Manual angle sensor
The present invention is a manual angular position transducer that is rotatably mounted and manually
And a master member that can be moved with
It is equipped with a sensor and a latching mechanism that acts magnetically without touching the master member.
, The latching mechanism comprises a magnetic flux conductor having a plurality of tongues, and the plurality of tongues are
Hands that are continuously spaced on a line that is concentric with the axis of rotation of the master member.
The present invention relates to a dynamic angular position converter.
In the case of a known angular position transducer of this kind (West German patent DE 32 24 386 C2)
, The master member is a disc, the outer rim of which extends radially
It is formed by a plurality of tongues. This outer rim is a light barrier.
) Is engaged between the transmitter and the receiver, and also between the two pole pieces. these
The two pole pieces are placed on the north pole (N pole) or the south pole (S pole) of the permanent magnet, which
These two pole pieces suspend the magnetic flux through the outer rim of the disk of ferromagnetic material.
Directly lead. These two pole pieces have a plurality of radially extending teeth and the distance between them.
Gaps are provided. These teeth and gaps are aligned and
And the gap has the same pitch as the tongues of the disc and the slits between these tongues.
To do. Due to the small air gap between the disc rim and the two pole pieces,
Even when the tongue and the tongue are very thin, a high hooking moment can be obtained. Only
However, the cost for this latching mechanism is relatively high.
Therefore, the present invention provides a high locking moment and a continuous locking position.
Manual type that can be manufactured inexpensively without sacrificing a small rotation angle
It is based on the task of providing an angular position converter. This issue is claimed
1 is solved by an angular position converter having the features described in 1.
Only two components, the magnetic flux, are used for the latching mechanism of the angular position transducer according to the invention.
Only conductors and magnets are needed. This results in particularly low assembly costs
Reduced.
In a preferred embodiment, the magnet is within the cylindrical surface formed by the tongues.
Will be placed. This is because in this case the pole group of the magnet is placed inside the outer jacket of the magnet.
Because it can be kicked. This is the case when an equal number of poles are provided.
If the pole group of the magnet is placed inside the outer jacket of the magnet,
Smaller magnets can be used than if placed in a jacket.
When a reflection light barrier is used as a sensor
The light barrier is oriented towards or carrying the tongues.
Can be directed to the tongue portion that extends perpendicular to the ridge. Each tongue
If it also has a portion that extends radially outward with respect to the center of the disk,
The ears can also be directed to these radially outwardly extending portions. Both places
At the same time, the disc with the tongue-shaped group provided on the disc can rotate.
It must form a member and be mounted so that the magnets and sensors are stationary.
It is important.
However, for example, a Hall generator is used as a sensor
It can also be done. In this case, a permanent magnet configured as a ring or disc
Need to be rigidly mounted on a manually rotatable shaft. Change
, Which are part of a disc that is mounted immovably and are aligned next to each other.
Several tongues to put
The ridges are omitted, resulting in a gap for the magnetic field to penetrate to the Hall generator.
Need to be done.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to two embodiments shown in the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic vertical sectional view of the first embodiment.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a first embodiment master member having assigned sensors.
It
FIG. 3 is a schematic vertical sectional view of the second embodiment.
FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a second embodiment magnetic flux conductor with assigned sensors.
It
The shaft 2 is rotatably attached to the center of the face plate 1 having a circular disc shape.
Be done. The face plate 1 is formed of a material other than a magnetizable material and a magnetic conducting material.
. A shaft portion where a manual wheel (not shown) projects beyond the front side surface of the face plate 1.
It is attached rigidly to the minute. The shaft 2 portion protruding beyond the other side surface of the face plate,
It carries a master member, which is designated in its entirety by reference numeral 3. This master member
3 is immovable with respect to the shaft 2 in both the circumferential direction and the axial direction. this
The master member is formed of a ferromagnetic metal plate. This ferromagnetic metal plate is a circular disk 4
And a hole 4 ′ is provided at the center of this circular disc 4. In this example
, The disc 4 is rigidly mounted on the shaft 2 by means of a flanged bush 5.
Be killed. However, this disc must be attached by other methods.
It is also possible, in particular, to be mounted directly on the shaft 2, for example by rivets.
You can also.
As best shown in FIG. 2, the disc 4 is formed integrally with this disc.
The group of tongues 7 formed is carried. All of these tongues 7 have the same width and length.
And the same shape, and the gap 8
Separated from each other by. These gaps 8 also have the same dimensions. Tongue
Reference numeral 7 denotes a first portion that extends outward in the radial direction, and extends at a right angle to the first portion.
And a second portion. Therefore, these second parts of the tongue 7 are
Form a concentric cylindrical surface. As shown in FIG. 1, the second part of the tongue 7
The disk so that it faces the face plate 1 and ends a short distance from this face plate.
4 is mounted on the shaft.
A circular permanent magnet 9 is attached to the shaft 2 on the surface of the face plate 1 facing the disc 4.
