【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本考案は汚水処理用接触濾材に関する。この濾材は好
気性微生物又は嫌気性微生物を固定し、汚水を浄化処理
するのに用いられる。

[考案が解決しようとする課題] 上記(a)(b)(f)のようにプラスチックを使用
する技術は、プラスチック濾材が工場で成型されて処理
場まで運搬されてくるため、運送および保管コストが高
くつく。濾材は空隙が多くて比較的に軽いが、その空隙
のために嵩張るからである。
