lead holders 3 also moves in the same manner, the lead 3 is automatically scraped. Next, regarding the writing method, the shaving blade movement button 13 of the shaving blade removal stopper receiver 19
When the cutting blade 11 is housed in the cutting blade delivery section 15 by moving the blade obliquely rearward along the cutting blade moving groove 20 (at this time, the cutting blade stopper 21 provided in the cutting blade delivery section 15
However, it prevents the shaving blade 11 from slipping off from the shaving blade delivery part 15), and the lead-in hole 16 is opened so that a passage for the lead 4 is formed. Subsequently, when the rotational force imparting cylinder 10 is rotated, the core 4 comes out from the tip of the scraping portion 14 and holds the scraper of the present invention to achieve the purpose of writing. When the writing is finished, the rotation force applying cylinder 10 is reversely rotated,
It returns to the inside of the scraping portion 14 and also serves to protect the core 4.

The pencil introduction tube 22 serves as a grip when a writing instrument such as a pencil (hereinafter referred to as a pencil) is used, and as a wooden shaft and a core when not in use. Further, a shaving plate moving groove 25 shown in FIGS. 19 and 20 is provided from the pencil introduction tube 22 to the shaving portion 23. The structure of the shaving plate moving groove 25 is
The side surface of the shaving plate 26 shown in FIG. 17 has a wedge-shaped groove that fits with the shaving plate 26 during pencil sharpening.
Prevents rattling and lateral displacement during shaving, ensuring reliable and stable shaving, and when using a pencil, move the shaving plate 26 rearward along this groove to introduce the pencil. It is a groove that is provided in the cylinder 22 and is stored in the shaving plate storage portion 37 so that the tip of the shaving portion 23 can be opened and the pencil can be moved forward. In the shaving plate 26 of FIG. 17, a shaving blade 27, a shavings outlet 28, a wick outlet groove 29, and a connecting shaft hole 3 for passing a connecting shaft 34 for interlocking the two upper and lower shaving plates 26
0 is set. The both edges of the tip of the shaving plate 26 of FIG.
Groove stopper 3 that fits into groove stopper 31 with a shape with no corners
It is 2, and the shaving plate 26 is prevented from popping out.
It plays the role of preventing rattling during shaving (the blade of the shaving plate 26 of this shape is also for a single blade of the shaving machine of the present invention, and is a long blade protruding from the tip to shave to the core. The groove stopper 32 is provided on the shaving plate 26 of one of the two blades of the shaving machine of the present invention.
From the tip, that is, there is no centering outlet groove 29 part and it has a short blade to prevent collision between the shaving plates. In other words, the contact between the blades is prevented). FIG. 18 shows a connecting ring 33 which is a connecting shaft 34 and a groove connecting shaft 34 provided with a button 35 penetrates a connecting shaft hole 30 provided in the shaving plate 26 so that the shaving plates 26 are connected by the connecting ring 33. And button 3
5 moves together with the forward / backward movement of 5 (because the inner diameter of the connecting shaft hole 30 is larger than the diameter of the connecting shaft 34, and the shaving plate 26 moves smoothly during the forward / backward movement). FIG. 19 is a plan view of the shaving portion 23, in which the pencil is shaving when the shaving plate 26 is fitted in the shaving plate moving groove 25 provided in the shaving portion 23. The function of the groove stoppers 31 provided at the both corners of the tip of the shaving portion 23 is to fit with the groove stopper receivers 32 at the both protruding corners of the tip of the shaving plate 26 to prevent rattling at the time of shaving, lateral deviation prevention, and front of the shaving plate 26. To prevent jumping out. The shaving blade in FIG. 19 is a long blade that has been carved to the core, and the pair of (opposite side) blades are short blades. FIG. 20 is a side view of the shaving portion 23, and the shaving plate 26 has a wedge shape that becomes thinner toward the front. The shaving plate moving groove 25 provided inside the shaving portion 23 is shaped to fit into this.
Button movement slots 38 for moving the buttons 35 back and forth are provided on both side surfaces of the pencil introduction tube 22. In FIG. 20, when the button 35 is moving from the front to the back (the arrowed direction) along the button movement slot 38, the shaving plate 2
The state where 6 is stored in the shaving plate storage 37 provided on the upper and lower inner sides of the shaving section 23, the passage of the pencil 36 is opened, and the pencil 36 can be used is shown by a dotted line. FIG. 21 is a front view of the scraping portion 23. The pencil 36 is circular and the scraping portion 23 is square. The attachment position of the connecting ring 33 is set to a thickness that does not hinder the pencil 36 from entering and exiting inside the vicinity of the tip of the pencil introduction tube 22, that is, inside the base of the scraping portion 23. When a pencil is used in the sharpener of the second embodiment, it becomes difficult to rotate when the pencil reaches a length of 2 cm to 3 cm behind the pencil introduction tube 22, and the pencil becomes difficult to sharpen. The pencil holder tube 24, which is fitted to the pencil introduction tube 22 shown in FIG. 22, is pulled backward to insert a new pencil 36, and is attached to the pencil 36 in use to push and rotate the rotation force applied to the new pencil 36. If the pencil is transmitted to the currently used pencil 36, the pencil, which was conventionally thrown away with a length of 4 cm to 5 cm, can be used up without waste, resulting in a huge saving of resources.
FIG. 23 shows that the new pencil 36 and the pencil 36 in use are firmly attached to each other. As an example, the back of the pencil 36 in use is concave and the tip of the new pencil 36 is convex (screw, fit, Adhesive preparation may be considered, but either is acceptable).

A shaving board storage part 37 is installed between 7 and
It is also possible to prevent slipping from the back and to prevent backtracking when sharpening the pencil 36. In addition, it is natural that a pencil or the like is provided between the pencil holder 24 and the pencil introduction part 22 so that the pencil holder 24 does not come off from the pencil introduction part 22. (2) The shape of the inside of the front surface of the scraping portion 23 of the second embodiment is a quadrangle as shown in FIG. 24, but the outer twill is not limited to this and may be a round shape or any shape. (3) Regardless of the number of sharpening blades in the second embodiment, the number of sharpening blades may be single or plural. (4) Since the sharpener of the second embodiment plays a role of core protection, it is not necessary to use an uneconomical hard shaft plate as in the conventional case for the wooden shaft, and as an example, recovered waste paper is made fine. If you take a mold and use it as a wood shaft, you can make a very economical pencil. Also, if the wooden shaft is soft, the sharpening blade can be made thin,
It becomes an economical and compact sharpener. (4) If the diameter of the wooden shaft is reduced, a more compact sharpener will be obtained. (5) The end of the pencil used in the second embodiment has a structure that fits and fits the next pencil into the glass. (6) Although not shown, either the pencil holder 24 or the pencil introduction part 22 may be provided with a hooking member for sandwiching it in a helmet or a pocket. (7) The material of the sharpener of the present invention may be plastic, metal, wood or the like. Also, each member is integrally molded by molding, etc. to make the manufacturing method as economical as possible.
