Since a hardened film (hereinafter referred to as a printed PET film) has higher hardness and is cheaper than a vinyl chloride film, it has been conventionally used for exterior parts such as home electric appliances and heating equipment, interior building materials, and articles. This laminated steel sheet has conventionally been manufactured by providing a colored adhesive layer containing a pigment on the surface of the steel sheet, and laminating a printed PET film on the colored adhesive layer so that the printed surface faces the adhesive layer. Here, the pigment is added to the adhesive layer in order to prevent the ground color of the steel sheet from appearing in appearance.

Then, the film swells or peels from the adhesive layer. Therefore, there is a problem in using it as a member of a product around water such as an exterior material of an electric washing machine or a kitchen appliance. Therefore, a method has been proposed in which a printed PET film is laminated on a steel sheet by using only a printing ink layer without using an adhesive (JP-A-59-232852). However, it is difficult to achieve both coloration and adhesive strength in the printing ink layer, and swelling or peeling of the film occurs as in the case of the adhesive layer.

Prevent water penetration. On the other hand, since the adhesive layer does not contain a pigment, the denseness is improved, water is less likely to permeate, and the adhesive strength between the upper and lower primer layers and the printed PET film is increased.

A curing agent may be added to improve the compactness of the pigment as a matrix. As the curing agent, melamine resin, urea, isocyanate resin or the like may be used. The primer layer preferably has a dry coating film thickness of 2 to 20 μm. A color pigment, a rust preventive pigment, and an extender pigment may be added to the primer layer as needed.

There is no particular limitation as long as it can bond the film,
For example, a polyester resin or a polyurethane resin may be used. No pigment is added to this adhesive layer. However, it is possible to add other components to enhance the adhesion. The dry coating thickness is preferably 1 to 20 μm.

Roll coating method,
After coating by a known method such as the Carten flow method or the spray method, it is baked and dried at 120 to 280 ° C. for 20 to 90 seconds, and an adhesive layer such as a polyester resin or a polyurethane resin is coated on the primer. Formed in the same manner as the layer, and the printed PET film may be laminated when the adhesive layer is in a molten state.

After coating to a thickness of 0 μm and baking and drying to form a primer layer, a polyester-polyurethane resin non-coloring adhesive (curing agent: isocyanate resin) is applied to a dry coating film thickness of 5 μm. Printed PET with the printed surface side of the laminated surface
Film A was laminated at a lamination temperature of 200 ° C. Here, for the printed PET film A, a PET film having a thickness of 25 μm and subjected to corona discharge treatment [manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd.] has a stone pattern with a base resin of a two-component polyurethane resin and a curing agent of isocyanate. Gravure printing was performed with a printing resin printing ink, and then solid printing was performed using the same printing ink. The obtained laminated steel sheet was subjected to a boiling water immersion test (immersion for 6 hours), but no swelling or peeling of the film was observed. Further, a high temperature wetting test (temperature: 70 ° C., relative humidity: 98%) was performed for 500 hours, but similarly, neither swelling nor peeling of the film was observed.
