Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a printing film laminated steel panel excellent in water resistance by providing a colored primer layer composed of a thermosetting resin between a steel panel and an adhesive layer and forming the adhesive layer as a pigment free one. CONSTITUTION:A primer layer becomes a matrix denser than an adhesive layer because it is composed of a thermosetting resin. Therefore, even if pigment is added, the matrix keeps the dense state and prevents the penetration of water. Since an adhesive layer contains no pigment, the denseness thereof is enhanced and water becomes hard to penetrate into the adhesive layer and the bonding strength of the adhesive layer to upper and lower primer layers and a printing polyethylene terephthalate film is enhanced. 脂の着色プライマ−層を設け、接着剤層を顔料無添加の
ものにしたことを特徴とする耐水性印刷フィルムラミネ
−ト鋼板。
1. A laminated steel sheet in which a colored adhesive layer is provided on the surface of a steel sheet, and a printed polyethylene terephthalate film is laminated on the adhesive layer so that the printed surface faces the adhesive layer side.
