Since the output image of the conventional medical image device is displayed on a display device such as a CRT, the line-of-sight direction at the time of reading the display information and the line-of-sight for observing the subject. The direction was different. In particular, when the medical image device emits radiation, the imaging unit and the operation unit are partitioned by the lead-containing glass for observing the subject, so that the line-of-sight directions are greatly different. Therefore, the operator needs to change the line-of-sight direction at the time of reading the display information and at the time of observing the subject, which causes discontinuity in the operation and reduces work efficiency.

The projection device 11 has an image processing device 12 to which the output information of the photographing device main body 3a and the generation information of the operation panel 5a are input, an input device 13, and a projection device main body 14. The input device 13 inputs the content of the image to be projected and the projection conditions such as the projection position on the glass 7 to the image processing device 12. The image processing device 12 is the input device 1
3 determines the content and projection position of the projected image according to the projection condition sent from the projector 3, and outputs the determination information to each projection device body 14. The image processing device 12 and the input device 13 are incorporated in the console of the operation panel 5a, for example. Each projection device main body 14 can be configured by a known projection mechanism having, for example, a liquid crystal light valve, a light source, an optical system for adjusting the focus or magnification, an actuator for adjusting the image projection direction, and the like. It is attached to a wall surface or a console of the operation panel 5a, and projects a tomographic image of the subject 6 or character information input from the operation unit 5 on the glass 7 according to an output signal from the image processing device 12. The housing of the gantry 3a, the imaging device, and the bed 3b are moved according to the imaging position of the subject 6, and the movement may change the line-of-sight direction of the operator 15.
Information of the photographing position of the subject 6 is input to the image processing device 12 from the sensor for detecting the movement amount of the housing of a, the photographing device, and the bed 3b and the operation panel 5a, and the input information is also projected by the image processing device 12. It may be a condition for determining the projection position of the image.

According to the above construction, the output information of the medical image photographing apparatus 1 can be projected on the observation glass 7 of the subject 6 arranged between the photographing section 3 and the operation section 5, so that the operator 1
It is possible to match the line-of-sight direction when the subject 5 observes the subject 6 and the line-of-sight direction when reading the display information.
As a result, the operator 15 does not need to change the line-of-sight direction when reading the output information of the medical image capturing apparatus 1 and when observing the subject 6, and the working efficiency can be improved.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the image capturing unit and the operation unit do not need to be partitioned by the wall and the observation glass, and a transparent member capable of projecting an image may be arranged between the image capturing unit and the operation unit. The transparent member does not have to be fixed at one place, and may be arranged at any position as long as an image can be projected between the photographing unit and the operation unit, and may be movable and changeable. The material of the transparent member is not limited to glass and may be synthetic resin, for example. As the transparent member, a half mirror that reflects a part of incident light and transmits the remaining part is preferable in order to clearly project an image. Further, the projection device main body may be a single unit, and it is not necessary to be fixed at one place, and it may be arranged at any position as long as the image can be projected on the transparent member, and may be movable and positionally changeable. A head-up display (HAD) or a prompter may be used as the projection device. The display device 5b such as a CRT attached to the operation unit 5 is not essential and may not be attached to the operation unit 5.
