Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a connector excellent in waterproofness which enhances the workability. CONSTITUTION:The coil connector for motor apparatus comprises a coil 1 of motor apparatus having a tubular socket part 2 into which a coil conduction terminal 3 is projected, and a harness 4 being inserted into the socket part 2 and connected therewith. The harness 4 comprises a power cord 16, a housing 17 connected with the forward end of a cord core 16a and incorporating a female terminal 15 being fitted over the coil conduction terminal 3, and a plug 18 molded of an elastic insulating material to wrap the housing and the coated part at the forward end of the cord 16. Annular groove 19 and protrusion 20 engaging each other are provided at the fitting part of the plug 18 and the socket part 2 in order to prevent removal of the harness 4 and to provide a watertight sealing at the fitting part through elastic engagement.

先端被覆部を包み込むように成形密着される弾性のある
絶縁材料で成形されたプラグとから構成し、このプラグ
と前記ソケット部の嵌合部分に弾性的に凹凸係合する環
状の溝部と突起部を設け、この溝部及び突起部の弾性係
合により前記ハーネスの抜け防止とプラグ嵌合部の防水
封止を行うようにしたことを特徴とする電動機器コイル
のコネクタ装置。
