(Prior Art) FIGS. 10 and 11 show a known folding type telescopic door (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-38398). This known folding type telescopic door is hinge-coupled (numerals 112A to 112E) so that a large number (six pieces in total) of the door units 102A to 102F can be sequentially and alternately folded.
The door unit 102A at one end of the telescopic door body 101 is
The telescopic door body 101 is pivotally attached to the telescopic door body 101, and the telescopic door body 101 is hung and supported by the guide rails 103.
By pressing the free end side of the door along the guide rail 103 toward the suspension base 110 as shown by the arrow A, each door unit 1
02A to 102F are bent at the hinge coupling portions 112A to 112E, respectively, so that they can be folded and opened. Also, in this known folding type telescopic door, the telescopic door body 10
When opening from 1 closed state, each door unit 102A to 102F folds in a place other than a predetermined small range (a range where only two door units can be mutually folded) N on the hanging source 110 side. A bend restricting device 104 for restricting bending is provided. That is, the bending control device 104 includes the guides 141 and 1 installed on the lower surface side of the guide rail 103 along the guide rail 103.
Abutment member 12 provided on every other single door 102A, 102C, 102E
3 and a predetermined small range N on the suspension element 110 side.
In places other than the above, each of 102A to 102F is not bent. Incidentally, in this known folding type telescopic door, the entire telescopic door body 101 can be moved in the direction of opening and closing the telescopic door within the range of the long hole 117 which supports the shaft 111 of the door unit 102A at the hanging end side. When the entire telescopic door body 101 is moved to the arrow A side from the closed state, the abutting member 127 provided on the door unit 102A at the hanging end is the contact member 130 provided on the guide 141 side.
The door unit 102A at the end of the hanging side and the second door unit 102B from the end at the hanging side are automatically bent at the end of the collision, and then the free side of the telescopic door body is connected. When you push the end toward the hanging side, the subsequent doors will be folded in sequence.

By the way, in this known folding type telescopic door, when the door is closed, each door unit 102C to 10C, which is the third door from the suspension base side and thereafter.
Although the 2F is unfoldable as it is by the folding restricting device 104, the vicinity of the hinge coupling portion 112A between the door unit 102A at the hanging end side and the second door unit 102B from the hanging end side is provided. First
If you accidentally press it as shown by arrow F in Fig. 11,
Alternatively, when a wind pressure is applied during a strong wind, the door unit 102A at the hanging end side and the second door unit 102B at the second end from the hanging end side may be bent to each other as shown by a chain line. Occasionally, the free end side of the telescopic door body 101 is inadvertently opened. In addition, in the conventional folding type telescopic door of this kind, in order to prevent the door at the hanging end side and the second door alone from being inadvertently bent, the door at the hanging end side or It is conceivable to provide the second door unit with a so-called drop bar structure that locks a bar member by dropping it on the ground. However, if such a drop bar structure is adopted, its parts are required. At the same time, there is a problem that the drop bar must be operated each time the door is opened and closed.

Further, in the known folding type telescopic door (Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. 62-38398), in order to close the telescopic door body 101 from the open state, the telescopic door body 10 is held by holding the door unit 102F at the free side end.
It is done by stretching 1. By the way, each of the door units 102A to 102F has a predetermined thickness, and the hinge coupling portions 112A to 112E connecting the door units 102A to 102F are sequentially provided alternately on the front and back sides of the door. As shown in FIG. 12, when the telescopic door body 101 is fully extended by holding the door unit 102F at the free side end, the door units 102C to 102F from the third end onward are folded as shown in FIG. Although arranged in a straight line with each other while being guided by the bending control device 104, even if the free side end door unit 102F is moved to the most anti-suspension side, the suspension side end door unit
The hinge connecting part 112A (outside the door) between the 102A and the second door unit 102B is the shaft 111 of the door unit 102A at the end on the hanging side and the second and third door units 102B and 102C. It does not move to the outside of the door beyond the virtual straight line L connecting the hinge connecting portion 112B (which is inside the door), and therefore the door unit 102A at the end on the hanging side.
The second door unit 102B and the second door unit 102B do not extend in a straight line from each other after being bent at a slight angle. In this way, when the door is closed
There is a problem in that the aesthetic appearance is impaired if the 102A and the second door unit 102B are in a bent position relative to each other. It should be noted that such a single door 102A at the end of the suspension base and a second single door 102B are provided.
As for the folding posture with, after moving the single door 102F at the free side end to the anti-suspension side and closing the door, near the hinge connection part 112A between the single door 102A at the end of the suspension side and the second single door 102B. It is possible to make corrections so that they are aligned in a straight line with each other by pushing the doors toward the outside of the door, but it is troublesome to perform such a bending correction operation every time the closing operation of the telescopic door body 101 is performed.

