Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily produce an artificial flower having reality using an easily available thin film such as tissue paper. CONSTITUTION:A core member 1 is produced by forming a resin part 3, having slight viscosity on its surface, serving as a film-fixing means on its tips of a core body 2 consisting of a wire, etc. The resin part 3 of the core member 1 is pressed at the nearly central part of a sheet of a developed tissue paper by holding the core body 2. When the resin part 3 is rolled, the tissue paper 4 is rolled up by the core body 1 wherein the tissue paper draws a spiral around the resin part 3 as a center. In this state, the tissue paper 4 forms a shape very much like a natural rose flower. This is fixed by rolling with a tape 6 and optionally artificial leaves 5 are attached. Thus, an artificial flower is produced of tissue paper in a very short time.

2. Description of the Related Art It is a daily fact that we use various artificial flowers around us for various purposes. For example, artificial flowers are often placed as interiors in companies or hotels, or in their own rooms. It is also well known to us that certain artificial flowers are used in religious events such as Buddhism and various other events.

The artificial flowers as described above form various artificial flowers such as petals and gargles individually formed of paper, cloth or resin material and further stems (shafts) formed of wire or resin material. It is manufactured by combining materials and integrating them. Accordingly, artificial flowers are produced in large quantities by hand or in a larger-scale factory-manufacturing method, and it is common for us to purchase the artificial flowers, which are mass-produced finished products. However, since various kinds of artificial flower materials themselves are also sold, it is possible to purchase them to make a desired artificial flower as a personal hobby.

As described above, even if a conventional artificial flower is purchased, it is possible to make an artificial flower by purchasing individual materials instead of purchasing a finished artificial flower. It is possible to satisfy the sense of taste to some extent even with the artificial flower of the pattern. However, after all, since it is only to assemble materials that have been manufactured in a specific shape in advance, it often loses interest in creating artificial flowers in a relatively short time, and even if such an artificial flower is presented, it is very impressed. The reality is that there is nothing to do.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention overcomes the above-mentioned conventional concept of artificial flowers, which is simple and easy to use with thin film materials such as thin paper or plastic sheets commonly present around us, especially tissue paper. A member capable of instantly forming a realistic artificial flower and an artificial flower creation set including the same member, wherein a member forming the center of the member is formed on the tip of a shaft material and a coaxial material forming a stem (shaft) of the artificial flower. And a thin film material locking means.

The thin film locking means of the shaft member is brought into close contact with the substantially central portion of the thin film material that has been flatly spread, and in this state, the shaft portion is rotated in a predetermined direction. Corresponding to the rotation of the shaft member, the thin film material is entangled in the thin film locking means, and the thin film material is spirally wound around the film locking means. If the thin film material has been wound up to a predetermined diameter, fix the winding part near the shaft member with tape etc., then turn the shaft member down and face the thin film material upwards, and around the thin film material. If the parts are arranged, a realistic rose flower is formed by the thin film material.

First, an arrow 1 in FIG. 1 indicates a shaft member which is a central member for producing artificial flowers. Reference numeral 2 is a shaft body that serves as a shaft (stem) portion of the artificial flower when the artificial flower is formed,
It is made of wire, bamboo straw, etc. In addition to these materials, incense sticks can be used. In particular, incense sticks require a certain level of strength, so slightly thicker incense sticks are usually used. Further, in addition to the scent emitted from cedar leaves, which is the main material for forming incense, another scent may be emitted. In any case, incense sticks are used as shafts of artificial flowers and are not used to emit incense by burning, so it is desirable that they can emit incense well without burning. . Further, the shaft may be colored in advance with a color close to the color of the axis of the plant such as green.

Reference numeral 3 is a resin portion which is a thin film locking means provided at the tip of the shaft body 2. As will be described later, it is desirable that the resin portion 3 has irregularities formed on the surface in order to entangle a thin film such as thin paper. In addition, the resin itself is a resin whose surface retains a certain degree of viscosity and elasticity (viscoelasticity),
For example, ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) is suitable. It is known that EVA has different properties depending on the content of vinyl acetate. If the content of vinyl acetate is low, the hardness increases and the mechanical properties become good. On the other hand, if the content of vinyl acetate is increased, the resin becomes The whole will have rubber-like properties. In the case of the present invention, EVA having a high vinyl acetate content is used so that the resin portion 3 as the thin film locking means has viscoelasticity similar to rubber. Further, in this case, it is preferable that the resin forming the resin portion 3 is impregnated with a desired fragrance so that the artificial flowers emit fragrance. By the way, in the case of a high-molecular compound of EVA grade, a fragrance molecule is favorably introduced between the molecules, so that the scent of the resin part is relatively easy. In addition to the synthetic resins typified by EVA, natural resins secreted by plants such as pine resin can also be used.

