であって、 上記超硬合金がWCと2.5 〜50wt%の範囲で含有するFe
−C系合金との焼結体でかつこのFe−C系合金中のC量
が0.25wt%以上であること並びに上記超硬質層がVa 族
及びVIa 族元素の1種又は2種以上を溶解させたほう砂
又はほう酸塩の溶融浴中への浸漬処理により形成した炭
化物被膜であることの要素結合を特徴とする、超硬質被