(Object of the Invention) In view of the problems of the above-described known folding type telescopic door, the present invention prevents the doors from being separated from each other even if pressure is accidentally applied to the telescopic door body from a direction other than the opening direction in the closed state. Prevents folding and prevents the telescopic door from being opened carelessly, and even with such a care that the telescopic door does not open, it is easy to open the door. To provide a foldable telescopic door in which all the door units can be reliably extended linearly by simply moving the door unit at the free side end in the door closing direction when closing the door. The purpose is.

(Operation) According to the folding type telescopic door of the first aspect of the present invention, the folding restricting device for restricting the folding of each door unit at a place other than the predetermined small range on the hanging side is provided. Therefore, when opening and closing the telescopic door body, each door unit is restricted from bending in a place other than the small range on the hanging side. Further, in the closed state, the above-mentioned folding control device keeps all the doors other than the one located on the suspension side of the doors unfoldable, and in the closed state, the entire telescopic door body is anti-suspended. In the state of moving to the original side, the door unit at the hanging end side and the second door unit from the hanging end side cannot be folded together due to the lock device, so that the door of the telescopic door body is opened. Even if pressure is applied to each door unit from a direction other than the direction (for example, the front-back direction of the telescopic door body), each door unit does not inadvertently bend. Further, when the free end side of the telescopic door body is operated in the door opening direction from the closed state, when the whole telescopic door body is moved to the hanging base side, the folding device causes the second end from the hanging base side end or the hanging base side end.
The second door unit is forcibly folded, and each door unit is sequentially folded only in a small area on the hanging side.

According to the folding type telescopic door of the second aspect of the invention, when the door is operated for closing, that is, when the free end door is moved in the closing direction, the telescopic door body collides immediately before the end of the maximum extension. The member is guided by the guide portion of the lock member so as to move in a direction in which the door unit at the hanging end side end and the second door unit at the hanging end side end are linearly extended to each other. The single door at the base side end and the second single door from the suspension base side end are automatically extended linearly with respect to each other. Further, in the final stage of the door closing operation, the abutment member guided by the guide portion of the lock member is locked by the lock portion as it is, and the single door at the end of the suspension base and the second single door are closed. It becomes impossible to bend when they are extended linearly with each other.

By the way, in this folding telescopic door, when the telescopic door body 1 is extended in the closing direction by holding the door unit 2F at the free side end, as shown in FIG. The hinge connecting part 12A between the end door unit 2A and the second door unit 2B is connected to the shaft (11, 14) of the door unit end end door unit 2A from the inside of the garage and the second end unit from the suspension end side end. When it reaches a straight line (straight line in plan view) L that connects the hinge coupling portion 12B between the third door units 2B and 2C, the door unit 2A at the end of the suspension side by the extension operation of the telescopic door body 1 Although the extension action with the second door unit 2B disappears, the telescopic door body 1 is provided on the side of the hanging side of the lock member 71 of the upper side locking device 7A immediately before the end of the maximum extension of the telescopic door body 1. It is possible to forcibly move the abutment member 27 provided on the door unit 2A at the end of the suspension side to the outside of the garage by the action of moving it to the outside. Unishi was the guide portion 74
Is provided. That is, the guide portion 74 is an inclined surface that is inclined outward from the suspension base side to the anti-suspension base side, and as shown in FIG. The member 27 is adapted to abut the guide portion 74. Then, from the state in which the abutting member 27 abuts the guide portion 74 during the door closing operation, the entire telescopic door body 1 is placed on the side opposite to the hanging side (arrow B).
Direction), the abutting member 27 is forcibly guided to the outside (in the direction of arrow G) along the guide portion (inclined surface) 74, and as shown in FIG. 2A and second
The second door unit 2B and the second door unit 2B are arranged in a completely straight line. Further, the end portion 74a of the guide portion 74 is continuous with the fitting groove (lock portion) 72, and the abutting member 27 moved toward the outside of the garage by being guided by the guide portion 74 is the guide portion end portion. 74a
When the abutment with is disengaged, it automatically enters the fitting groove 72 and is locked immovably in the garage inward and outward directions (the state shown in FIG. 5). In this way, immediately before the end of the maximum expansion of the telescopic door body 1, the abutting member 27 is moved outward (in the direction of arrow G in FIG. 8) by the guide portion 74 by the operation of moving the telescopic door body 1 to the side opposite to the hanging side. If this is possible, even with this type of folding telescopic door, it is only necessary to extend the single telescopic door body 1 (operation to move the free side end door unit 2F to the anti-hanging side). It is possible to extend the side end door unit 2A and the second door unit 2B until they line up with each other.