FIG. 2 shows another embodiment, in which a spiral groove 3a is formed in the resin portion 3 so that the thin film can be locked better. The groove is not limited to the spiral shape shown in the figure, and a plurality of annular grooves, which are individually divided in the coaxial direction, are provided in addition to the spiral groove continuous in the axial direction of the shaft body 2. It may be configured to be formed.

FIG. 3 shows a state where a rose artificial flower is created by using the shaft member 1 and tissue paper as a thin paper. First, the tissue paper 4 is placed on a flat surface such as a table. In this state, the shaft body 2 of the shaft member 1 is held and the tip of the resin portion 3 is pressed against the tissue paper 4. In this case, the resin part 3 is arranged almost in the center of the tissue paper 4, but if the resin part 3 is arranged eccentrically from the complete center position, the petals of the peripheral part of the rose petals created will be somewhat larger and more realistic. It can be an artificial flower.

Next, when the shaft body 2 is rotated in a predetermined direction, the tissue paper 4 is wound around the resin portion 3 so as to be entangled, and the wound portion draws a spiral as a whole. Will be recognized as a petal. In this case, due to the strength of the tissue paper 4 as paper, the tissue paper 4 itself does not draw a smooth spiral corresponding to the rotation of the resin portion 3, but spirals to a certain extent as shown in FIG. Since it is drawn, the shape will be closer to the actual rose. By the way, in actual roses, each petal housed in a spiral in the acupuncture tree blooms so that it can be unwound in a spiral manner. However, the behavior of the tissue paper 4 during artificial flower production in the present invention is the actual behavior. It is formed through the reverse process of rose flowering.

If roses are formed by the tissue paper 4 on the shaft member 1 by the above-described method, FIG.
Reverse the positional relationship of the state shown in, so that the rose flower is located at the top, and attach the base of the tissue paper 4,
That is, the artificial flower is completed by fixing the portion 4a (see FIG. 5), which corresponds to the garlic in terms of actual flowers, with tape or the like. Further, in this case, it is more effective to attach an artificial leaf to the shaft member 1. FIG. 4 shows a finished product with such artificial leaves attached.

That is, in FIG. 4 to FIG. 6, the artificial leaf 5 is arranged at a predetermined portion of the shaft body 2 of the shaft member 1, and the tape 6 is used.
Then, the artificial leaf 5 is fixed to the shaft body 2. Further, in this case, the artificial leaf 5 is an artificial leaf having the same structure as an artificial leaf attached to a fresh flower, which is separately proposed by the applicant, and the information consisting of figures or characters is displayed on the front surface or the back surface of the artificial leaf. May be. The tape 6 preferably has an adhesive surface on one side, and a green tape is generally preferable because it can express the axialness of plants.

FIG. 7 shows a third embodiment. Reference numeral 10 in the figure
Is a cap provided on the shaft member 1, and is attached so as to cover the resin portion 3. As described above, the surface of the resin portion 3 is viscous. Therefore, if a plurality of shaft members 1 are put together, the resin portions 3 may stick to each other. If the resin part 3 is exposed to air for a long period of time, dust in the air will adhere, or the resin itself will gradually solidify and its viscosity will decrease. In addition, the impregnated fragrance is also reduced in vaporization,
Eventually it does not emit scent. Therefore, if a cap 10 is provided on each shaft member 1 and the cap 10 is removed before use, the shaft member 1 can be used for a long period of time.

Although the case where a rose flower is prepared has been described as an example of the constitution of the artificial flower according to the present invention, artificial flowers using thin paper such as tissue paper or other films are limited to this rose flower. Not a thing. The method for creating other flowers is basically the same as for rose flowers,
And the structure of the flower itself is not shown because it is not directly related to the structure of the present invention, for example, a part of the tissue paper is torn, and if the above-mentioned production method is carried out using this torn tissue paper, It is possible to create a realistic artificial carnation flower by making the tearing part the edge of the petal. Furthermore, it is possible to create artificial flowers of irises or oysters (Muriwaka) by further devising the method of cutting the tissue paper. In short, if the artificial flower creating member of the present application is used, it is possible to create various artificial flowers using a material such as tissue paper according to the idea of the creator.
