[Operation] According to the present invention, the width of the recessed joints on the front surface side between the adjacent heat insulation wall panels is made wider than the width of the recessed joints on the rear surface side, and the joints on the front and back surfaces are inside and outside. Although the appearance and design of the entire wall can be changed to two types by reversing the construction, the part of the insulation panel on one side has a protruding end face with the thickness of the wall panel protruding at the joint part on the wide side. Since the thickness is increased as a whole, it is possible to suppress deterioration of heat insulation performance and fire prevention performance even if any of the joints of the front surface and the back surface having different widths faces the outer surface.

Moreover, by interposing packing between the fitting portions of the pair of convex portions and the pair of concave portions, it is possible to secure the shielding function that prevents the fire from flowing through the gap between the adjacent heat insulating wall panels. Not only is it possible to prevent rainwater from entering the interior, and even if some rainwater may enter due to capillary action, etc. The heat insulation wall panel is formed between the bottom surface of the recess formed between the pair of convex portions and is transferred into the space passage that is in a decompressed state with respect to the outside, and is dropped when the wall panel is vertically attached sizing, When the wall panel is laterally sizing, it is possible to secure an excellent sealing property such that a slight slope is given to allow the wall panel to smoothly flow down the slope and prevent further intrusion into the interior.

The heat insulating wall panel 5 is one in which a heat insulating material 53 is loaded in an internal space surrounded by a front surface material 51 and a back surface material 52 which are arranged to face each other. The surface material 51 is made by bending a metal plate such as a color steel plate or stainless steel, but the back surface material 52 is not limited to those metal plates and may be made of a synthetic resin plate or a wooden plate. . In addition to the synthetic resin foam, the heat insulating material 53 may be a known heat insulating material such as glass wool or a fire resistant heat insulating material. When a synthetic resin foam is used for the heat insulating material 53, the front surface material 51 and the back surface material 52 are used in advance in a state in which the gap between the facing surface material 51 and the back surface material 52, which are arranged opposite to each other, is closed by the blocking materials 54, 54. The insulating wall panel 5 is easily manufactured by foaming the synthetic resin filled in the enclosed internal space by a known means. At that time, it is desirable to use a synthetic resin having self-adhesiveness with respect to the surface material 51 and the back surface material 52,
When such a synthetic resin is used, not only the front surface material 51 and the back surface material 52 are integrated by the heat insulating material 53, but also the heat insulating material 53 formed by the synthetic resin foam layer obtained by foaming the same.
Does not easily peel off from the front surface material 51 and the back surface material 52, and the desired heat insulating property and fire resistance of the heat insulating material 53 are reliably maintained for a long period of time.

In the two heat insulating wall panels 5, 5 connected to each other,
The pair of convex portions 55 ', 55' of one heat insulating wall panel 5 are individually fitted into the pair of concave portions 58 ', 58' of the other heat insulating wall panel 5. The plate-like packing 7 is arranged over the end surface (including the blocking member 54) of the projecting portion 59 and the fitting portion of the convex portion 55 'and the concave portion 58'. As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 1B, the plate-like packing 7 includes the end surface 55a of the convex portion 55 and the inner and outer surfaces 55b, 55b in the fitting portion.

