Abstract

PURPOSE:To inexpensively provide a pan with legs which has excellent convenience and satisfactory external appearance by holding a leg end with a calling formed on an upper end of the pan, and positioning the leg end with use of uneven fitment, and further freely setting the leg to an accomodation state and a use state thereof by making use of rotation of a side wall surface around the center of the uneven fitment. CONSTITUTION:A pan is constructed such that a leg and is held with a spiral carling 2 formed on an upper end of a pan side wall 1a, and the leg end is positioned with use of the uneven fitment, and further the leg is freely set to an accomodation state and a use state by making ues of rotation on a side wall 1a surface around the uneven fitment 3a, 1b. That is, a metal wire material is folded such that opposite ends of the wire material become one end of the leg 3, and a rotational protrusion or a rotational recess is formed on the heat resistant resin leg end where the opposite ends are subjected to insert molding, and further a rotational recess or a rotational protrusion 1c is formed on the side wall of the pan. Hereby, there is ensured the pan where it is subjected to the uneven fitment.

The conventional mounting structure of the leg 21 provided on the tray 20 described above is spot-welded to the support 22 on the outer bottom surface, and the leg 21 is fitted into the pivot hole provided on the support 22. Since it has a structure that pivotally supports the end,
In the case where the tray is made of stainless steel plate and is not subjected to surface treatment such as enameling, the bottom surface of the tray has a spot mark, which is not preferable in appearance, and the cost of the support 22 made of stainless steel plate and the outer bottom surface There was a problem that the fixing work cost increased.

Further, since the legs 21 are folded on the outer bottom surface of the receiving tray 20, the height of the folded state of the receiving tray 20 is high.
The problem is that the height is about twice the height of the storage space and the storage capacity increases (in the case of a net rack, the problem can be solved by using the rotatable legs disclosed in FIGS. 4 and 5 of Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 56-164403). In addition to the problems that have been solved), since the end faces of the legs 21 and the support 22 are exposed, there is a risk of injury during handling.
Furthermore, in order to be able to use even during high frequency heating, it is necessary to insulate the metal parts so as not to generate sparks at the contact parts, which is a factor of high cost.

[0006] On the other hand, in order to take out the saucer after heating and cooking, it is necessary to use mittens (insulating gloves), which is not convenient. On the other hand, if the legs are made of wire rod, there is a problem that it is difficult to distinguish from the cooking net having the wire rod legs by the optical sensor type accessory detection means provided in the heating cooker.

A structure for rotatably mounting the leg 3 on the side wall 1a is shown in FIG.
A description will be given based on a sectional view taken along the arrow. The leg 3 formed by bending the wire into a U-shape has a circular concave portion 3a formed in a concave-convex shape, which forms a rotating structure, on one end of the wire, and the other end of the leg 3 has a U-shape.
A straight portion 3b is formed by bending toward the circular recess 3a so as to close the opening of the letter, and in addition to having a function of supporting the saucer by engaging with the curling 2 in a used state, both wire ends are The shape is not exposed to the outside. Then, the convex portion 1 that is fitted in the concave portion 3a
b is formed by squeezing outward from the side wall 1a, and the convex portion 1b and the concave portion 3a are fitted in the concave and convex portions to form a rotating structure. This rotating structure is held by the curling 2 sandwiching the wire rod forming the recess 3a.
The leg 3 has an appropriate rotation resistance due to the clamping force of the curling 2, but the convex portion 1 prevents the leg 3 from easily rotating in the use state.
c is formed by squeezing outward from the side wall 1a and held by a snap action.

Next, another embodiment will be described with reference to the enlarged side view of the main part shown in FIG. 6 and the sectional view taken along the line BB shown in FIG. Both ends of the leg 3 formed by bending the wire into a U-shape are insert-molded with a heat-resistant resin such as PPS (polyphenylene sulphite ... trade name Toray Ryton R4, R10) into a resin leg end 4, A concave-convex fitting concave portion 4a that constitutes the turning structure is formed, and two concave portions 4b for providing a snap action to the turning operation of the leg 3 in the stored state and the used state are provided. Then, the convex portion 1d and the concave portions 4b, 4b which are fitted into the concave portion 4a by concave and convex are provided.
The convex portions 1e and 1e which are fitted in the concave and convex portions are formed by squeezing outward from the side wall 1a, and the convex portion 1d and the concave portion 4a are fitted in the concave and convex portions to form a rotating structure. Cause the snap action due to the uneven fitting. The turning structure is held by the thin portions 4c formed at the leg ends being sandwiched by the curling 2. Further, a groove 4d that engages with the curling 2 for firmly holding the leg 3 in use is provided at the center upper end portion of the leg end portion 4, and further protrudes outward to move the L-shaped tray. A handle 4e is provided.

Further, as shown in the side view of the main part of the tray in FIG. 8, a handle 6 for moving the tray is integrally formed on the resin leg 5. The handle 6 is formed by making a hole from a position 1 cm to 2 cm lower than the bottom surface of the tray 1 to a position 2 cm to 3 cm higher than the lower end of the leg. The fingertip is inserted into the hole and the leg 5 is gripped to hold the tray 1 Care is taken not to touch the bottom of the hot pan with your fingertips when moving the. On the other hand, the upper end portion of the leg 5 has a curling 2 for firmly holding the leg 5 in use.
A groove for engaging with. The lower part of the hole is a part to be detected for detecting that the saucer with the leg set to the use state is used by the optical sensor type accessory detection means provided in the heating cooker described later. Used.

As shown in the output waveform diagram of FIG. 10, the cooking net and the defrosting net, which are accessories, have a wire net made of thin leg width (wire diameter) and a resin made thaw net having a leg width. It can be distinguished because it is thick in molding, but when setting the legs of the saucer in use and placing it on the turntable 12 for two-step cooking, it is said that the legs are made of wire and cooking is made of wire. Indistinguishable from the net. Therefore, conventionally, the light emitting element 18 and the light receiving element 19 are arranged also at the height position of the tray main body shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG.
It was determined whether the saucer was placed so that it could be cooked.
