Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent harmful gas from being generated and to enable a Niagara Falls fireworks to be used safely even indoors under bad aeration condition by a method wherein ignition to candles is effected by ignition chemicals on candles in combination with representation fireworks for the ignition. CONSTITUTION:A Niagara Falls fireworks 5 is set at an upper part of candles 2, the firework is ignited to cause the firework spark 1 to be dropped. A representation fireworks 4 ignit the candles having cotton ball-like gun powder 15 which is easily ignitabe, and then its flame may easily spread to a wick 6 of the candles. The spark is made in use of fire titanium powder with a mesh size of 350 order and even if the spark is dropped onto the candle, scarce change is apparently made to the candle. It is also possible to fix a cotton which may easily be ignited by spark. Further, it is also possible that a Niagara Falls firework with a handle holder having an ignition cell in it is ignited by an electrical ignition to distribute the spark 1 over the candle 2 so as to perform its ignition.

Although there are conventional Niagara fireworks and fireworks for candle ignition performance, they cannot be used as they are in the present invention. This is because the particle size of the metal powder used in the conventional Niagara fireworks is large, so that it falls on the candle and adversely affects the appearance of the candle. Also, it is not suitable for indoor use because it generates irritating combustion gas. In addition, the fireworks for directing candles do not ignite with small sparks, and even if they are coated with explosives with good ignitability, they may not catch the sparks due to the small area.

For that purpose, a fireworks for production at the time of candle ignition, an ignition powder for igniting the candle, or the like, which has a structure in which an area of a portion for receiving the spark ignited by the spark is increased, is used.

Further, in Niagara fireworks, an explosive which does not generate a toxic gas or the like by combustion is used. At this time, in order to prevent generation of poisonous gas due to incomplete combustion, after ignition, the combustion gas is completely burned as a flame in the open space. Therefore, instead of using a paper cylinder, the explosive is solidified with a polymer or the like and fixed to a non-combustible table for use. There is also a method of remotely igniting this Niagara fireworks by electric ignition, which makes it possible to ignite several or more of these Niagara fireworks simultaneously.

[0013] Cotton-ball-shaped cotton powder (weak cotton powder) is colored pink, sky blue, etc., and in order to enhance the fireworks effect at the time of burning, a flame colorant and a spark agent are mixed and adhered to a candle or a candle. By adding it to the fireworks for directing when the candle is ignited, it will be a beautiful product in terms of design, and it will also be lightweight and have a large area to ignite when receiving sparks.

Example A Niagara fireworks (5) is set on the upper part of the candle (2), and the spark (1) is ignited to drop the spark (1), and the spark is set on the candle. It is caused by igniting the fireworks (4) for production of candles with cotton ball-shaped powder (15) when ignited, and the flames burn to the core (6) of the candle. Since the spark uses extremely fine titanium powder of about 350 mesh, even if it falls on the candle, it hardly changes the appearance of the candle.

As the components of the ignition powder, cotton powder, black powder or the like which is easily ignited by sparks is used. In particular, if you use cotton powder (nitrocellulose), you can make a round and fluffy cotton ball and attach it so that it covers the head of the fireworks for production when you ignite the candle. In addition, since the main powder may not be ignited as it is when the batting or strong cotton is used as the cotton explosive, the adhesive explosive having the following composition is used to surely ignite and fix the cotton explosive. Polyurethane resin 0.6 parts Ammonium perchlorate 1 part Ammonium nitrate 1 part Red phosphorus 1 part Solvent A little soft cotton powder can ignite fireworks and candles as it is because the burning speed is slow. It should be noted that a collodion solution may be used to fix the weak cotton drug. In this case, if you use cotton powder that is colored pink or sky blue with a dye, and then sprinkle it with aluminum powder as a spark agent and copper powder as a flame colorant, the design and effect of fireworks are excellent. As a result, it can be used commercially effectively enough by itself.

Embodiment 3 of Claim 3 A highly conductive ignition ball powder (1) for electrically igniting the above-mentioned fireworks.
If 4) and an electrode are attached, a large number of Niagara fireworks of the present invention can be simultaneously ignited by electric ignition, and the effect becomes even more spectacular, and this alone can be sufficiently commercialized. (See FIG. 11) The ignition ball is applied with the application number 20932 of high-conductivity explosive and the ignition system filed on Mar. 29, 1993 by the present inventor.

Embodiment of claim 5 A fireworks for producing a candle light when a small amount of carbon black is mixed, which is sharpened like a needle, is connected to one end of a high-voltage electrode and the other end is grounded, and a high voltage of 100 KV or more is applied to it. This causes airborne corona discharge from the needle-shaped tip. At this time, the fireworks can be ignited by coating the tip with a spark-sensitive ignition agent containing tricinate or the like. Alternatively, a counter electrode may be attached to the tip of the rod to bring it closer to the tip of the fireworks to cause discharge. In this case, the voltage can be lowered to several tens of KV.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION Since sparks are poured down to ignite the candles as in the embodiment, the effect is extremely flashy and great. Also, as in claim 3, fireworks for directing candle ignition or only fireworks like domino may be used, but if a large amount of spark agent is used to ignite adjacent fireworks with its own spark, various shapes will be displayed by fireworks or the like. With such a configuration, the shape of the fireworks is displayed and the candles are also burned, which is suitable for events and weddings.

With the explosive of the third embodiment, combustion produces only harmless nitrogen, water, carbon dioxide gas, and a small amount of chromium oxide, aluminum oxide, and titanium oxide as ash, and produces harmful sulfurous acid gas, hydrogen chloride, and the like. do not do. Therefore, there is an advantage that it can be used safely even in places with poor ventilation such as indoors.
In the case of Example 1, since small particles of the explosive burn as sparks and burn while shining, and not only the metal powder does not burn, fine titanium of 350 mesh may be used as described in Example 1. You can see the flow of sparks as high as 10 meters. If 3 parts of titanium with a particle size of 500 μm are used, a spark flow length of about 20 meters can be obtained, resulting in an extremely magnificent Niagara fireworks. In Example 2, since the metal powder burns and glows, a spark flow length of about 3 meters, which is suitable for indoor use,
Moreover, since the generated ash particles of titanium oxide are small, they are not conspicuous, and of course, no irritating gas is generated, which is extremely convenient for indoor use. In Example 2, 350 titanium was used.
If only the mesh is used, the spark length will be about 1.5 meters, which is just right for indoor use. Therefore, the firework fireworks are suitable for the implementation of claim 1. In addition, when a flame coloring agent such as strontium chloride and copper powder of Examples 1 and 2 is added, the flame portion is colored and burns and emits light. Also, with electric ignition, a large number of Niagara fireworks can be ignited at the same time, so the effect is extremely large.

The pyrotechnic candle according to claim 4 is not only good in ignitability with sparks, but is also a product which has a beauty and an effect capable of being used alone by itself. When igniting with a lighter, it is obvious where to ignite and is therefore safe. When it is attached to a fireworks for candle ignition, it can be set to an effect different from the effect of the main powder, and a variety of effects can be obtained by a composite effect.