According to the above connecting structure, since the joint width A on the front surface side is wider than the joint width a on the back surface side, the design and appearance of the joint width A on the front surface side are wide. However, the fireproof performance and the heat insulating performance are affected by the joint width a on the back surface side. That is, the thickness of the heat insulating wall panels 5 and 5 in the joint portion 9 on the front surface side is partial, but there is a root portion of one heat insulating wall panel 5, that is, a portion having the protruding end surface 5a ′ on the rear surface side. As a result, the one heat insulating wall panel 5 is partially thickened at the portion corresponding to the joint 9 on the front surface side than the portion corresponding to the joint 9'on the rear surface side, so that the joints 9 and 9'are recessed. Despite the shape, joint width a on the back side
Is smaller than the joint width A on the surface side, high fire resistance performance and heat insulation performance are maintained. To put this extremely, the protrusion width H of the end surface 5a 'on the back surface side from the end surface 5a on the front surface side of one heat insulation wall panel 5 is increased to increase the other end surface 5b' on the back surface side of the other heat insulation wall panel 5. As the joint width a on the back surface side is reduced to be closer to, the fire resistance performance and heat insulation performance at the joint portion 9 on the front surface side become higher. However, it is not within the scope of the present invention that the protrusion amount H is increased to such an extent that the back surface side end surface 5a 'of one heat insulating wall panel 5 comes into contact with the back surface side other end surface 5b' of the other heat insulating wall panel 5. Therefore, the present invention has a concave shape with a width on both the front side and the back side.
The target is the one with 9,9 'formed. Therefore, the heat insulation wall panel 5 used in the connection structure of the present invention is
It is also possible to make the joint width on the front surface side narrower than the joint width on the back surface side by reversing the use. By using such a method, it becomes possible to easily change the design and appearance by changing the size of joints, even though the same heat insulating wall panel 5 is used.

55 has its end surface 55a and inner and outer surfaces 55b, 55b in contact with the plate packing 7, and the recess 58 has its bottom surface 58a and both surfaces 58b, 58b in contact with the plate packing 7. And recess 58
The contact area between the plate packing 7 and the plate packing 7 becomes very large. In addition, the plate-like packing 7 includes the end surface 55a of the convex portion 55 and the bottom surface 5 of the concave portion 58.
Not only is it pressed by 8a, but it is also pressed by the inner and outer surfaces 55b, 55b of the convex portion 55 and both side surfaces 58b, 58b of the concave portion 58. Therefore, the fire-shielding property and the watertight sealing property of the plate-shaped packing 7 at the fitting portion are highly reliable.

In addition, even when the wall panel 5 is moved in the direction of expanding the joint 9 when the joint is adjusted, the inner and outer surfaces 55b and 55b of the convex portion 55 and the both side surfaces 58b and 58b of the concave portion 58 with respect to the plate packing 7. Since the sliding force only slides on the plate packing 7 without changing the pressure contact force, the clamping pressure of the plate packing 7 by them does not change. Due to the synergistic effect of this fact and the fact that the above-mentioned wide contact area helps improve the watertight sealing property, the heat shielding property and the watertight sealing property at the fitting portion between the convex portion 55 and the concave portion 58 are insulated by joint adjustment or the like. Even if the wall panel 5 is moved, it is not easily damaged. When the wall panel 5 is moved in the direction of narrowing the joint 9, the end surface 55a of the protrusion 55 and the recess 58
Since the clamping pressure of the plate-like packing 7 due to the bottom surface 58a of the plate becomes large, and the clamping pressure at other places does not change,
In this case, the fire shielding property and the watertight sealing property are not impaired at all.

On the other hand, if rainwater or the like enters the inside for some reason, the rainwater or the like will not enter the surface 71 of the plate packing 7 and the recess.
It is discharged through the space passage 8 between the bottom surface of 56. That is, when the heat insulating wall panel 5 is used for vertical sizing, rainwater or the like falls through the space passage 8, and when the heat insulating wall panel 5 is used for horizontal sizing, the space passage 8 is used. Rainwater and the like will flow down according to the height difference of the space passage 8 only by giving a slight gradient that is not apparent to 8.

In addition, the packing interposed between the fitting parts of the pair of convex parts and the pair of concave parts secures the shielding function to prevent the fire from flowing through the gap between the adjacent heat insulating wall panels, and the fire resistance performance. Not only can it improve the water quality, but it can also prevent rainwater from entering the interior, and even if some rainwater intrudes inward due to capillary action, etc. The rainwater, etc. is transferred between the packing surface and the bottom surface of the recess formed between the pair of protrusions on one heat insulation wall panel, and is transferred to the space passage that is in a depressurized state to the outside, and the wall panel is vertically attached. In the case of sizing, the wall panel is dropped downward, and in the case of sizing, when the wall panel is laterally attached, a slight slope is given during construction to allow rainwater etc. that has infiltrated to flow smoothly down the slope, and to the further inside. Stop infiltration An effect that can be exhibited the kind of excellent sealing properties.