Explaining how to use and the action of the folding type telescopic door Y shown in the figure, when the telescopic door body 1 is in the closed state, each door is a single unit.
2A to 2F are arranged linearly with respect to each other as shown in FIGS. In this state, the lock device 7A, 7B is used for the doors 2A, 2B that are the second end from the suspension base side end and the bases that are the second side doors, and the second door unit 2C-2F that is the third door from the end of the suspension base side is They are held in a mutually unfoldable state by the folding control device 4, and for example, even if two mutually adjacent doors are pressed in a foldable direction, the entire telescopic door body 1 moves to the hanging side. Unless you do so, each door will not bend. And when opening the telescopic door body 1 from this closed state, pressing the door unit 2F at the end opposite to the hanging side to the hanging side, the door units 2A to 2F are aligned in a straight line, so the expanding and contracting doors The entire main body 1 is located at the end of the suspension side and within the range where the lower support shaft 14 of the single door 2A can move.
It can be moved straight to the side. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the upper and lower lock devices 7A and 7B are automatically unlocked, and the abutting member 27 abuts the inclined surface 62 of the abutting member 61 to cause the abutting member 61 to abut. 27 is moved to the inside of the garage, and as a result, the door unit 2A at the hanging end side and the second 2B from the hanging end side
And are mutually bent at a predetermined angle as shown by chain lines 2A 'and 2B'. Then, when the door unit 2F at the end of the anti-suspension unit side is pressed toward the suspension unit side, each door unit 2A to 2F will be
Only the predetermined small area M on the side is sequentially folded, and the entire telescopic door body 1 is completely folded and fully opened as shown in FIG.

Also, when closing from the open state, if you move the door unit 2F at the end of the anti-suspension source side to the anti-suspension source side, each door unit 2A ~
2F operates in the reverse order of the opening operation and is closed. When the door is closed, the lower support shaft 14 of the door unit 2A at the end of the hanging side is placed in the substantially circular hole 17a in the long hole 17 until the door unit 2A at the end of the hanging side becomes parallel to the folding opening / closing direction. Since it can be fitted into the slot 17b side of the elongated hole 17 only when the door unit 2A at the end of the hanging side is parallel to the folding opening / closing direction, the upper and lower lock devices 7A , 7B is automatically and smoothly transferred to the locked state.

(Effect of the invention) The folding telescopic door of the invention according to claim 1 of the present application,
When opening and closing the telescopic door body 1, each door unit (2C to 2F) is regulated to be unfoldable at the installation portion of the folding regulation device 4, and the folding device 6 further suspends the hanging end or the hanging end. The second door unit (2A, 2B) from the end of the original side is forcibly folded, so each door unit 2A to 2F can be folded only in a relatively small area on the hanging side. Being able to be folded, it has the effect of reducing the space (dead space) that cannot be used when the telescopic door body 1 is opened or closed.
While the door is closed and the entire telescopic door body 1 is being moved to the side opposite to the hanging side, the door unit 2A at the hanging side end and the second door unit 2B at the second side from the hanging side end bend together. Since a lock device 7A for restricting the door is provided, the door unit 2A at the hanging end side end and the second door unit from the hanging end side end in the closed state
2B becomes unfoldable, for example, when the hinge connecting portion 12A of the door unit 2A at the hanging end side and the second door unit 2B at the hanging end side is pressed in the bending direction. Or, even when wind pressure is applied to the folding direction, the telescopic door body 1
As long as the whole does not move to the suspension element 10 side, the doors 2A and 2B will not be bent between the two doors, and the bending control device 4 will be used.
By the hanging end side and each second door unit from the hanging end, 2
Combined with the fact that the folding of each door other than A and 2B (2C to 2F) is restricted, all the doors 2A to 2F will not be folded and carelessly expandable door body 1 Has the effect of not being released. In addition, even if the door is not opened carelessly when pressure is applied from a direction other than the opening direction in the closed state, when the door is normally opened or closed, the anti-suspension is simply applied. The lock device 7A can be automatically unlocked or locked by simply moving the door unit 2F at the original side end in the opening direction or the closing direction, and it is not necessary to operate the locking device 7A specially, and the opening and closing operation of the telescopic door can be performed. There is also an effect that it becomes easy. (For example, when using the drop rod device, it is not necessary to remove and insert the drop rod every time the door is opened and closed.) According to the second aspect of the invention of the present application, when the door is closed, that is, When the single door 2F at the free side end is moved to the anti-suspension side, the abutting member 27 is guided by the guide portion 74 of the lock member 71 immediately before the end of the maximum extension of the telescopic door body 1 to cause the end of the suspension side. The door unit 2A and the second door unit 2B are moved in a direction in which they extend linearly with respect to each other, and as a result, the door unit at the hanging end side
2A and the second door unit 2B can be automatically extended linearly to each other, and the door unit 2F on the free side end can be simply extended without special operation of extending each door unit in a straight line. All the doors 2A to 2F are lined up in a straight line by simply closing the door and the appearance is good, and since the guide part 74 is connected to the lock part 72, the suspension side The abutting member 27 comes to be locked by the lock member 72 in a state where the end door unit 2A and the second door unit 2B are aligned in a straight line, and the door unit 2A and the second end unit 2A at the suspension base side end There is also an effect that no special operation is required to prevent the second door unit 2B from bending.
