According to such a general floor construction method, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), since the girder of the large girder c is large, the floor height is increased to secure a predetermined ceiling height h, and the small girder is assembled. Because of this, the beam form becomes complicated, and the amount of processing of steel frames and reinforcing bars increases, which is a drawback. Further, as shown in FIG. 5B, the pipe d is a beam e.
The work is very cumbersome to penetrate.

There is a "unidirectional rigid frame construction method" in which no large beams are installed on both sides of the building, but in this case as well, further improvements were made in terms of reduction of floor height, facilitation of facility piping work, and labor saving of beams and floor construction. Was desired.

Among them, the technical issue is to provide a mixed structure in which a flat slab is introduced by eliminating the large beam on the long span side.

The side is a flat beam 3 composed of a beam whose height is matched with that of the capital 2.
The flat plate slab 4 is attached to the flat pillar slab 4, and the long span L 2 side of the spans on both sides of the center pillar 1 has a flat slab 5 structure without a girder.

Moreover, since the floor structure is simple, it is possible to reduce the amount of materials and labor for construction.

With the middle pillar 1 as a boundary, flat beams 3 are provided on the short span L 1 side of the beam rows passing through the middle pillar 1, and a flat plate slab 4 is mounted thereon. The flat beam 3 is formed so as to fit the lower surface of the capital 2, and in this case, it can be lowered by about 200 to 500 mm as compared with a normal girder.

Only the short beams (flat beams) closer to the outer wall (D way) from the middle pillar 1 have beams, and the long beams closer to the outer wall (A way) do not exist. Buildings to which this floor structure can be applied are similar to the one-way frame construction method, that is, the total floor area is
This is for a building with a floor space of 3000 m 2 or more and 9 floors or less, and the condition that a floor plan that allows sufficient seismic resistance on the outer wall in the girder direction is available. Also, it is suitable for buildings with a flat shape and scale so that excessive axial force does not act on the corner posts during an earthquake.

It becomes simple and efficient, and the degree of freedom of piping can be increased. Further, unlike the conventional case, it is not necessary to form a form of a large beam and a small beam, so that the frame construction work is easy, and the amount of rebar used is reduced, and labor can be saved. Furthermore, the quality of the building is equal to or better than that of unidirectional ramen, the slab thickness is thicker, and prestress is applied, so that good quality can be maintained for a long period of time.
