Abstract

PURPOSE:To make removable a metal pipe body from a ceramics part of a flame stabilizer by removably mounting with screws a cylindrical base part of a flame stabilizer body part and metal pipe part, and interposing an intermediate layer comprising heat resistant ceramics between contact surfaces of the screw in the cylindrical base part and the screw in the metal pipe part. CONSTITUTION:A metal pipe 20 makes mountable and demountable a metal pipe body 21 by screwing a one end part 11A of a cylindrical base part 11 of a flame stabilizer 10 into an opening end part 21A. Thereupon, boron nitride powder is applied between contact surfaces of a male screw part 31 of the cylindrical base part 11 and a female screw part 32 of the metal pipe body 21, and an intermediate layer 33 is formed between the metal pipe body 21 and the cylindrical base part 11A to manufacture a ceramic flame stabilizer integrated product. Hereby, the metal pipe body 21 is demountable even after long term use of the flame stabilizer and hence when the ceramic part of the flame stabilizer 10 is damaged, the metal pipe body 21 can be reused.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a flame stabilizer of this type, a cylindrical base for attaching to an open end of a metal pipe and an integrally connected continuous base to the cylindrical base are used to burn combustion gas with combustion air. There is one in which the combustion section is formed entirely of a metal material such as stainless steel. However, since conventional flame stabilizers are made of metallic materials such as stainless steel, when the amount of heat generated by combustion of combustion gas increases and the temperature rises, oxidation consumption is large and life is short. Met. The applicant of the present application has previously proposed Japanese Patent Application No. 1-282801 (Patent Publication No. Heisei 3-144207) as a flame stabilizer that has solved these problems.

When a conventional flame stabilizer was installed in a combustion furnace and used for a long time, cracks and the like were not found in the flame stabilizer, but the adhesive layer was strongly oxidized and turned black. It was not possible to remove the ceramic flame stabilizer from the metal pipe part. Therefore, if the ceramic part of the flame stabilizer is damaged, the stainless steel part of the metal pipe cannot be reused, which is not preferable in terms of manufacturing cost. In addition, it is necessary to configure a metal layer such as copper foil as a thermal expansion difference relaxation material and an adhesive layer such as Aron ceramic for manifesting the bonding strength, which is complicated in the manufacturing process and further fixed with holes to reinforce the strength. There was a technical problem that required screws. The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a flame stabilizer that is easy to manufacture and that can remove the metal pipe body from the ceramic portion of the flame stabilizer.

Since the intermediate layer is provided in the above-mentioned embodiment, the dimension adjustment is performed by the interposition of the intermediate layer even if the dimension changes after the male screw processing, that is, the dimension changes before and after Si impregnation. be able to. In other words, the screw processing does not need to be processed with strict dimensional accuracy, and can be easily processed. Of course, the screwing may be performed at the final stage (Si-impregnated body) after Si-impregnation. Boron nitride is a ceramic having a layered morphology similar to graphite in crystal structure, and is preferable as an intermediate intervening layer because of its good slidability, but Si 3 N 4 may be added if necessary.
A high-strength material such as (silicon nitride) may be added to improve the properties of the intermediate inclusions, or the coating method may be used by mixing with a slurry of thermosetting resin.

Next, a flame stabilizer according to an embodiment of the present invention,
A conventional flame stabilizer was set in a combustion furnace, and the temperature was kept at 800 ° C. for 500 hours. After cooling the furnace, the flame stabilizer was taken out from the furnace and the mounting state was examined. As a result, in the conventional flame stabilizer, although cracks and the like were not seen, the oxidation of the adhesive layer was intensely changed to black and the ceramic flame stabilizer could not be removed from the metal pipe body. . On the other hand, in the flame stabilizer according to the example of the present invention, abnormal looseness and cracks were not recognized, and the ceramic portion and the metal pipe body of the flame stabilizer could be removed.

According to the present invention, the tubular base portion of the flame stabilizer and the metal pipe body are screwed with each other, and the heat resistance mainly containing boron nitride is provided between the male screw portion and the female screw portion. Since the intermediate layer made of flexible ceramics is formed, the metal pipe body can be removed even after long-term use, so if the ceramic part of the flame stabilizer is damaged, the metal pipe body can be reused. The cost can be reduced.
