Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain ashtray used also as flower bottle, capable of serving as both of ashtray and flower vase, capable of exclusively using as flower vase and not dropping water even if it falls. CONSTITUTION:This ashtray used also as flower vase is obtained by (A) forming an ashtray (3) in the upper part (1) of a body whose outer shape is cylindrical and whose upper face and lower face are kept to opened state and providing a flower inserting part (5) on the outside face of lower part (2) of the body in which the upper face connected to the ashtray (3) is kept in opened state and (B) forming a cylindrical body (8) in the central part of the ashtray (3) in a shape in which the ashtray (3) is inclined downward to the center direction.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a vase for assembling flowers in a single container and an ashtray that can be used as an ashtray.

2. Description of the Related Art In the past, a vase and an ashtray were completely separate objects. When the vase fell down, water spilled out and the ashtray showed a sucking box and looked bad.

These problems have the following drawbacks. (B) Since the vase and the ashtray are separate, it was troublesome to take up space and move. (B) The vase collapsed and water was spilled, and the bedclothes were sometimes washed. (C) The cigarette fire in the ashtray could not be completely extinguished and could cause a fire. The present invention has been made to eliminate such drawbacks.

In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention provides an ashtray (3) on the upper part (1) of the main body (1) having a cylindrical outer shape and an open upper surface and a lower surface.
The lower part (2) of the main body of which the upper surface is in an open state is provided with a flower bar part (5). (A) This container has a (1) and (2) screwed in the middle in the middle. In the conventional ashtray, it was difficult to clean the cigarette butts without a safety measure against fire. However, the ashtray also serving as a vase of the present invention is always clean and complete with safety measures. Normally, it can be used as a flower vase to decorate the room as an ashtray with flowers, and even if it falls, water does not spill.

Claims (2)

[Claims] 1. An ashtray (3) is provided on an upper part (1) of a main body having an outer shape of a cylindrical shape and an upper surface and a lower surface of which are open, and is connected to the upper part of the main body. An ashtray that also serves as a vase, characterized in that a vase (5) is provided on the outer surface. 2. The ashtray serving as a vase according to claim 1, wherein the ashtray (3) has a shape inclined downward toward the center, and a cylindrical body (8) is provided at the center of the ashtray.
