Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a crawler-type metal wheel by which a passing wire can be grounded surely without using a grounding roller by a method wherein a grounding plate is installed so as to be movable along the face of a metallic piece and so as to be set to electric continuity with a piece body part and the upper end part of the grounding plate is lifted, up, by a spring, to be higher than the groove bottom face of a wire receiver part. CONSTITUTION:Metal pieces 13 for a crawler-type metal wheel 11 are provided with metal grounding plates 39 on their faces. When a wire 21 is not placed on the crawler- type metal wheel 11, the grounding plates 39 protrude partly to be higher than the groove bottom face of a wire receiver part 23 by the force of a spring 49. When the wire 21 is placed, a part which has protruded to be higher than the groove bottom face of every grounding plate 39 is pressed to the wire 21 so as to be pulled, but it is pressed to the wire 21 by the force of the spring 49. As a result, the electric wire 21 which is passed through the metal wheel 11 is set to electric continuity with every grounding plate 39, and it is grounded through a route which is composed of every grounding plate 39, a piece body part 25, a track frame 17, a support member 19 and a pylon 53. Thereby, the wire 21 which is passing can be grounded surely without using a grounding roller.

2. Description of the Related Art In the construction work of an overhead power transmission line, when an electric wire is extended along a steel tower, a gold wheel is hung on each steel tower in the wire extension section, and a wire is passed through each gold wheel. And pull the wire to extend the wire. The portion of the gold wheel on which the electric wire rides is made of an insulating material such as urethane resin so as not to damage the electric wire.

For this reason, the electric wire passing through the gold wheel is extended in a state of being electrically insulated from the steel tower, and if there is an existing overhead power transmission line substantially parallel to the route of extension,
A voltage is induced from the overhead power line to the extending wire, which is dangerous. In order to prevent this, conventionally, the wire-drawing wheel on the wire feeding side and the engine device on the take-up side are grounded, and a grounding roller is attached to the gold wheel to ground the wire being wire-drawn.

However, since the conventional gold wheel with a ground roller has a structure in which the ground roller attached to the gold wheel is placed on an electric wire to be extended, the electric wire is grounded by the shaking of the electric wire. The roller may come off. Also joint protector (electric wire connection part protection tube)
When a wire having an outer diameter larger than that of the electric wire passes through the gold wheel, the grounding roller may be flipped up and may also come off the electric wire.

When the ground roller comes off the electric wire, it is extremely troublesome to put it back on the electric wire one by one, and this hinders smooth wire drawing work. Also, if the wire is extended with the ground roller removed, the voltage induced on the wire may cause an accident.

In the crawler type wheel of the present invention, when the electric wire does not ride, part of the ground plate or the ground pin is projected above the groove bottom surface of the electric wire receiving portion by the force of the spring. When the electric wire rides, the part of the ground plate or the part of the ground pin protruding above the bottom surface of the groove is pushed and retracted by the electric wire, but is pressed against the electric wire by the force of the spring. Therefore, the electric wire passing through the gold wheel is electrically connected to the ground plate or the ground pin, and is grounded through the path of the ground plate or the ground pin → the main body of the frame → the track frame → the supporting member → the steel tower.

Is rotatably supported by the bracket 47. A pair of torsion coil springs 49 are loosely fitted to the outer periphery of the first rod 41, one end side linear portion of each torsion coil spring 49 being on the inner surface of the bracket 47, and the other end side linear portion being the second. It is pressed against the rod 43. As a result, the torsion coil spring 49 applies a rotational force to the ground plate 39 in a direction of lifting the upper edge side of the first rod 41 above the groove bottom surface of the wire receiving portion 23.

FIG. 3A shows a state in which the electric wire 21 is placed on the electric wire receiving portion 23. In this state, the electric wire 21 twists and pushes down the ground plate 39 against the rotational force of the coil spring 49, so that the ground plate 39 is always in contact with the electric wire 21 due to the reaction force. FIG. 4 shows a state in which the electric wire 21 is not placed on the electric wire receiving portion 23. In this state, the ground plate 39 is lifted by the rotational force of the torsion coil spring 49 so that its upper edge side is above the groove bottom surface of the wire receiving portion 23.

The crawler type wheel & pinion 11 having the top 13 constructed as described above is suspended from a steel tower 53 by a wire 51 as shown in FIG. Further, a grounding lead wire 55 is connected to the support member 19 if necessary, and this lead wire 55 is also connected to the steel tower 53. In this way, the electric wire 21 passing through the crawler-type metal wheel 11 comes into contact with the ground plate 39 attached to the top 13 and is electrically connected to the steel tower 53 through the path shown by the arrow in FIG. It will be grounded. Therefore, there is no possibility that an excessive induced voltage will be generated in the electric wire 21 being extended.

5A to 5C show another embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 5, only the structure of the top 13 is shown, but the other structure as a crawler type metal wheel is the same as that of the above embodiment. The difference between this top 13 and the top of the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 is that the third rod is omitted and the tip side of the ground plate 39 is free, and the ground plate 39 is provided only on the front surface of the top 13. That is, the end plate 57 is provided on the rear surface of the top. The end plate 57 is fixed to the ends of the first rod 41 and the second rod 43. Since the other parts are the same as those of the above-mentioned embodiment, the same parts are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted. With such a configuration, the same operational effect as that of the above embodiment can be obtained.

FIGS. 6A to 6C show still another embodiment of the present invention. Although FIG. 6 also shows only the structure of the top 13, the other structure as a crawler type metal wheel is the same as that of the above embodiment. This top 13 differs from the top of the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 in that it does not use a ground plate, but penetrates the groove bottom of the wire receiving portion 23 and is movable in the penetrating direction. 59 is provided and the ground pin is provided in the top body 25.
The compression coil spring 61 that pushes up the compression coil 59 and the set screw 63 that pressurizes the compression coil spring 61 are provided.

When the electric wire 21 rides on the electric wire receiving portion 23, the ground pin 59 has its upper end pressed against the electric wire 23 by the repulsive force of the compression coil spring 61. Therefore, the electric wire 23 is electrically connected to the top body 25 via the ground pin 59, the compression coil spring 61, and the set screw 63. When the wire does not ride, the ground pin 59 has its upper end projecting above the bottom surface of the groove of the wire receiving portion 23 due to the repulsive force of the compression coil spring 61. Since the other parts than the above are the same as those of the above-described embodiment, the same parts are designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted. With such a configuration, the same operational effect as that of the above embodiment can be obtained.

As described above, in the crawler type metal wheel of the present invention, when the electric wire rides, the ground plate or the ground pin is pressed against the electric wire from the groove bottom side, so that the work for grounding is completely eliminated. You can ground the wire without needing it,
Since there is no possibility that the ground plate or the ground pin will not come into contact with the electric wire, a reliable grounding state can be obtained. Therefore, by using the crawler type metal wheel of the present invention, it is possible to reliably prevent the voltage from being induced from the existing overhead power transmission line to the electric wire being extended, and to enhance the safety of the wire extension work. In addition, the wire drawing work can be performed smoothly.
