境上の美化を求められる様な場合には不向きであった。
又、従来はゴム弁自体にフランジを設けてシール機能を
持たせたバルブはなかつた。

した金属又は樹脂製の直胴部1aと斜胴部1bからなる
横Y型をしたバルブ本体1を設け、イ)直胴部内部に段
差を設けて前記斜胴部と直角に交わることが出来る様な
角度をもった弁座1dを設け、斜胴部の上口部にはボス
2b付きの蓋2が設けられている。ロ)その蓋のボスに
スピンドル4を通し、該スピンドルには操作用のハンド
ル5と先端部のサポーター4aとが設けられている。
ハ)そして、そのサポーターの付いたスピンドルをフラ
ンジ3a付きのブラダー弁3に嵌め込み、更に全体を斜
胴部1bの中に挿入して蓋2で取り付けることによって
完成される構造となつている。ニ)ブラダー弁は可撓性
の弾性体素材を用いた嚢状で、底部を弁頭3bとし、こ
れを厚肉として弾性を持たせることによってよりシール
性を高めており、胴部には伸縮量を大とする為の襞Aが
設けられ、口元にはパッキング機能をもたせたフランジ
3aを設けた形状となっていることを特徴としている。
ホ)尚、本体直胴部両端はフランジ又は継ぎ手1c等に
よって容器又は配管と接続する事の出来る構造となって
いる。或いは、ネジ又は差し込み方式も可能である。
ヘ)又、直胴部の下部面に斜めの段差を設けて、これを
弁座として用いる事により流体の残留を皆無とする事が
出来る。且つ、目詰まり等も全く生じない構造となって
いる。

ら取り外した後、斜胴部上口部の蓋2を取り外すとブラ
ダー弁共そっくり外れる故、横Y字型をした本体と、ブ
ラダー弁とスピンドルの組み込まれた蓋とに分かれる。
従って、これらの接液部の洗浄を入念に行えば良く大変
簡単な作業で済む。ハ)再組み立ても、同様、極めて容
易に行うことが出来る。
