Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the subject method characterized by mutually superposing the respective cut ends of laminating sheets as flexible container material to heat bond the cut ends after covered with thermal adhesive tapes to highly easily prevent both the cut ends from fraylng. CONSTITUTION:The respective cut ends 4, 4' of a flexible container material consisting of a laminated sheet 3 prepared by laminating thermoplastic resin layers 2 on a yarn cloth 1 woven from plastic film ribbon pieces (e.g. tape yarns, flat yarns) as both warps and wefts are mutually superposed, and the superposed part 5 is laminated with thermal adhesive tapes 6, 6' so as to cover both the cut ends 4,4' and then heat bonded, thus the yarn 1 can easily be prevented from fraying. By this method, the thickness of the heatbonded part can be made sufficiently low, also being good in appearance.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a yarn cloth (in the present invention, a yarn cloth is a cloth formed by weaving a width piece of a plastic film called a tape yarn, a flat yarn, a ribbon yarn or the like as warp and weft. In a flexible container made of a laminated sheet in which a thermoplastic synthetic resin is laminated on (1), the yarn cloth and the synthetic resin laminate are separated from each other during use to prevent fraying of the yarn cloth. It relates to a stop processing method.

According to this ultra processing, the purpose of preventing fraying is achieved, but the cut end of the laminated sheet becomes thick as a tape, a laminated sheet, and three layers of tape are overlapped. When the cut end parts are overlapped, this part also becomes a six-ply overlap, which is not preferable in the work of forming the container body, and in order to fold the tape to cover it, it is special for this work. It required a processing machine. From these things, this invention makes it a subject to provide the anti-fray processing method that an overlapping part does not become thick and a special processing machine for processing is unnecessary.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 is a yarn cloth, which is a cloth formed by weaving narrow pieces of a plastic film called tape yarn, flat yarn, ribbon yarn, etc. as warp and weft, which is usually plain weave. To be Reference numeral 2 denotes a thermoplastic synthetic resin laminated on the yarn cloth 1, which is usually applied to both sides of the yarn cloth 1. The laminated sheet 3 obtained by laminating the thermoplastic resin 2 on the yarn cloth 1 serves as a material for the flexible container. Reference numerals 4 and 4 ′ are the cut ends of the laminated sheet 3. When the cut ends 4 and 4 ′ are cut into flexible containers, the cut ends 4 and 4 are in use.
The present invention is a processing method for preventing the 4'from fraying. Therefore, the laminated sheet 3 is bent, the cut end portions 4 and 4'are overlapped, and at the overlapping portion 5,
The heat-bonding tape 6 is heat-bonded to cover the cut end 4 and the heat-bonding tape 6'is heat-bonded to cover the cut end 4 '.

According to the present invention, the cut end of the laminated sheet does not have to be folded back to sandwich the cut end unlike the conventional one, so that the cut end can be thin, and the product is flexible. The appearance of the container is remarkably improved, and unlike the conventional one, it does not require a special machine for folding the tape, and since it is a flat seal, it can be sufficiently operated even by a simple sealer. In particular, when a method is used in which a heat-bonding tape is heat-bonded to a laminated sheet beforehand at the cut end, leaving a dimension that requires heat-bonding at the time of assembly, heat-bonding of the heat-bonding tape has been commonly used from the past. By installing a sealer alongside the spreading machine, simultaneous processing is possible. Thus, the sealing method is simple, it can be automated, and no special skill is required.
