Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely separate and feed paper by lifting the uppermost sheet of stacked cut form sheets to feed it in a mechanism separating and feeding the cut form sheets stored on a stacker one by one when a paper feed roller is rotated in contact with it. CONSTITUTION:A sucker or an adhesive is provided on the circumference of a paper feed roller 1, the paper is pressed to the sucker 5 or adhesive, then the paper feed roller 1 is rotated, and a stacker 3 is moved by the prescribed distance in the paper feeding direction by the rotating force. A relative slip between the paper feed roller 1 and the surface of the paper is eliminated, the end section of the uppermost sheet of stacked cut form sheets is lifted, and the rotation of the paper feed roller 1 is continued to feed the paper.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a so-called double feeding method in which two or more sheets are fed at the same time in a mechanism in which a sheet feeding roller comes into contact with a single-sheet sheet stored in a stacker and rotates the sheet individually. There are many misfeeds that do not send even a single sheet, and a device such as a groove is formed on the circumference of the paper feeding roller.
Various materials and hardness of the paper feed roller are used, various improvements such as relative position between the paper and the paper feed roller and pressing force between the two, and a separation structure as shown in the figure at the paper feed side end of the stacker. Has been added, the reliability of paper feeding has been remarkably improved.

The cause is that the uppermost one sheet is fed from the stacked sheets, so that a frictional force acting between the sheet feeding roller and the sheet is generated between the first and second sheets. Although it is superior to the resistance frictional force, the latter resistance frictional force is not limited to the friction coefficient between the papers in the normal state, and the adhesion force between the paper surfaces and the paper edge surfaces is obtained by the laminated cutting in the manufacturing process of the cut paper. The frictional resistance between the sheets is extremely unstable due to the partial release of the adhesion force during the packaging, transportation and the like. FIG. 4 shows an example of a paper feed mechanism that is currently used. In the drawing, the paper feed roller 1 is stored in a stacker 3 and a cut sheet 2 is provided.
It comes into contact with and rotates in the direction of the arrow. Further, small separation stoppers 11 are provided at both ends of the paper exit of the stacker 3 so that the resistance frictional force generated between the uppermost end paper and the second sheet is the second sheet and the third sheet. If the resistance frictional force generated between the two sheets is larger than the uppermost sheet and the second sheet at the same time, both ends of the sheet collide with the separation stopper 11 and only the central portion tries to get over the two sheets. This is a mechanism in which the cohesive force of the paper is released and the second sheet is left in the stacker 3.

However, the force by which the paper hits the stopper and releases the adhesive force between the papers is obviously a resistance force in the paper feeding direction, and is generated between the paper feeding roller and the uppermost paper. Reduce the difference between the frictional force and the resistance force that stops the paper. The resistance force that occurs when the paper strikes the stopper increases as the rigidity of the paper increases and as the number of paper that strikes at the same time increases, and in some cases, it becomes greater than the frictional force between the paper feed roller and the top edge paper. Will not be sent. In addition, since the release of the adhesive force and the feeding of the paper proceed at the same time, the paper may get over the stopper while the sheets are overlapped.

In the paper feeding mechanism according to the present invention, a suction cup or an adhesive is installed or applied at a predetermined position on the circumference of the paper feeding roller, and the stacker is in the initial position and After the stored paper comes into contact with the suction cup or adhesive on the circumference of the paper feed roller, the paper feed roller starts rotating, and the stacker is rotated by the frictional force generated by the pressure between the paper feed roller and the cut sheet. After the stacker moves a predetermined amount from the initial position, the stacker stops moving forward, the paper feed roller further presses and rotates the paper by a predetermined angle, then releases the paper pressure, and the stacker is initialized after the paper pressure is released. It is characterized by returning to the position.

Embodiments will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment according to the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a paper feed roller, 2 is a cut sheet, 3 is a stacker, 4 is a slide stand, and 5 is a stacker.
Is a suction cup, 6 is a compression spring, and 7 is a tension spring. The stacker 3 on which the cut sheets 2 are stacked is slidably supported on the slide base 4 in the paper feed direction, and further attached to the left side in the figure by a tension spring 7 hung between the stacker 4 and the slide base 4. It is energized. The slide base 4 is biased upward by a compression spring 6 arranged below and is pivotally supported so as to be rotatable around the left end. FIG. 1 shows a state in which the suction cup 5 and the cut paper 2 on the circumference of the paper feed roller 1 are pressed by the operating force of the compression spring 6 and the stacker 3 is in the initial position.

When the sheet feeding operation is started from the state where the cut paper 2 is pressed against the suction cup 5, the paper feed roller 1 starts to rotate while the suction cup 5 sucks the cut paper 2. Along with this, the stacker 3 moves in the paper feeding direction. At that time, since there is no relative slip between the cut paper 2 and the circumference of the paper feeding roller 1, the suction cup 5
As shown in FIG. 2, the uppermost sheet of paper is lifted up and wrapped around the paper feed roller 1 without breaking the paper suction state of No. 2.

When the stacker 3 reaches the right end of the slide base 4 and stops moving, relative slippage occurs between the outer periphery of the paper feeding roller 1 and the lower cut sheet 2 and the paper suction state of the suction cup 5 is broken. Since the paper feeding is continued, it is ensured that one sheet is separated and sent.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 3, 8 is a planet lever, 9 is a planet gear, and 10 is an adhesive. Other parts names are the same as those in FIG. In the figure, the stacker 3 does not move in the paper feeding direction, but the paper feeding roller 1 attached to the planetary lever 8 moves with the rotation thereof in the direction opposite to the paper feeding direction by the movable angle of the lever. When the planetary lever 8 is at the initial position, the application portion of the adhesive 10 on the circumference of the paper feed roller 1 faces the paper 2, and the cut paper 2 stored in the stacker 3 is formed by the compression spring 6. Is pressed by power,
When the rotational force is transmitted to the paper feeding roller 1 through the planetary gear 9, the paper feeding roller 1 rolls on the cut paper 2 by a predetermined amount and the uppermost paper adhered with the adhesive 10 is wound up by the paper feeding roller 1. Even after the planetary lever 8 has moved by a movable angle, the paper feed roller 1 continues to rotate, the slip paper 2 and the paper feed roller 1 relatively slip, and the adhesion of the adhesive 10 and the cut paper sheet 2 is released. As described above, according to the paper feed mechanism of the present invention, the uppermost paper is moved upward by suction force or adhesive force without adding any paper feeding resistance in the paper feeding direction. Since the sheets are reliably separated one by one, extremely reliable separated sheet feeding can be realized.

Further, in the conventional method in which a separation stopper is provided in the paper feeding direction to separate the paper by utilizing the buckling phenomenon of the paper, the rigidity of the paper in the paper feeding direction changes greatly with respect to the fluctuation of the thickness of the paper. Therefore, since the paper feeding resistance is greatly changed, it is not applicable to a wide variety of paper types. However, according to the paper feeding mechanism of the present invention, the thickness of the paper is irrelevant to the paper feeding resistance, so that it does not change to a wide range of paper types. Can have separate paper feed capability.
