Abstract

PURPOSE:To reuse a tire until the lives of parts except a crown part are exhausted by exchangeably forming the crown part. CONSTITUTION:A tire is composed of fundamental parts and an exchanging crown part. The fundamental part consists of the crown part, a shoulder part, a side part and a bead part. A usually worn part is the crown part, and the shoulder part, the side part and the bead part have a longer life in comparison with the crown part. In this invention, since a worn part is the exchange crown part, the tire can be reused until the lives of the shoulder part, the side part and the bead part are exhausted by exchanging the crown part for reusing the tire. In addition, since only the exchanging crown part can be individually manufactured, the tire can be easily processed when a foreign matter enters the crown part, and the performance of the tire can be improved.

より効率的に行う事が可能となる。第3図は、本発明に
おける交換クラウン部の全体を斜視した図を表す。本発
明におけるクラウン部の取り付けを説明する。タイヤの
空気を抜き基本部円周を凹曲させて交換クラウン部の内
側に挿入する、この時交換クラウン部と基本部との接触
部には交換クラウン部と基本部との間に発生する発熱を
防止し熱伝導を良くする為に粘着結合材を附装してお
く。噛み合せを合せて後に、タイヤに空気を入れるなど
基本部の凹曲を元に戻す事により密着結合し一体化した
タイヤとする。第4図は、本発明における交換クラウン
部の4連結を表す図であり、タイヤの横方向にかかる力
に対抗出来る強度を持った交換クラウン部を形成する事
が出来る。第5図は、本発明の一実施例の断面を斜視し
た図である。第6図は、本発明の一実施例の断面を斜視
した図であり、交換クラウン部が基本部より更に広く設
計されショルダ部の磨耗を少なくする事を表した図であ
る。

みの製造が可能になる事によってクラウン部の設計や材
料の選択がより広がりタイヤの性能を向上させる事が出
来、クラウン部だけの保管や輸送で済む為に保管費用や
輸送費用の削減が可能でありまた、タイヤ全体の寿命が
延びる事によって古タイヤの処理量が減少する。