It is rigidly attached so as to form a coaxial shape. As shown in FIG.
Between the disk 4 and the surface of the permanent magnet 9 on the side facing the disk, a small air gap
There is a gap and there is a small air gap between the outer shell of the permanent magnet and the tongue 7.
The dimensions of the permanent magnet 9, the disc 4 and the tongue 7 should be matched so that they are present.
Be done. The permanent magnet 9 is magnetized as follows. That is, inside the outer jacket of the permanent magnet
At the north pole (N pole) and the south pole (S pole) are continuously and alternately formed in the circumferential direction.
The angle between two adjacent poles is made equal to the angle between two adjacent tongues 7.
Thus, the permanent magnet 9 is magnetized. The second portion of the tongue is the permanent magnet.
Separated from the outer jacket only by the small air gaps mentioned above. two
The angle between the two adjacent poles is larger or smaller than the angle between the two adjacent tongues 7.
It can also be formed by drilling. However, in that case, one angle is always the other.
It is necessary to make an integral multiple of the other angle.
Includes a permanent magnet 9 and a disk 4 having a tongue 7 as a magnetic flux conductor
The latching mechanism is such that each tongue 7 is placed in one of the angular position groups where the tongue 7 is aligned with one of the poles.
Try to restrain. At this time, the magnetic flux is generated by the pole and the tongue portion 7 aligned with this pole.
Between the air and the second part of
Go through this gap into this tongue, then split within this tongue, then two neighbors
An abutting tongue and an air gap to the pole where these two adjacent tongues are aligned,
It closes back to the poles located between these poles via and with these poles themselves.
At this angular position, each magnetic circle has a minimum reluctance, so disk 4
The latching mechanism generates reverse torque when it tries to rotate away from the angular position of
To do. Even if the magnetic moment of each magnetic circle is small, many magnetic circles
The reverse torque mentioned above is relatively high because it is present.
Mounted on the inner wall of a pot-shaped housing 11 closed by a face plate 1
The reflected light barrier 10 that has been eclipsed prevents it from reaching the next stop position.
It is provided as a sensor that generates a pulsed signal for each rotation of the shaft 2. This
Because of this, the angular position transducer can also be used as an incremental position transducer
. The reflected light barrier 10 can be arranged as follows. That is, the reflected light barrier
Emits a ray, which is directed radially inward and the ray
An axially extending second part of one of the tongues 7 as a function of the angular position of 4
To fall on the outer surface of, or on the gap located between these two second parts,
A reflected light barrier 10 can be arranged. This ray is the ray 7
It will be properly reflected only if it falls on top. As in this embodiment, each tongue 7
Has a first portion extending radially, the rays from the reflected light barrier are tongue-shaped.
It can also be directed to this first part of the part 7. This situation is reflected in Figure 1.
Illustrated by light barrier 12. Naturally, for example, in front of the disc 4
When detection of forward / backward rotation is required, the reflected light barrier 12
It may be provided in addition to the ear 10. However, in this case, all light beams
The rear faces the first part of the tongue 7 or the second part of the tongue 7.
It can also be directed.
The embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 has a circular disk shape, as in the first embodiment.
The face plate 101 is formed, and the face plate 101 is made of a magnetically non-conductive material. Also,
The shaft 102 can be rotated in the face plate 101. However, this fruit
In the embodiment, the circular permanent magnet 109 serves as a master member. For this reason,
The permanent magnet 109 is mounted on the shaft 102 so as to be coaxial with the shaft 102.
Fixedly attached to. In this embodiment, the inner diameter of the permanent magnet 109 is the shaft 10
2 is larger than the outer diameter of 2, so that it carries the permanent magnet 109 and is rigid on the shaft 102.
A hub body 113 coupled to is provided.
A disc 104 configured similarly to the disc 4 is rigidly mounted on the inner surface of the face plate 101.

Further, a dynamic detection device for the angular position of the crankshaft is known (PCT Patent
Application WO 89/04426). This dynamic detection device was placed on the crankshaft
It has a rotor, which consists of a ring, which has a north pole (N pole) and
And south poles (S poles) are magnetized so as to alternate with each other in the circumferential direction. This rotor
Is arranged in a stator surrounding an annular member concentric with the rotor and
The sensor coil is located concentrically with the stator. The rotor has two ring parts
Assembled from each other, these ring parts are aligned with the length of the inner edge of the ring part.
A plurality of pointer units are provided along the line. These pointer parts are the length of the pointer part.
Extends radially inward on a portion of the orientation and then bends axially towards the other ring
Can be In both rings, the angle between two consecutive pointers is
Is chosen to be equal to the angle between two similar poles in. In addition, the port of one ring
The inter section is displaced by half of the above angle with respect to the pointer section of the other ring.
Can be
Therefore, the present invention provides a high locking moment and a small rotation angle between successive locking positions.
Manual angular position conversion that can be inexpensively manufactured without sacrificing power
It was made based on the task of providing vessels.
